There isn't a buy in, it's not a huge deal in many ways, but if they'd told me what was going on, I'd have picked a different place.It was fine until they announced on Wednesday that they're no longer providing assisted living, only independent living. Dad doesn't need assisted living yet, but I moved him there so if he gets to that point he wouldn't have to move. It feels like a bait and switch. Someone had to know about it when I got him moved in and we talked about not having to move him again, but now I'm having to look at contingencies.

I will tell you Kiely Ranch is the best place everyone there is great. They went out of their way to help us with our mom and get her to her appointments. I also know she did like the place and people. Unfortunately she was only there three weeks but in that time the people there formed a relationship with our mom and staff told us how much they cared for our mom and would miss her. The food is good, the place is very clean and they have activities for the people that living there which is great. I would recommend Kiely Ranch to anybody that needs a places for their parents because they can't take care of themselves or be in there home anymore.

Love the setup and place. Staff are very engaging, very helpful and feel appreciated after interactions.

All of the staff have respect for each individual there - they really strive to provide quality care. The facility itself is beautiful. The staff managing are wonderful.

I am very impressed with all of the staff. Very professional and efficient. They are always friendly and smiling. They make fun activities for the residents which keeps them busy and feeling good. They take very good care of my husband. I couldn’t be more pleased.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Gardens of Bellaire and the overall experience has been great. This facility has exceeded our expectations, strongly. I would recommend this facility to others.

We selected Sunrise in Frisco for my husband's mother. She is happy and we don't have any complaints about the process or the facility. We would speak highly of the process, and facility only concern is the cost. In today's world it is outrageous the amount one pays. We pay it, as it saves our mental health. She loves it there!! Speaks highly of Sunrise.

The facility is just a little dated, but they have a new dining hall that is beautiful. The quality of care is very good, but they are a little bit understaffed. They all tried very hard to make us feel welcome. They have been very good in answering questions about billing as we close our accounts. Our family would recommend Brookdale Santa Fe as an assisted living facility.

I would tell others if they are having difficulty getting their parent to accept memory Care from assisted living this is an easy transition. It feels like a standalone assisted living facility because they break the residents up into cognitive levels so they are not exposed to the low functioning residence if they have some function still They were the perfect fit for our mother and we appreciate the recommendation from A Place for Mom.

[name removed], the nurse is so bubbly and friendly. I feel like she's taken the time to get to know [name removed]. All the caretakers have been great so far. [name removed], the Activity Director, will come in my loved ones room and watch a tv show with him or just talk to him because my loved one refuses to go to any activities. We are so very pleased with everything and feel like this is the best [name removed] has been since we first put him in assisted living 3 years ago. He is always smiling and happy when we come to see him which is a major change for him!

Nice people very efficient community, they take very good care of [name removed]for me, any concerns they contact me right away. I think it was the best choice I made for her. She is well cared for.

My mom had a wonderful experience at Sagebrook. I highly recommend it. The food quality is good. The people leading the activities are wonderful.

We are so grateful that my cousin has a new home at Solstice! The staff is wonderful - friendly, welcoming, and engaging. There are many activity options daily, as well as weekly outings. Extra support care is available, so that someone who may need extra help down the road does not necessarily need to move out. Solstice's location is convenient to us; and stores, banks, and restaurants are nearby. The cost financially is a stretch for us, which is why my cousin is in a large studio rather than a 1-bedroom. However, we highly recommend Solstice if your family can afford it.

Mom Hasn't moved in yet but we had a tour and ate a meal there. She is excited to move in and get settled. Shes looking forward to the peace of mind this place will provide I am looking forward to the interaction she will have with others her age

The entire staff at the Morada Sr Assisted Living facility have been absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning working with [name removed] so professional and kind, to the Care Coordinators and business mgr [name removed]. And to the BEST TEAM of caretakers [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] have been outstanding with the 24 hour care. Kudos to Dining-room staff always great service. Thank you to Everyone!

Getting away from the maintenance and monthly utilities bills of owning a home has given us a breath of fresh air to begin the next steps in our lives! Located in a central location of so many places to shop and medical care, FIVE STAR PREMIER includes a car service too! From the day we arrived to check out this residence, we have been treated as if we were very special! The management staff have gone out of their way to respond to every question we had, taking us from one apartment to another, making sure that the one WE selected met all our needs. They have accompanied us throughout the facility, introducing us to staff and a luxurious dining experience. The drivers were introducing us to the weekly shopping experiences, while giving guides on other local businesses and how to avoid certain traffic congestion. The Concierge' have gone way beyond expectations. I could go on all day singing their praises, but, the best advice is: MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TODAY! SEE FOR YOUR SELF!

We put my 93 year old dad in Parkview on Hollybrook 2 months ago. We were nervous and sad but after watching Parkview take excellent care of my dad we are no longer nervous. They take very good care of him. My dad is in Memory Care. The food is excellent, it's clean, they have lots of activities to keep them engaged and healthy. They have good OT and PT and the nursing staff really cares as well as the aids. Memory Care patients have their own room / apartment. Some rooms share a bath some have their own bath. There are real nice courtyards to sit safely outside and enjoy the birds and beautiful gardens. Everything is spacious, clean and modern. It doesn't have a nursing home feel. It feels like a beautiful safe hotel for my dad that takes care of his every need.

To me the experience here is OK something different. Grocery shopping going out to eat with others. Watching difference of health people caring for each others.. I love my studio.. The staff cares about your health and safety!
