I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move mom to Morningside of Gastonia. In the beginning she would tell everyone that this is just temporary, but now she calls it home. She’s excited with all the activities they offer and her new friends help fill her days. Many thanks to the management team and staff.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Haven and The Laurels in Stone Oak and everything has been great for her so far. It is a great community and we are very happy to have found it. I would recommend The Haven and The Laurels in Stone Oak to others.

I sensed a real concern by the staff for the people under their care. While there may have been internal (employee/employer) issues, as there may be in any work environment, it never manifested itself in my presence. In my opinion, employees are acting professionally in that regard. As for the facility, it was wonderful, above what I expected to find.

After touring several communities, we couldn't be happier with our choice of Heartland’s for our mom! The staff is friendly and attentive. Mom loves the meals, activities and entertainment. The management team is always available and keeps us informed. Mom’s adjustment was easy. She feels right at home.

We are having difficulties currently keeping a good chef and servers. There is not one thing in particular that we like the best, we just really enjoy the surroundings, the friendly people and the friendly staff.

Everyone and everything at the The Conservatory at Champion Forest community has been wonderful. Based on the experience I have had so far here, I would recommend them to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

We loved Parkview! Everyone was soooo kind! It's a great family. I'm sure the new Activity Director will bring the Activities up to a 5. She's already done several upgrades, so I should probably change that one to a 5! We love love love this place! Thank you for helping us find it! They make being at Parkview fun! It has been a wonderful experience for the whole family! We've loved it there!

My loved one is a current resident at Solstice Senior Living at Sandy and the whole experience at this facility has been great so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, meals and activities are also great. I would definitely recommend Solstice Senior Living at Sandy to others who are looking for Independent Living.

I contracted for care for my niece who was the resident. She lived there for about 6 months before passing. I think it was a well run facility and was fairly priced. Based upon my experience visiting my niece I would recommend it. It was sold to a new operator a month or so before she passed. The impression my cousin had was that staffing was reduced. I can't verify that.

Cost is okay compared to others. Sad that it costs so much and my family member will only be able to stay here for maybe another year and a half or so,till she runs out of money. The landing does a great job taking care of its residence in memory care.

The first few weeks were rough because it took my mom a while to adjust to the new facility. A Wanderguard bracelet helped reassure us that she was safe on her explorations and she began to settle in. She loves the food, and is surrounded by lovely, friendly residents who look after each other. Her room is cleaned regularly—it sparkles when they are done. The care givers are very cheerful and communicative with her. As a result, her cognitive function, communication, and communication have all improved. Most importantly, she is comfortable, safe, more content than she has been in a long time. The staff has carefully planned activities that cover all areas of residents’ needs. From church services to happy hours, hymn sings to live music, Seaton has it all. My family and I highly recommend. Oh, and the facility is beautiful!

To be close to family, my mother in law moved to the 5 Star after many years in Florida. She commented that she wished she would have moved there earlier. She is so happy and has found her community. She stays busy and feels comfortable and safe. I highly recommend 5 Star.

FYI it was recently bought by another company and is now better than it was. There is no care - this is not an assisted living. The cost just went down. Backs up to a greenbelt with sidewalks all throughout property and courtyard in middle Smokers can also go into courtyard away from the building. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

All of the resident lookout for each other! The staff is kind and helpful! It's very clean and welcoming! Beautiful fresh flowers everywhere. It sits on 5 acres of property, with paved sidewalks to walk your furry friend or with a friend. In other words, it is home sweet home.

I highly recommend Somerford House and Place Hagerstown. It is a clean, happy place. The staff is incredible. My mother loves the exercise class every morning as well as the other activities. The move from rehab to Somerford was made easy by the staff; they even had her room painted before she moved in. I would say the only negative is the menu. I hear many of the residents complain about the food, although they can request something else. Any family considering a place for mom or dad should visit Somerford before making a selection. I know they will be impressed.

My aunt was at Addington Place of Des Moines and my mom resides at Addington Place of Des Moines. I can’t say enough positive comments about Addington Place of Des Moines. They really do a good job making sure the residence are well taken care of. I know it’s hard leaving your family member anywhere let alone at an assisted living facility, however, it’s assuring the professional staff are looking after our family member. I personally would like to Thank the director of Addington Place Des Moines and her staff. You folks do a fantastic job with the care of our loved ones. [name removed] and her staff hosted the celebration for my mom’s 100 yr old birthday. The celebration was enjoyed by all! In closing, I would highly recommend Addington Place of Des Moines. It’s comforting to me knowing my mom is well taken care of as your family member would be as well.

My mother had a stroke on her 82nd birthday... the very quick transition from there was 1) the ER, 2) inpatient neurology, 3) acute inpatient rehab, 4) Heartands Assisted Living. For a family that had not navigated anything like this previously, Heartlands made the difficult process seamless!

My mom is a resident at Solstice Senior Living at Apple Valley. I have already recommended the facility to one of my friends who is looking for a place for her her Mother in law. Besides being clean and organized, the staff was great with helping my mom transition to leaving her home and moving into a residential setting.

What I like the most about this community is the staff. The staff team here is nice and friendly. They also have good quality accommodations and based on my experience so far, I would recommend this community to other families.

These folks are the most competent and caring people in the business! They are literally “partners” in the care of my loved ones…and we’re the same for my grandmother 15 years ago. Many of the same beautiful people are still there caring for my in-laws currently. I don’t know what we’d have done without them. I love and appreciate them so very much.
