The dining is hit or miss, sometimes the food is pretty good and the service is great and other times it's horrible. They need a better system for taking orders in a timely matter and making sure tables don't get missed. The Head Nurse [name removed] was wonderful and a few others were exceptional. [name removed] [name removed] and [name removed] went above and beyond taking care of my dad. I know he was well taken care of and loved.

I ate breakfast there one time and ask for over easy eggs and they came out well done, bacon was burnt and toast was over toasted. We had cleaning services add and they never the first month so had to call and they did come following month and was supposed to get credit back for first month. I need to check and see if that happened. My dad is very happy there!

The only reason I left was because I needed to be able to cook. The meals were such that if I had a doctors appointment, I would miss a meal. Breakfast was served, too early. My only other complaint was the parking. Unless you paid to have your own parking place, it was very hard to find a place to park. My husband is handicap and this was a real struggle. Also at Terra Bella the van would not accommodate my husband's wheelchair. They said that they would when we first moved in. After we moved in , they told us they could not take wheelchairs. This was a big disappointment.

Ormand in the Pines exceeds expectations, unlike [name removed] faculty in moved out of the food here has good choices, is properly prepared and served hot. The staff is excellent, there is a lot to do. The place is well maintained and kept clean. There are two good sized elevators that work rather than one, small, 5’X7’ elevator that previous place took 2 1/2 months to fix.

From the initial phone call to moving day and beyond, I couldn't be happier. [name removed] made the process of getting my mother registered so easy. Everything was explained in detail. She was very understanding and extremely knowledgeable about my mother's form of Alzheimers. Since moving day, there were some bumps in the road, but the staff has been amazing. They are very communicative. But more importantly is the personal touch. I feel the staff is truly invested in taking great care of the residents and ensuring that they are happy. Alzheimers is a horrible disease and this process could have been horrendous. I no longer worry if my mother is being cared for, because I see it every time I visit her and hear how happy she is when we talk on the phone. The number/variety of activities provided is amazing. But most importantly are the services provided that are included in the monthly fee, Seaton Springwood does not charge their residents for each service.

My mother-in-law went into this facility about a month ago. The facility is bright and cheery and the staff are helpful, professional and very accomodating. They update us on any and all changes in their care for my mother-in-law. I would recommend them to anyone needing expert elder care.

Everyone at The Addison made mom's transition to memory care so smooth. She has adjusted and doing much better than her last facility. [name removed] walked me through ever step of the way before taking residency. [name removed] is awesome as is her staff. Very friendly and responsive when I need to ask a question. I finally have a piece of mind and can sleep at night knowing mom is safe.

5 all things.. Residents are friendly, servers are so nice and caring.... Awesome place to live....management is weak...Absolutely would recommend this community to other families, .good deal for the money...

We moved my mom to Morada Midwest City in November 2023. It has been the best place for her! The staff is all amazing. She has dementia and all her nurses and staff have been just wonderful for her. The food there is great and the cook is so sweet. You can tell she loves her job and treats every resident like she is their personal cook. My mom feels very loved and safe there. I’m so thankful that God led us to Morada. I know my mom will be well taken care of there and she calls it her home. Thank you for finding this place for us!!!!

Moved my Mom here from Clearwater Reno and it’s been a positive experience in both the financial side and her housing plus the staff is competent and responsive. The food and activities are top notch and my Mom loves it there. Highly recommended!

The reason we gave the value for cost a 3 out of 5 is because the rent is reasonable, but he pays an extra [name removed] a month for care. We don't know when or if they will raise the amount for his level of care. It's really clean. It doesn't have that nursing home smell. It's also bright and feels more like an apartment.

It was a little difficult at first since we had no experience with assisted living, but things got sorted out pretty quickly. We were worried that mom wouldn't like it there, but she's happy there. I would and have recommended Lake House as an option.

What our family likes the most about the Morada Lake Hefner community is the staff members, they are friendly. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families

7 months since my original review of Brookdale Des Plaines as a new resident……my opinions have only gotten better and stronger. The short version…COME AND JOIN US!!!! Or……read on…. The # one reason for my opinion of continued satisfaction is that the management AND staff continue to administer their responsibilities at the highest level, on a 24/7/365 basis! Things that stand out after 7 months is the attitude / dedication of the entire staff, food, house-keeping, maintenance, At-home services, activities, even busing, GREAT people doing GREAT jobs with terrific attitudes, smiles on their faces. Making certain the residents get all the assistance that they need. House-keeping of this 10 story building is relentless…and appreciated!!! Note. I have not mentioned Medical/nursing care because I am not in Assisted Living, so I do not have much contact with those services. However, I do use the on-site Physical Therapy service which has proved to be exceptional. During the 7 months I have

The value compares to other properties for long term/retirement care I have no insight. The guests there were all in good spirits and hence seem to enjoy it there. I needed temporary housing while my broken ankle healed. It definitely was the best price in the area for the services desired and offered. Private room and bath, 3 meals a day, weekly housecleaning, weekly laundry, complimentary transportation to doctor appointments. It was a very clean facility, great staff, and food.

The rent is reasonable, the staff is kind and respectful, and the food is gourmet!

The newness of the facility and the friendliness of all of the staff are the main reasons we chose The Lodge at Greeley over other places we saw. They are all very caring. Unfortunately like all places just not enough people willing g to work in today's work force.

There are more expensive retirement / assisted living places in our area but the residents are not as happy from what I understand. So far, based on the experience we have had so far with Brookdale Santa Fe we would recommend this community to other families.

Like a true family setting. My sister needed medical and daily care. Lovely people and staff here from the local area. Great experience settling in and she likes the staff and living environment. Thursday church service is a favorite with Pastor [name removed] and [name removed]. Staff was extremely accommodating to availability and move in time period. Housekeeping is detailed and timely. Peaceful, safe and caring environment for all to enjoy. Activities are provided, salon services too if needed. Staff goes above and beyond.

Polo Park has been a very positive experience. She is doing better I think because of the inclusive atmosphere. The staff is so supportive, thoughtful and helpful. It is a great place, would and do tell others about Polo Park
