The place was clean, the people were so kind to my dad and our family. They really treated everyone like we were family. They stayed in contact with us out of concern for my dad when he had a hospital stay - they even went and checked on him while he was in the hospital. There were tons of activities and the food choices were good, but for me it was about the caring staff.

Breakfast is about an hour too early for us. And we'd like more Italian entrees and a little more food overall. We understand that it's difficult to please so many pallets but the chef makes a noticeable effort and it's that's why he also gets a 5. This place is a good choice and could stand to have security at night just so residents can feel psychologically safe if for no other reason. The rehab is beautiful.

I'd give all of these a 5 except meals, which gets a 4. I know it is a small place and they do the best they can. I think they've had some people in the kitchen out sick, so it's understandable. I just don't think a corn dog is a very good meal. That's only happened once, so maybe it's a one off. My mom doesn't go hungry and am thankful for that. Everyone is really nice and we're still settling in.

I toured this community for my parents and I was very impressed! The staff was friendly, the sales manager, [name removed], was knowledgeable and really took the time to listen to my parents wants and needs. The building was clean and the residents all seemed happy to call the community home!

My parent's and I visited the facility and I absolutely loved it and signed for their apartment the same day. They have never been happier in a facility.

Meals, housekeeping FREE laundry facilities, nice court yard, activities and worship services, shuttle. Salon, within walk to shopping center! Emergency call necklace, safe and friendly, Affordable!

The people were very friendly. We got to be there at lunch and the food was really good. The community was very comfortable, and it seems like there is a lot of activities to keep active. [name removed] was very knowledgeable and gave a great tour.

I’ve been touring to find a place for my mother. [name removed] gave me an extensive tour and answered all my questions. The community is impressive and we liked the varied activities. We loved the beautiful granite counters and new carpet in the apartment. They’ve moved to the top of our list!

Loved [name removed] from the moment I met her, and they were so helpful! She even came out to my mom‘s home before I moved her. they are also remodeling in the apartments are just beautiful. [name removed] home care I was not impressed with, but they also have another one on site, called [name removed].

Fremont Hills is like a boutique hotel. Very well designed and accessible. My Dad's particular unit is very nice and roomy. He has a walk in seated shower stall and a separate living room and separate bedroom. The kitchenette is roomy with lots of cabinets for storage. Microwave and Fridge, too. No stove to start any fires. Housekeeping comes once a week and they are very thorough. My Dad gets along with everyone and is a gentleman to each of them. They tell me this when I go visit. I will say that the parking is limited in the back of the property at anytime of the day or night. The meals are made and cooked according to dietary needs for the residents. Meaning; they taste bland to us regular visitors, but are perfect for the residents. My dad loves the food, but I personally prefer not to eat their food because it's not tasty enough for me. But this is ok. They only provide all 3 square meals for the residents, not for us visitors. And if we choose to order food, we have to pay for it or have it charged to the room. Also, a resident can have their food delivered to their room if they choose (for a small fee). The staff is wonderful. They know each of the residents by name and I find this extremely telling of how invested the staff is in their individual care for each resident. We are extremely happy with Fremont Hills. They are extremely attentive.

The folks that work at The Forum at Park Lane were outstanding and based on the experience we had with this community, we would recommend them to anyone.

My mother loves living there and the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm so pleased that she is having a good experience at such a great place. I wanted something suitable for my mother and she loves it. The value was reasonable especially for what is included in the price. My mother is quite happy with her place there and that makes me happy.

Our move in was a bit bumpy.. Make sure team is aware of your move in time.. However; strong recovery and feel genuine care towards our Mother. Staff is outstanding. Very aesthetically pleasing decor. It was new, less turnover in Memory Care and a good interview process.

This is a very respectful facility.We have lived here about 4.5 years now. The staff is always friendly and caring. The food is amazing and has large portions. There are a lot of activities every week. We have recently had a magician that was great. Loving all the wide variety of activities we currently have.

I moved into Colonial Village 13 years ago. The staff has always been respectful, caring & taken care of any issues that may arise. This was my place of choice 13 years ago and is still my place of choice today. Also the rate of my apartment is perfect for my budget.

I have toured a few times and every time is was a pleasant experience, this was a tough decision and had lost of questions but every time we called [name removed] with them she was always nice and very helpful.

I toured this community and Dawn was great, she kept in touch with me through the entire process, and I brought my step mother back in to tour and she loved it as well and has decided to move in.
