I've lived here for 5 years and I love it! The food is great, the place is beautiful and perfect.

The staff is wonderful! I could not be any happier. The staff treat us all like we are family.

I've lived here 4 years after moving here from Texas. I love my apartment. The best thing about the Villas is the loving staff. They reflect the attitude they cannot do enough for you. The food is good and there are plenty of fun activities.

I have lived in this facility since they opened 5 years ago, and I simply love it. Everyone on the staff is so friendly and helpful. They cannot do enough for you. There are so many activities to participate in and they are a lot of fun. It seems there is always something to do, so there is no time to get bored. I have lived here for 3 years, and it is beautiful. The staff can't do enough for you, everyone knows your name and is so nice. I have made lots of friends living here and I enjoy helping others. I like to volunteer with the activities department and there is always something to do.

My grandfather was here several months ago after Spinal Stenosis surgery at Mercy Hospital. He was admitted on a Monday morning. DG Chesterfield's complimentary wheelchair van pick-up is amazing! They showed up to the hospital, came to his room with a wheelchair and drove him to their facility!! IT was so nice to not have to worry about transportation!! I was in love immediately! When we got there he was greated by Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy! He started therapy almost immediately! It was an amazing experience. He was extremely worried about going to a SNF (this was his first experience) but by the end of his stay it was hard to say goodbye to staff and residents! He had made so many friends. Their rooms are clean and all staff members are extremely friendly. The physciain they assigned to him during his stay was also great! She really addressed his concerns. DG Chesterfield is a top-notch rehab facility and while we hope he stays healthy - if he needs a rehab this is where we will go!

They do a fabulous job here! I could go on and on about how great they are! she gets so much personal attention here, they are just all over her. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff are so friendly. They even do a great job with the food! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

My wife live at Delmar for the last 3 1/2 years. We looked at four other places before selecting Delmar. I have advised my friends to move here.

Independent Living. We been here 5 months - Food - dinner - well prepared and great variety of menu. Quiet - maintenance, house cleaning efficient - enjoy various excursions, entertainment - book club - poker club. Bus available for shopping trips, Dr. appointments. Scenic and luncheon out - crafts and activities department - great.

Garden Villas offered a 3 day and 3 night visit to try it out. They were the only retirement center to offer this. The 3 days went quickly, and I enjoyed every minute! OUTSTANDING STAFF!!

I am comfortable in my apartment - just like it was in my home. Just like it was in my home. The staff is friendly - caring. The residents are friendly. I am glad to be here.

My wife and I toured several independent living facilities before we selected this one. Primary reasons were most or all of the amenities were included in the monthly rent. One of the nicest things is that our apartment located overlooking the lake and the fountain. Scenery across the lake is spectacular, especially during the fall season plus this season was spectacular.

I have lived here over a year and I am happy. I thank the Lord that my chose this place for me. The staff is good and so caring. Good food also. I am 99 be 100 1-21-2015

My experience placing my mother at the nursing home was excellent. The staff were friendly and made my mom and our family like family. The therapist were very knowledgable and did a great job getting her back home. We would go back and recommend Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield to anyone.

The Villas have been my home since July 2013 and I truly feel that it is my "home, sweet home". I love the atmosphere, the caring staff, friendly neighbors and all the wonderful activities and amenities. I feel safe and cared about. My family is pleased as well. They are happy with my choice to stay here as long as I can.

We are very pleased with Garden Villas of OFallon. They offer many services and welcome families to visit loved ones there for swimming, bowling, pool, movie theater. If any work order is put in, it is attended to that very day!

The only issue I have with them. The food they serve. I have to watch what I eat. Lunch and dinner where more of a challenge, meaning lots of high sodium foods and not as many salads or vegetables were minimal. The friendliness of the people were great. The business office was great regarding any payment issues I had. They were so nice and so gracious. I met some very nice people there. A few where from my own church there. That was nice. I do miss them after coming home. Other than the food, the care and everything else was excellent. I was able to manage my own medicine during my time there.

My family and I are truly happy and appreciative to Garden Villa North, and the dedicated staff. Staff members such as [name removed] and a host of others that I can't remember their names. However, you have all made a visible difference in my mother's life and for this my family and I ''thank you'' Garden Villa North.
