My loved one is currently a resident at Solstice Senior Living at Austin and most everything has been great for her. The housekeeping is good and the staff are all friendly. Communication with the residents has improved this past year and is very good now. I would recommend Solstice Senior Living at Austin to others.

The staff and housekeeping at Holiday The Chateau are great. Communication and requests sometimes run a little slow, but eventually get completed. My mom enjoys the food for the most part; but I'm thankful that she has her own full kitchen for when she's not liking the menu choices. I would highly recommend Holiday The Chateau. Overall, it is a definite 5-star place.

We had a wonderful experience. My mother was treated very well by housekeeping all the way up to administration. She gained a sense of community there. I found myself helping other residents when I could. I recommend Solstice to other families.

They have experienced, knowledgeable admin staff that help make the entire process seamless. The staff are all very kind to the residents and the meals include lots of options.

It's a newly remodeled facility. It's very beautiful with a nice patio off of the dining room. It has room to sit with friends and enjoy the surroundings. My sister claims that the food is often overcooked. She says she doesn't like the food.

The Facility is very clean and the staff are very friendly and caring. They have been very kind to my mom. I always feel very welcome when I visit my mom. They have great meals for the residents and the dining staff are wonderful.

Lots of great activities offered. Both physical and spiritual, we have a great recreation Director. Apartment sizes and layouts are excellent. Our apartment has a dining area as well, but I have seen the other sizes and they are great. I absolutely recommend Discovery Village at The Forum to those looking for retirement living.

Home Place of Burlington assessed Dad correctly with his level of care and placed him in assisted living with only HIM in mind. Home Place provides great meals according to each diet, schedules full of activities and outings, events and performers, and care of residents making sure all needs are met. It is a transition for everyone involved, however, the management team and medical staff have an open door and I feel very comfortable speaking with them about any issue at any time. Dad has a better quality of life thanks to his new friends at Home Place and his independence. His family and friends are welcome to join in any event or outing also. It's a very special place.

When my father got to Capstone’s memory care unit, he had just come from a rehab facility for a compression fracture of a vertebra in his lower back and had also recently suffered a mild heart attack. He hadn’t been eating and was wasting away. From the moment he arrived, he began to eat 3 excellent meals a day and with the help of Brenda Johnson and the care staff, he began to regain his strength and take part in the activities. We love that the schedule is filled with group activities so that my father is not sitting in his room by himself all day like he had been in his previous assisted living location. [name removed] treats all of the residents with respect and consideration. We have personally witnessed her requiring the staff to transfer the residents from wheelchairs into actual dining chairs to have their meals, making them feel less like patients and more like regular adults sitting down to a meal. Highly recommend this memory care facility!

I'm speaking as an outsider. Going on my mother's opinion. We chose Solstice because of the cleanliness, friendliness of everyone, and cooking her meals, etc. But rent is very high for being understaffed I think. My sister and I have been helping to pay her rent for about a year. They usually seem short-staffed which leads to delays at mealtimes, affects housekeeping, etc. We moved mom in in Nov 2022 and are still unable to get any assistance through Patriot Angels. They ASSURED me before she moved that it would be no problem. Yet we didn't. My mom is moving this month to the retirement section of Complete Care in Groton and will get assistance through the state to pick up the excess that she is not able to pay. My mom made wonderful friends there and would love to stay, but can't afford it now.

This is not my mother's first nursing home. I knew when moving her in that she would not be happy wherever she was at but I needed her safe. Her old home in the area, although beautiful, could not longer accommodate my mother's needs after a broken hip. I was told she needed a higher level of care. But now she is happier and better cared for over at Tiffany Court at Kingston. [name removed] and [name removed] were so helpful from the moment I walked into the door. I wish we had started my mom here.

Our Mother is very well cared for. Would recommend to others.

Overall it was a very good experience. The facility is a bit older than others in the area, but the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Aspenwood Senior Living Community to other families looking.

Small staff with lots of heart. Everyone truly cares for the tenants.

Visiting our great grandma a few days ago at Shasta Estates was wonderful. We live overseas and they were very accommodating to our needs. We were offered to stay in the guest room to allow us to spend as much time with her as possible. Over the time spent with the people at Shasta I was surprised to see the team spend so much time with all the seniors. We are pleased that our great grandma has found a place that is so loving and caring.

Absolutely the best! You will not find a more caring, compassionate, professional and dependable group of people than the staff at Homeplace of Burlington. It is a very clean and well maintained facility. I highly recommend for the care of your love one.

The staff at Homeplace was exceptional when it came to assisting me with questions, concerns, and any other issues I needed help with during the care of my sister. The staff was extremely good to her. They were quick to respond when she required help. The caregivers and nurses were very gentle and very kind. Knowing that my loved one was in such good hands made a very difficult time for my family much easier to deal with. I highly recommend Homeplace if you are looking for a safe and caring place for your loved one.

It has been a great placement for her! They are always welcoming to family and allow us to have meals there. Our mom loves the activities, staff and residents. We feel the communication is very good with families about any concerns they have. The Facebook page is updated often and we love seeing mom on it!

What has made this community such a great experience so far is how convenient it is to get to things. We also like the transportation that is available. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

The staff at Aston Gardens at Pelican Pointe are very friendly, talk to residents by name. Housekeeping is once per week, was adequate. Maybe an interval cleaning of the bathroom, especially after shower day, would be nice. Communication with the family is good. Family was visiting every day, so usually just talked to them when needed. The meals are very good, good variety and quantity. Snacks are available by the front desk. I would recommend this facility. They had a respite room available when we needed it, furnished, so the move in experience didn't apply. My one recommendation concerns Discovery Health. I didn't feel that they did a very good job for PT. We were much happier when we switched to Baycare.
