Since I moved my mom in here 2 months ago our lives have changed in such a positive way. Mom actually gets out of bed and off her couch to make friends, play games and gets involved with activities and events. She has made some really good friends and is so happy. When I am older I may move here myself.

The staff members at Aspenwood Senior Living are professional, friendly and attentive to residents' and families' needs. Aspenwood's capacity to administer medications helped me tremendously. Also, having medical doctors scheduled to attend to the residents is also helpful. I've dined with my cousin in the dinning room and I enjoyed that experience. Residents receive memos on various topics when necessary, bulletin boards are updated weekly. I receive notices in the mail regarding important changes. Housekeeping is done regularly. I highly recommend Aspenwood Senior Living and the services and care that they offer.

Discovery is beautiful and clean with an outstanding staff. My mother is happy, well looked after and safe. The nursing staff is caring and kind. It’s everything we could ask for in a retirement community. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The pond is peaceful and a restful place to relax and enjoy nature. We are grateful to be a part of this wonderful facility. Thank you for what you do.

Mom was adamant that she wasn’t going into any kind of home. She would just take care of herself. Well that wasn’t going to happen and my brother and sister agonized over how we could keep her with us but with the Dementia and her lack of mobility there was nothing else we could do but to find a place for her (mom). After weeks of looking I called A Place For Mom and after talking with them we took their suggestions and looked at several homes finally deciding on Heartis in Fayetteville Ga. They covered every question we had and made us feel good about our decision to place her there. She has been there around 5 weeks and tells us every time we wear her how happy she is to be there.

The staff at Rittenhouse is amazingly friendly and personable. They treat everyone so nicely. The dining facility is great. My mom loves it there. I’m so happy I brought my mom there. Wish I had done it sooner!

When we decided to move my dad from Gettysburg, PA, where he lived his entire life, I was filled with anxiety. Moving him to Somerford was wonderful! He feels like he is with family there. He loves the residents there, and we love the staff. They have many activities there to suit anyone. He is well fed too. I love that has access to physical therapy and occupational therapy there too. Somerford House was the right choice!

It is a great place to live and yes I would recommend people to go there. The staff is wonderful and caring. My mother loves living there.

They were always ready to answer any questions I had my mom is currently in her own home, but if the time comes when she has to have assisted living, I would have my mom go to Terra Bella Pheasant Ridge. I honestly think that the staff made my mom feel at home.

I would rate Brookdale a 5 on all. I love the liveliness here. The residents are very nice and welcoming. I'm particularly impressed w the programs. Virtual reality tours, TED talks, book club, special discussions, films, and classes from U of C at San Marcos. These are addition to the games, art, etc. I highly recommend Brookdale.

5 for all. Staff is fantastic and very caring. Quality of care - I am entirely independent. I utilize shuttle bus for shopping and medical appointments. Great transportation coverage 5 days week. Meals are amazing and the dining room uses linen tablecloth and napkins. Set a beautiful table. Wait staff is very attentive. Always open for suggestions to improve. Huge variety of activities and social opportunities. People are free to participate as much or as little as they choose. I think value for cost is very good.

It's a great place to spend your senior years. The food is very good. The other residents are welcoming. Shasta Estates, a good place to be for senior living. Great staff I would recommend it to friends.

Very welcoming to new residents and the staff is fantastic. They look after each person as if they are their own family.

The facilities were very "homey". The staff was very friendly, professional, and compassionate. They were always there to answer questions, and contacted me if they had questions or concerns. This was in the dementia care unit, so I can't speak to the other units.

Great place, great staff! They took great care of my mother.

We lost my dad just before Christmas and I was looking for a place for mom to move to. There were too many memories in the house. My mom is showing some signs of forgetfulness as we all do and I am so glad that she has the dining room where she can eat her meals with her new friends and she doesn’t have to worry about cooking anymore. The apartments at Terra Bella are very nice very roomy with nice bathrooms and walk-in showers. My mom is in a first floor unit and she has a nice patio and overlooks a pond. We feel blessed that we were able to find Terra Bella and get my mom a place there and she is really happy with her new place.

They remodeled. It's bright and clean. Everyone on staff is great. The other residents are friendly.I would recommend.

I understand that they feed a lot of people daily, and that it is institutional big batch cooking, but too much salt and sweets. With that and primarily sedentary days, mom has gained over 20 lbs. in a year. Her sugar and cholesterol numbers are up, but at 97 years old, I suppose it's to be expected. Wonderful, caring staff. Mom is in memory care wing, so I can't really comment about the rest of the facility, but her caregivers are truly interested in mom's well-being, very patient, and caring.

The staff who serve food and the other staff are friendly and helpful. There are lots of activities and the residence are very friendly and get to know each other There's a lot of things. First, the food is excellent. It's like restaurant quality food. People may not realize how important and unusual that is in one of these places. It's very centrally located and reasonably priced for the value you get It was by far the best choice we could've made for my mom

My brother has been a resident at College View Manor for only 2 months. He likes the facility and his apartment very much. The rent covers his apartment, restaurant style lunch and dinner daily, free use of laundry on each floor, cleaning of the apartment weekly, and free transportation by appointment within then Joplin area. The people that live within facility seem quite happy and active. The food is delicious and the kitchen staff is most accommodating. The administrative staff is quite capable and cares about the people living in this community of residence. The facility allows cats and small dogs. Many of the residents have pets. I believe that my brother will be quite happy living at College Burw Manor.

My Parest live here. We are so lucky. And the Staff from [name removed] to the [name removed] people are all So caring and helpful [name removed] deserve a gold metal. Maybe a few more healthy options for food, less salt, Skim milk and turkey bacon. Staff is the best.
