My aunt has been a resident with Cardinal Place for a few years. She is not just an aunt to me so we were not going to just settle for any place. The energy and love in this building is so wonderful. The residents always seem to be happy, cared for, and doing the most fun things. I love that I can visit any time of the day and always see smiling faces. I would recommend anyone to this facility. Great staff, great residents, great facility!!

This community looked very good just at the end it came down to the one that we felt was located in the best place and that the care and providers that were offered fit our loved ones needs. The tour was good.

The staff members at Madison Estates get a 5 plus they are wonderful. It has a very homey feeling to it, a very inviting atmosphere and most of the residents there are very happy which is a major plus. There will always be people to complain about the meals, but everyone we visit and speak with our loved one he is happy. The management is top notch, the manager and assistant manager are superior.

This community was our number one and the nicest community but it was just too expensive for the budget that was set for my loved one.

Being out of state I have only visited the community once, but it was very clean and the interaction I have had with the staff has all been great. Our loved one has isolated himself so we are unsure what activities they offer, but he is happy with the meals and dining service and we do think the value for cost is good

When you walk into Cardinal Place it doesn't feel like a nursing home. It's welcoming & friendly. Our family can visit my mom whenever we want & she's always happy/well taken care of when we see her. They could use more staff though.

I visit a loved one at Cardinal Place & i was especially pleased with how they've managed themselves throughout the covid pandemic. We get to visit from time to time, and from what i gather, they've never had any residents ill or pass away due to covid. I'm happy knowing my loved one is safe there & gets the care she needs.

Parkview is definitely one of the best independent living facilities in this area. The facility is very nice and we really enjoyed our tour. The only reason we decided against this location was because we felt that the parking and accommodations were a little tight.

[Name removed] is the supervising nurse manager. He has taken extra care and attention to my Grandma. We are new to navigating the processes involved in long term insurance, he helped. He also makes sure that she is well attended to. Th experience at La Marea has been amazing. Helpful, fun, caring and just a easy transition for my 91 grandma

There are great people here, the residents and especially the staff. The apartment is a little small, but it's okay. We got the biggest one they have to offer. Overall I think it's an excellent value.

We chose Discovery Village because it was the best fit for our loved one. The apartment sizes are the best that I saw and we looked at quite a few other places. I would move in there myself in a heartbeat and would highly recommend this facility to others who are looking.

I usually don't post reviews, but this one is too important not to do so. Hilltop Estates is amazing! We moved my parents in last week, big adjustment for them moving to a new town and downsizing from our beautiful family home. Skeptical at first, not sure how it would work out, but to see them thriving in a community that cares about people and understands seniors is so wonderful. The food is outstanding, well exceeding our expectations. Thank you to the staff; [names removed] and many others for treating all residents with respect and an abundance of kindness.

Sunrise was wonderful. My mom loved it. The service there was top-notch. We couldn't have been happier with our choice.

For the most part: Excellent! I have lived here almost 2 1/2 years, and do love living here a lot! The McKinley Place employees are great, especially now that Corporate has been "weeding" out the trash. The "agency" support staff leaves much to be desired...Bad attitude, lazy rude, simply do not care!! Having been in Admin. @Med. College of WI for 36+ years, I have good perceptions. Thanks!

Heartis Village is without a doubt a wonderful community. The management team is unlike any other I have ever come across. They care deeply about their residents and their staff alike. The staff is fantastic. They provide high-quality care with a passion that is unmatched. I am very happy here, my first impression of Discovery Village was just the friendliness and happiness of the people here, everyone is so happy and always smiling. I am still settling in so I haven't been taking advantage of all the activities, but it is an exceptional environment. It is a very pet friendly community. Warm, friendly, loving kind and caring environment.

The meals and dining service overall is pretty good but they are struggling with staff so sometimes there is some inconsistency. They do have a lot of activities going on here and the value for cost in my opinion is worth it.

We chose Marchbanks because of the location, it is very easy access for family. The staff are very good with communication and keep you well information. We have been very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend them.
