My daughter & I was given a tour of Somerford & Place, Frederick this past week. After seeing several other “Senior Homes” I found Somerford & Place to outshine the other locations by far. I loved having a choice of room size & good views. I was very impressed by the cleanliness & homey feel. No where on our tour did I detect that “nursing home odor. Very pleasant everywhere we went! ALL of the staff we saw was pleasant & friendly to us & very informative. I highly recommended.

I have spent most of my life volunteering with seniors at various nursing homes in the area. The first time I walked through the doors I knew there was something different about Homeplace. The care that has been taken with The furnishings and décor were the first sign of how much the staff cares about making their residents comfortable and welcomed. The next thing I noticed were the smiling faces of the staff, from the front deskAll the way through the administrative staff and dining hall! I was planning to visit a dozen or more assisted living sites in the area to help my neighbor find a new home and I knew that I needn't look no further. I really can't say enough about the warm welcome from the staff and also the residents living there, they were sitting in rocking chairs out front, talking together in the living room and not hunkered down in their own individual spaces.

We were given a tour of the place. The lady giving the tour was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She even took over and pushed my mom in the wheelchair so we could see the place better! We were shown multiple apartment options and she explained what rent covered and what the monthly costs would be. I would highly recommend.

We have found the entire experience at Terra Bella to be quite nice. We have no complaints at all. We would absolutely 100% recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

After taking with [name removed] he said, the people (staff were ok), the food was alright, I not sure participation in activities was high but they were available. I could see the cleanliness my self, I felt very at peace when I left him with interaction with the staff. He made one friend whom they set and talked a lot. One key personal gave me her personal number in case I got worried. The staff readily set up his room tv etc. So between what I could see and my feedback from his I think it's a really good facility.

I have been visiting 5 Star for 2 weeks. I am sold! Shouts out to ALL the wonderful people living there,such a warm welcome! Need to mention the Director [name removed]. I told my kids that one word describes [name removed]-WOW!!! All the staff are gifted and dedicated to their people. The meals are comparable to a "5 Star " restaurant. But it's this beautiful community of residents that leaves me with great desire to be a part of the family. The service is

The Memory Care facility has been wonderful. We have been blessed to find a place for our mother. Everyone there has been so caring and kind. It was a very emotional experience for us to have to find a place for our mother but the transition was so easy. We are forever grateful to all the staff there.

My loved one was previously a resident at Arbor View and it was a great experience for her. [Names removed] were two caregivers that were absolutely outstanding. They were so patient and caring. My mother really loved those two. Based on the experience, I would recommend Arbor View to others.

From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and shown care and compassion The director was amazing and still acknowledges us when we come visit The staff is friendly and they seem to enjoy their jobs All questions were answered and concerns addressed by the appropriate person The overall facility is beautiful and is well maintained Would highly recommend

My relative has been at Homeplace for a little over a year. She is happy and content. Any issues are address quickly and professionally. We are so grateful to find a nice, clean facility with friendly caring staff.

When it comes to the overall cleanliness, they could do a little better with some of the appliances and overall open spaces (stains on carpets, etc.) However, based on the experience with have had with Brookdale San Marcos, we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

After reviewing a dozen places for my dad we were glad to have placed him at the Addison. They worked with me on the application and move in process. Took the time to answer all of our questions. They welcomed my dad and have provided great care for him. The staff always take the time to connect with me when I visit. Would recommend The Addison for those looking for Assisted Living or Memory Care needs.

The front desk is on top of everything and unfriendly ma banner. The admin staff are active with special events like the veterans lunch yesterday or the Italian dinner. Many smallsocial events to address many different tastes. Transportation to nearby stores. The complaint is that food serviceneeds help and that nursing provides minimal support. But aides are active and helpful. Myspartment isspacious. The laundry and cleaning support is good, the elevators run smoothly. My table mates are friendly. And ice cream always gooddessert.

My loved one was previously a resident at Deane Hill Place and the overall experience was great. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff, care services, activities and meals were also great. I would recommend Deane Hill Place to others.

We found Solstice to be a wonderful experience for Mom. Sadly, her condition advanced to a point of needing further care, and she has since passed away. But we would highly recommend Solstice to anyone needing minimal assistance. Wonderful staff and friendly residents.

Great activities. Great on friendliness. I highly recommend . The only issue I have is housekeeping service .

He moved out almost a year ago but we loved it. The Home Care+ staff they partner with are outstanding. The staff here are very caring and go above and beyond in everything.

I chose The Forum at Lincoln Heights because of the friendliness of both the staff and the residents here. As far as the food goes - So many of the dishes are covered with sauces or gravies. Offering the dishes with these on the side would be a major improvement. The vegetables are over cooked. They do have a good variety though.

I just would tell them that I love it there that everything there is beautiful and the people are absolutely wonderful
