Wonderful staff, very attentive and supportive, the apartments are very nice and peaceful, amenities are awesome, perfect place for those needing to live I. A community but able to live independently, we are very happy we found this place

Mom moved in this summer and she really likes it there. She’s made new friends, her neighbors are nice . She likes the food and is happy she has things to do every day. The office team is great and helps Mom out when she has questions. It’s a great place.

Grateful for the exceptional care and attention by the staff at Brookdale. Dad's been doing better now that he can participate more in his own care and has made friends with other vets. Really a place dedicated to making life more manageable.

So far Discovery Village at Deerwood has been very pleasant and helpful and based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who made need a place for their loved ones. They have enough staff and not having to provide sitter service was very nice that they know how to treat their patients

Everyone tries the best to make residents happy, but there is always a few bad apples (residents), pushing the staffs buttons. Residents need to be more patient, because there are only so many of them.

Things are looking good and will look better when the remodeling is finished. like the activities here at Woodlands. The musicians and singers that put on shows are awesome! Also, the movie team does a very good job at movie selections. Over all Woodlands is a good place.

I chose the facility to feel safe and I feel very safe at Colonial. I have a hard time trusting people and haven't met anyone I don't trust here yet. The food is good, the other residents have welcomed me right in and the staff are all just amazing.

I've lived at Woodlands Village for 18 months and find it a safe, restful, and friendly place to live. The food is tasty and plentiful. The staff is very helpful and kind. Plenty of activities to keep me busy and music to keep me entertained! Although they are remodeling certain areas of the community, any inconvenience is kept to a minimum. I highly recommend that you come check us out!

I took a tour with my husband and mother-in-law. From the moment we walked in, we were immediately greeted with a smile. The staff was very helpful with any and all questions or concerns we had. The director, also, took the time to welcome us and offered to help in any way he could. Over all great experience. We felt very comfortable on choosing this facility. Thank you everyone.

Everyone there knows my Dad. I love that. From the top to the bottom. From the kitchen to the director. I would recommend this facility to others.

Though I decided against moving into Brookdale Des Plaines Senior Living, the facility left a lasting impression. Its welcoming atmosphere and impressive amenities stood out to me, making it a difficult decision to explore other options. Despite not choosing to move, I hold a positive view of Brookdale Des Plaines.

Spring mill was a great stay ,nothing negative I can say. The respite stay my loved one had was 2 weeks. It would be nice if Medicare would contribute partial of the stay.

I toured this community when we were looking for a place for my grandmother. The community is elegant, and the atmosphere is vibrant. The sales manager was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. We didn’t have the chance to eat lunch, but the food looked great. I spoke with a resident, and the lady loved living at the Atrium.

It's very nice, clean, and doesn't look like a nursing home environment.

The staff is very friendly very attentive. Always greets me with a smile always is very upbeat. Everyone I talk to there practically is just so friendly and caring. I asked my mom last night, so what's her favorite thing about Windsong and if she's having trouble communicating now and she's not at all with it but I said what's your favorite thing and she said, I can't think of a specific I just like it she's like they feed me well there's activities she knows the people there she's they love her they treat her very well yes so far I've just been very pleased and I feel very fortunate and lucky to have found it. And I really thought they put on a great event last night that was very inclusive. The food was good. The service was good. They were really working our butts off because these are not people who generally do big event. I like serve waiters and stuff like that and I love the activities Director I'm totally spacing on her name right now she is so friendly and kind and always has a big smile, so I have nothing but great things to say. I would highly recommend it to anyone. We wanted to put my father there, but he's actually a little bit too with it to be there I just took my mom to the Christmas dinner they hold and it was honestly so magnificent. Everyone working so hard to make a happy and festive evening. It was lovely

I would rate them all as of 5. However my uncle had a little trouble adjusting to leaving a large home with a 2 car garage, so he may have a slightly different take. Although there are activities he doesn't really participate, he has only been there 6 weeks, so maybe as time goes on he'll adjust better.

I just wanted to drop a quick note and say how much I appreciate Woodlands Villages' support. My mother-in-law is very happy with her apartment and she is enjoying her social life now more as well! The team is a very large part of her ongoing happiness and I sincerely thank the Woodlands Village team for your continued kindness toward her.

I found this place while servicing some of the residents in this community. The level of caring as well as the cleanness in the facility caught my attention. Our mother joined the facility 10 months ago and we are extremely happy and satisfied. It is small community so everyone knows everyone. It feels like home! A true place for Mom!
