My sister was previously a resident at Holiday Village at the Falls. The staff was definitely nice. Unfortunately, when we moved my sister in, they were understaffed so no one actually walked us up to her apartment. They really didn't reacquaint her where everything was and really didn't introduce her to any one for lunch so she would know who she was sitting with. That was my only disappointment!

The place is in a great location everything you need is in a walking distance. restaurants, drug store and many other stores. I love living here a lot of nice people to talk to and a lot of a activities. You would do yourself a great favor coming here to live.

I am currently a resident at Preston Greens Senior Living and everything at this facility has been great for me so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and care services are also great. Communication with the family is good. The move in process went well. The food is great and is of good quality. I would recommend Preston Greens Senior Living to family and friends.

We were suggested by our kids to move and they toured separately and then we met with staff and they showed us around and we fell in love with the building. The food is wonderful and the staff is wonderful. We couldn’t be more happy with our choice!

They took the time to engage in meaningful conversations, getting to know her on a personal level, and making her feel appreciated. I feel relax. It is better there than with my family because I feel relax. I don't feel pressure here. I feel very good because all the staff treat me very good !

Very friendly staff and fellow residents. Have several doctors appts so unable to participate in a lot of activities. I picked this community because of more amenities , and it was cheaper.

I want to live there! The staff are all warm and friendly. I can tell it is a great community by how the residents are smiling! Clean beautiful private grounds. Not on a busy street. Renovated this year, unlike others that tell you "oh, we are going to renovate". They have great trips like going to York Beach Maine. Easy to walk around. Stores near by all with in easy walking distance, plaza, wine and liquor store, CVS, many restaurants for change of pace! They don't nickel and dime you like some others. No pet fee, no room transfer fee, you can have a car, family can visit and eat there no extra charge! Wonderful! My mom is very excited! Ask for a tour! Seeing is believing!

Our family had an in person tour with Brookdale Redwood City and the tour was great. The grounds are beautiful. The biggest issue is the rooms are very small and the HVAC system needs to me updated. But the sales team were polite, friendly and patient with our many questions

What we like the most about the Whittier Place Senior Living are the staff members. The staff team there is very nice and helpful. I know that our loved one is safe and she as well likes the staff team. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend the Whittier Place to other families.

I preferred Solstice because the residents and staff were the friendliest. I liked the park-like setting. The cottage I reserve red was completely surrounded by forest. The place is very pet friendly. And the food and servers are good.

24-hour nursing and round the clock care. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Meals are nutritious and have great flavor. They have the best activities director that keeps everyone engaged and never leaves anyone out. Great Pricing!!

My mother has been living in Morada Quintessence for eight months. It is an exceptional place. The rooms are large and bright. The facility is always clean. The staff is caring and gives excellent individual attention to the residents!
