I really enjoy the activities here I see my grandma doing. They have a cool app for your phone where my mom can see if she attended, look at the menu and upcoming events. This is something I don’t see other places having as an option. My grandma didn’t want to move when we first started but now she is so glad she did!

What we like the most about the Addington Place Muscatine community is that it is close to home which is convenient. We also would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far

I did a lot of research before moving my Mom into Discovery Village at Southlake. We have found all the good things we heard about them were correct. Every time I visited the whole facility was clean (they were even in the middle of a remodel when she moved in) and there's no typical "old people's home". Her room is always clean and her bed made. The staff takes fabulous car of my mom. In fact, I'd say she's a bit spoiled. They are so sweet to her and their interactions make her happy. She will say to me how nice they are and how good they are to her. They call me any time anything is out of sorts or she has an issue, so I'm always aware of her health and condition. The move in was easy and her apartment is cute and she loves it. The meals I think are very good for a large group meal. Mom is a bit picky and sometimes doesn't like some of the food, but overall she says they do a good job. She never turns down their desserts though!! We would definitely recommend Discovery Village Southlake to anyone looking for a place for their loved one. Mom has been very happy there, which is the one thing you always hope for when your parent gets to the age you have to make these kinds of decisions. She loves to come home with me for visits, but she is always happy to get back to "her home" and is apparently, as I've heard, quite the social butterfly. So she loves to be back chatting and visiting with both residents and staff.

I noticed everyone at Clay Gardens communicates very well with the residences even when the residences are having a hard time they know just what to say and do they are very patience. That's what I notice the most. And It's very clean here and there is always some one clean and picking up stuff my moms room is always nice and clean. Moms laundry is always been washed cleaned and put away. You can't get better than that. There's a wonderful dining hall, I can tell they put effort and work into it, because it's catered to each individual person what they can, and cannot eat and if a resident misses a meal or gets hungry in between meals, they always accommodate them no matter what There's a lot of activities and fun things to do. I think it's really cute. When the ladies get their nails polished it makes them feel good to be catered to The outside grounds is always manicured the court yards have pretty flowers and little gardens and all kinds of bird houses, birdfeeders and flags in front of peoples windows. It's really nice. I feel very blessed and very appreciative, that Clay Gardens is affordable within our budget. It works wonderful. I just want to say thank you to all the office managers and staff for a wonderful job well done

The facility is clean, friendly and has a good variety of activities.

My loved one was previously a resident at Parkview on Hollybrook. The staff and the facility were awesome and just wonderful. They were always willing to help or assist in any way that they could. This was a great facility, it was just not the right fit for my loved one.

I would say move in immediately! It's very lively, the people are clearly happy, it's very elegant, the food is absolutely exquisite, and the whole environment is uplifting and not sad at all. We walked into some places that felt like the therapy scene in one flew over the cuckoo's nest!Also, [name removed], in the Houston area helped me find the place. I felt like I was talking to a long lost friend. This entire thing has been such a great experience!

We picked this community for our loved one, because of the vibrant/positive residents no matter their level of care or age. They also had, some wonderful activities for the residents. My sister has met so many new friends and is thriving.

If I could give Solstice Senior Living at Auburn a 6 I would. They have gone out of their way to make her welcome. She says it is beautiful there. Staff is extremely happy and helpful. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families, everyone from staff to other residents are so welcoming and everyone always seems happy.

I would rate all 5 with the exception of the food. She complains all the time. I ate there one evening and I would say it is worse than hospital cafeteria food. Not impressed. For $[removed] minimum per month, the food should be restaurant quality. Staff is nice and they are remodeling/ updating the facility from the 1970 era. It is already looking much better.

I choose forum because I sat in their lobby for 2 hours and talked to residents- everyone was smiling, happy there is a wonderful sense of community. Mom is really happy here and has friends!

It was clean, she gets an actual apartment for privacy with a community, the staff is very caring and competent, it's close to where my father lives, it allows her puppy and it was the least expensive of the places I toured. I have already recommended it to others.

TerraBella Henderson had availability right away when we needed it and the location is very convenient - only about 10 minutes away from me. It is a nice group of friendly people who are always willing to help out. I would recommend this facility to others.

We toured with Brookdale Vista Grande and it is a smaller and very nice facility. But it is assisted living and my sister needs independent living, so we had to keep looking.

It's a great place for your loved one to live. The tour experience was very informative. It feels like home.

I toured Brookdale Hoffman Estates during my search for an Independent Living facility. This facility is great! The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and value for the cost are great also. I'm looking at moving into this facility.

My mother has been at Heartis since, Jan 2023. Her care has been phenomenal! Leanne in Marketing was my first contact with Heartis Brookfield. She took time aside from my tour to talk to me and share her personal experience and understanding of the transition for my mother. The Generations Manager [name removed] truly LOVES her residents and makes sure ALL caregivers provide excellent care. [name removed] knows my mom's history and updates me often. [name removed] considers the residents as family and provides any care needed along with her role as manager. Never hesitates to help! She takes the time to sit and talk with my mom. They all know me by first name and I am always welcomed. I toured 8 memory care facilities prior to coming to Heartis Brookfield. None compare to the cleanliness, care, and compassion. Even when she was hospitalized staff came to visit. They go above and beyond not because they have to, but because they love what they do. Thank you Generations [name removed], [name removed], and Caregivers!!!

We toured Morada Lawton when searching for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. I really liked this facility. It was a clean facility and seemed well run. It was farther away, larger non-refundable deposit and basically more expensive for the limited funds that I had.

The staff at Woodlands Village responds well to questions and concerns. I do think that the menus should be more specific to each site, not just issued from corporate headquarters. Actual meals do not match menu often. The apartment sizes and amenities offered to the residents are good. I would highly recommend Woodlands Village.

The facility has well-lit hallways, you are allowed to have pets here, the food is good and they also offer alternative selections if you do not want or like what is being served that day. They do offer one and two bedroom apartments. The 1st floor apartments have patios for those who have dogs. 2nd and 3rd floor apartments have a small balcony. All in all, I love this place!
