It's wonderful especially staff! Have already recommended it to several people. We picked this community because of the home like atmosphere, price, location from my house & staff.

It's quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. I picked this community because I wanted someone close to me meaning close to where I live.

I would say that I would live there. It's clean, bright, great staff, wonderful atmosphere.As soon as you walk in you feel a bright and positive atmosphere. Clean and well kept. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. So many facilities are depressing and dark. I didn't feel that at all when I walked into The Pointe.

I picked this community because they have a high level of understanding of how to care for someone with memory loss.I would highly recommend them.

The Holiday Diamond Ridge community is conveniently located to many different places, and that is something we really like about the community. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

It's not unusual to see managers doing clean up, serving food, or general items. So far, not a bad meal according to Mom. Only thing I might change is rotating out food occasionally. I think Fridays are "Fried Fish" night. I would think after awhile, that might get old, but she loves the fish. Friendliness....everyone on the staff knows everyone and their personality and caters to each. Activities....I had to stop and get rolls of quarters and nickels for bingo. Seems to be played a lot. Also, gets her nails done pretty often as an activity. Cost....very fair from what I've seen. Was told the facility/network has recently been SOLD, which was news to the residents. A lot of them are a bit nervous as a whole since it seems to have come from out of the blue. In a wait and see mode. :)

I am a Resident here at Heartis since May of 2023. I like variety of activities at Our Community. I love the fitness center that I can visit on my own and get physical therapy. I loved our recent outings on the Shuttle to the Zoo and The Domes. I also love walking the grounds, especially be the pond. The food is terrific and we have a great selection to choose from at every meal. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I truly love being a Resident here!

The staff, servers, cooks are really friendly and make you feel that you are part of their families. This feels like home.

My mother has been very happy at Discovery Village. The front desk and non nursing staff have been really amazing to work with. I don't hear much from nursing staff, but my mother has been healthy and not needing much care. I don't have any real complaints. If anything needs attention in her room. I tell them and it is fixed.

The staff at Brookdale gives great care to all of the residents! The exercise classes are truly excellent and residents get a lot from them. They have great recreational activities that are geared to them mentally.

This facility is devoted to the residents. Food is excellent, staff are caring and prices are far more reasonable than facilities with fewer amenities.

Dad absolutely loves it here! He always asks if we remembered to pay the bill because he wants to stay! Very respectful and lovely staff who treat dad like family. He loves to participate in all of the activities they offer. We are very impressed with everything.

It's been a very nice and comfortable experience for myself and my daughter, [name removed]. Thank you and the staff for all your concern and help . It is very appreciated by myself and our family. The staff members are very helpful, they are excellent, very friendly to all of the residents needs. The meals and dining service is excellent, there is a variety of meals prepared for all the residents and their personal dietary needs. Thank you for including me in the survey and enjoyed my time spent there last week. Very comfortable and independent atmosphere , which is perfect for all residents and their personal needs. Felt comfortable first time time there. I would like to acknowledge everyone for their daily input SMILES, GOOD MORNINGS and GOOD EVENINGS??. Will spread the GOOD word about the facility to others.

All of the staff at The Lodge at Grand Junction were amazing! You can call or stop by anytime. The housekeeping came daily for trash. The food was in transition as they lost two people, but they continued great service. The move in and out process was very easy. I would DEFINITELY recommend The Lodge at Grand Junction to others! [Name removed]was my first contact and she is caring and loving and was SO helpful for the whole process! I am very grateful for a place for mom and dad!

What I like the most about the Raincross at Riverside a Watermark Retirement Community is the professional staff. Based on the experience I have had so far with the community, I would recommend them to other families.

I would recommend Morada Quintessence to others. This facility is a great value! The staff are cheerful and sweet. The move in process was fine. The meals are very mediocre, but my mother in law can't taste things anyway. It's a bit hard to get ahold of staff. They don't return calls right away. The quality of care is fine. We don't need much. The cleanliness and friendliness are great!

All 5s, I love it there. What I really enjoy the most about the community are the people there and the meals that are prepared. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

I had narrowed it down to another community or Country Club. Covered covered parking comes free at Country Club and they didn't charge a monthly fee for [name removed] and it was much more affordable for me.

Dad has had to learn to ask the staff for help when he needs it. He's not a social person so activities are hard. My dad liked the location best. It is in the side if town he is familiar with and close to stores he is used to.

I highly recommend this. My dad has been resident for a few months he is always complimenting the care that he been receiving. The staff is been very friendly. It gives me a peace of mind. Im grateful for all the staff.
