It's amazing, wonderful, a very, very good place. They are always very helpful. It was a little more homey feeling, and more reasonable in price when comparing our top two places. We are very happy this is such a good fit for our family.

Beautiful facility with amazing floor staff and office staff that actually care about their residents. Lots of activities and entertainment. Beauty shop for hair and nails, even an ice-cream parlor! They have 3 pet bunnies and 2 birds. The 3 courtyards are always amazingly landscaped. I have been to many facilities and this tops them all by a long shot!

The community was very clean and bright. The staff were so friendly and inviting. My mother is on a budget and the rates for the apartments were just in line with what she could afford. Bryan did s great job showing us what the community has to offer. I will be back to let my mother take a more in depth look.

My sister went to Chesterfield because of my niece. She needed rehab.after she was hospitalized for pneumonia. I could not believe how much therapy and attention from the nurses she was given. I was able to have dinner with her every evening and the food was excellent. We were teasing the staff, we would come back for meals! Even piano music in the dining room. We would recommend Delmar Gardens Chesterfield to anyone needing therapy.

So far, so good. The only thing they have not been thrilled with is the food. The place is spotless, and the maintenance people are there in a minute. The people are very, very friendly. There are lots of activities. It's working out well so far.

So far everything seems to be great. We don't have any major complaints, or minor ones, like food or laundry. We are happy with it, and I would give it a five at this point.

This community is extremely friendly + caring. Facility is clean and updated. Staff professional and helpful.

The movein process was very smooth. Trina was extremely helpful and the facility is everything she promised and more.

We have had relatives at Delmar Gardens of Smyrna for 5 years now. First my father in law, then my step mom and dad. I must say that the best part about Delmar Gardens (once you get past the gawdy décor) is the staff. They have wonderful caregivers that truly care. We have our favorite staff members but all in all we are truly blessed to call Delmar Gardens of Smyrna home for our loved ones. They go above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you to the staff!!!

Great facility with an upbeat friendly atmosphere! Love the bright decor!

They were so patient on bringing my mom aboard. She wasn't able to move in for a couple months after we first contacted them, but they kept the room my mom wanted the entire time so she could move in. They went about and beyond the call of duty. I could not have done it without a certain member of the staff. I can not say enough good things about them.

I thought that the aquarium in the lobby was so fun and beautifully done. I liked the fact that you didn't have to be buzzed into the front door, to be greeted by the receptionist. I also thought the hair salon was outstanding, with all the space and big windows. At some of the other places we visited, the salon looked like a closet, but this one was big and airy. So was the dining room, it had a beautiful view. The indoor pool was amazing. The residents and staff seemed so outgoing and friendly! The residents we observed looked nicely dressed, and seemed to enjoy being there. I thought there was a good variety of activities and social opportunities available. Being pet friendly was a valuable perk for our mom. We haven't been there long enough to give a full review, but it looks great so far.

I had looked at 5 Care Giving facilities in the area before interviewing Garden Villa of Lenexa for my parents. This was the only place that allowed me to talk to guest at this facility. To get their perspective on living there. The staff said they had nothing to hide and wanted me as the care giver to feel sure this was the right place for them. Also met other children taking care of their parents living there. All said they their parents lived other places and this is the only place their parents would say "This feels like home" to them.

Overall, we have had a great experience with Delmar Gardens. The staff is super friendly and they do have a lot of activities for the seniors to do.

When my brother moved in, he did not realize how expensive it was. He went to them and said he wanted to save money, which resulted in him moving to a studio type room which has worked out good. I appreciated them being understanding and accommodating of this request. Everything about them has been very good. The only complaint I might make is that the prices is a little steep. They offer a lot of good services though. It is a very nice brand new facility - it looks like a resort hotel.

The Delmar Gardens of Gwinnett is very nice. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my father. We are very satisfied with everything about the place. My wife and I had dinner with him there, and the food was good. The communication with the staff has been very good. Overall, it is a very nice and friendly place. I would recommend the Delmar Gardens of Gwinnett. We are very pleased with everything.

They have a very caring staff. They gotten to know the family as much as they know my loved one. I can't say anything negative about the Garden Villas. They are sensitive to needs. The location is good. She is happy with the food. The parking is fine. We are just very pleased. Everything has been great. I would very highly recommend the Garden Villas to anyone. It's a really nice community. Five stars on everything.

They were very good, My mother liked it very much and she enjoyed her stay there.

We visited a number of complexes when looking for a place for my Mother to call home. Garden Villas certainly fills that need. The building and grounds are very nicely kept. The staff is all helpful and friendly. My Mother really loves her choice of apartments. We would recommend Garden Villas to anyone seeking pleasant surroundings and pleasant people.
