I was very pleased when I toued with Sue. She was very genuine and professional . She helped this difficult decision easier to handle. I am happy for my mom to have be able to live a happier life. I know have peace of mind she’s safe and happy.

When the time came, we looked around for an ideal assisted living facility for Dad and selected Brookdale Des Plaines. We knew the Brookdale communities were highly rated and chose this one mainly for the location, spacious apartments and customized care plans. We were pleased to discover this facility offers much more mostly because of the wonderful people who work here. It is staffed with skilled professionals who truly care about the well-being of the residents. The nurses who look after Dad are amazing. The restaurant managers have worked with us to create an ideal meal plan that works for Dad. All the people employed here are friendly, responsible, respectful and kind. Upon entering the building you feel the positive vibe-lots of smiling faces and a happy atmosphere. It’s not an easy transition going from independence to an assisted living arrangement, but thanks to the people who manage the facility and work here, Dad assimilated well and quickly. Highly recommend!

My loved one is currently a resident at Solstice Senior Living at Renton and the experience has been great, so far. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Based on our experience, I would recommend this facility to others.

I recently attended Morningside of Anderson's Spring Fling! I was super impressed by the happy atmosphere, amazing food, and great staff that worked together to create a special time for the family and friends in the community. When I walked into the building the receptionist was very friendly. The staff all greeted me when I walked to my moms room. Building was beautiful and was very clean. I stayed to have lunch with my mom. Our server was very nice. Brought our food fast and it was delicious. All staff is kind and helpful.

All staff that I encountered were very kind, friendly, and welcoming. The community was extremely clean and without odors and food was delicious. Dining room servers were very hospitable, friendly, and accommodating.

I want to say that TerraBella Roswell is a nice place to stay. It has good service, kind caregivers, responsible med tech and a good administrative team work. I just encourage people to have a tour to see a place where you can place your love ones being sure that they will be safe and nice.

Staff is very attentive and responsive to watching over residents and making sure their needs are met. Many outside of the facility activities are available to the residents. Whether it's a specific activity at a certain destination, or just going for a drive in the afternoon to break up the monotony at the facility so the residents, who might be new to the area, can see the countryside.

The staff at Arbor View were great. The caregivers were very attentive, [name removed] and [name removed] in particular. They truly care about the patients. The daily menus varied a lot and looked very appetizing. Mom was on a pureed food diet but she seemed to enjoy her meals. A Place for Mom has been wonderful in helping us place mom, first in Illinois at [facility name removed], and at Arbor View in Wisconsin.

TerraBella Memory Care is an extraordinary facility. Their staff takes wonderful care of my mom who is over 101 and has been a resident there for 2 1/2 years. I phone nightly and am given helpful status reports before I speak with her. I am a neurologist and have seen many facilities and few have the dedicated, compassionate, knowledgeable and upbeat staff that this facilty has. In particular, I would like to commend [name removed] & [name removed]who I know best as well as [names removed] & all the others. I am reassured by the fact that my mom has such excellent care. In addition [name removed], the hospice nurse, is outstanding. When I visit it is a delight to interact with the staff. Our family is very fortunate that our mom is so well taken care of.

Morningside of Concord provides excellent care for your loved ones. The staff is friendly, caring, and compassionate. The nurses and Doctors at the facility are very good and keep families informed about any changes in resident’s health or behavior. They have many activities to keep residents engaged and happy from exercise, trivia games, cooking, going out to eat and visiting many places in the community. They also bring in lots of great entertainment. I would highly recommend Morningside of Concord.

Weekends have been "iffy" for food. I would have rated Sunday a 3, but they have stopped the buffet on Sunday so hopefully things better on that day. There has been an issue with maintenance. Many of the residences on the west side get water in through the windows and balcony doors when there is a thunderstorm. It's happened in my parents unit 3 times in 3 months. This needs attention as capital improvement or deferred maintenance. Many people say they will leave if not remedied. It's been a great facility and experience for my parents. The doctor that makes house calls there has been great for them and they are also visited by mini specialist through a referral system. Overall, they have enjoyed the food and it has been better than expected. My parents also like the in-house physical therapy there, the aesthetic is very nice. It's great that residence. Get to walk inside both air-conditioning and heating during inclement weather. It's a great facility for getting in your steps and exercise. It is a beautiful home.

Very nice tour .. met several folks that reside there. All very happy. Loved that they are pet friendly. Floor plans were spacious Nice places to go and spend time if you had company . Everyone friendly

After a UTI left mom unable to complete most tasks including walking, she went to skilled nursing. When therapy there wasn’t helping much, we chose Clark’s Summit Senior Living, and are so happy we did! Mom is walking again, has friends & is happy! Her dementia is not progressing as rapidly, she is entertained by the various activities and most of all, ambulatory again! We made a great choice & have never regretted it! The staff, therapists, meals and cleanliness are outstanding & it’s a great place!

Every thing about this place is Great, the staff and management is great! The in house caregivers do a great job, the food is good, every now and then they will have something that she doesn't like but they offer an alternative menu for when that happens. It's hard to make food that everyone likes. The place is clean and well maintained. No unpleasant odor. They offer a lot of activities, but mom doesn't seem interested in any of that yet. Having a hard time just getting her to leave her apartment, bought her an electric scooter but she's not a very good driver! The price is very good for all they offer. So overall very well pleased with the facility.

Everything is 5 stars! The size of the apartments are great. They all seem to like their jobs and care about the residents.

Our family could not be happier with the care, love and attention my mom has received at The Palms. Everything written in the description of The Palms is that AND more?? The Palms exudes a sense of family and we can rest easy knowing when we leave Mom each time she is in loving hands. P.S. My mom loves the delicious meals each day and having run multiple kitchens as a Registered Dietitian she has had NO complaints.
