My mother who is a resident there seems to really be enjoying it and based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

The transition from [removed] to Homeplace for my mother has been very smooth. There is a lot of things we've all learned during the past 8 months but I think my mother is safe, secure and happy at Homeplace.

My mother has been at Home Place of New Bern for several years. We have been so very happy with her here. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, has been so kind and caring toward her. It doesn’t matter what their job title is, they treat her like FAMILY! She lights up when she sees them and they help her when it’s not such a great day for her. They are always there to support her and give her the best care possible. I also feel like they are FAMIlY to me. They will reach out to me whenever there is a change or concern. They also have lots of activities for the residents. Different groups and organizations will also come to perform or play bingo and do crafts. Home Place of New Bern is just that - Home with the FAMILY

The staff members at Solstice Senior Living at Auburn have been amazing with us and my dad. He has settled in there and I know most of it is because they treat him like family. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at McCarthy Court. In spite of a few set backs, the food is getting better. Our Activity Director is great and keeps us busy. I feel safe, comfortable, and entertained. Lovely!

[name removed] in administration was great. Took all the time we needed. Answered all of our questions. Took us around to see all the rooms and staff. Made us feel very good in placing our mom there. All the staff we meet seemed genuinely happy and supportive to the patients.

My mom is a resident of McCarthy Court. She really enjoys interacting with the staff and activities offered. Whenever I visit, the staff is very pleasant and helpful. They make you feel like part of the family.

I do tell others , when the opportunity presents itself, nice facility, friendly staff and as I said [name removed] is great! Hopefully it will be a good transition for my mom and she will be a part of this community.

I would recommend The Conservatory at Plano to others. The difference I noted in my visits to senior living facilities was that the residents I saw here seemed happier than the residents in the other facilities that I visited.

My loved one was previously a resident at Cloverland Park and the experience was great. The friendliness was great. The facility was nice and clean. The staff and care services were also great. I would recommend this facility to others.

I can highly recommend Heartfields. Both of my parents are at Heartfields. Our family has no worries that they are in the best of hands. From outings to special events at Heartfields to the attentiveness of the nursing staff and other staff. We get quick responses if we have any questions and thorough answers. We are always made to feel welcome when visiting given the openness of the staff and of the visiting area. The decision was very difficult at the time, but our entire family is comfortable and happy with the decision we made to choose Heartfields.

All above has been a great experience for our loved one, even though they are independent whenever I need anything I can trust it will get done. Friendly always that's most important. The tenant are happy and so is my Uncle

Wonderful, caring staff and a home- like environment! My mother-in-law is settling in well after a week there- with special thanks to all the help and support from the staff. She loves the food, has made new friends and I’m happy knowing she enjoying trivia, wine tastings and ice cream parties.

The staff is very helpful, kind, courteous and efficient. [name removed] and [name removed] and the other [name removed] are great!! My Aunt loves the entertainers, the crafting and bingo!!!

Staff was very warm and welcoming to my brother on his arrival, in my absence. I was impressed with [name removed]. I also liked that my brother had a balcony in his unit. Unfortunately, it is un -usable, because of air-conditioner. I wish he had a better unit, so he could enjoy the balcony. I think there should be more green walking area, and more physical activity encouraged . Music, Dancing, lite arm exercises.

This facility strives to be the best. They are open to and welcome new ideas. They listen and care about their customers and encourage and support family involvement. Everyone is treated as family. They address any concerns that may arise in a professional attentive manner.

We toured with Morningside of Wilmington and we loved the community and the residents/ staff. Everyone was so happy and welcoming! We plan on moving our parents in the summer to Wilmington and this is where we have chosen! The bottom floor apartment that opened to the courtyard was gorgeous.

Staff friendly and helpful. Grounds are beautiful with walking trail and duck pond, flowers and trees. The front doors are locked from 6:30 PM to 8 AM so felt my mom was safe. There was a good variety of activities and outings but my mom never participated. Its an independent living facility so I don't think quality of care applies.

The moment I walked in I could feel the power of community and caring. This community just feels great and everyone I encountered was happy and smiling. I spoke with many of the staff and the residents and they could not say enough good things about the place. I would recommend this community to everyone interested in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
