I toured this facility for my mother after her hip surgery. The facility was beautiful and all of the staff were friendly and smiling the whole time! The girl that gave me the tour was so helpful! We ended up being able to bring my mom home.

Everything about Delmar Gardens is AWESOME!! It's CLEAN, WELL KEPT, the staff is so FRIENDLY, and so many activities. My mom is loving her new "home" in the Assisted Living accommodations!! We love Delmar Gardens of Smyrna!! Best decision we ever made!!

Had everything we were looking for in a assisted living location, beautiful building, wonderful menu, freedom for residents.

I love it! There are so many activities around the building to do. The staff and Residents are nice. They also provide great transportation to grocery stores, department stores and doctor appointments.

My grandpa stayed at Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield after his knee replacement. He was a so happy with his care and loved the therapy team. He says he feels better and stronger now than he did 10 years ago when his other knee was replaced. We would totally recommend Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield for rehab to anyone we know.

Very bright and open. Staff was very nice and everyone very, pleasant. Was very pleased! Beautiful building - seemed updated and kept up well.

My brother and I toured this location last Sunday. The facility is clean, very new, and the staff was friendly. We are looking for placement for our great uncle after a hip fracture. We have made arrangements for him to go here. The warm fresh cookies at the end of the tour were delicious!

My grandmother had a respite stay in [date removed]. The staff were phenomenal and always went above and beyond for her. We were very pleased.

My grandmother loves living here. It's the best decision she's made. She used to live alone + had meals on wheels delivered but we always worried that was the only person she see all day. She is brighter, bubblier, happier, now with friends just outside her apartment door anytime she wants to be social. PS: My kids love the indoor pool! They always want to go see GG!

These people have exceeded all of my expectations. My wife is safe, happy and well cared for by them.

My mother lives at Delmar Gardens Gwinnett and I live in St Louis. Whenever I visit her I stay in a guest apartment which is luxurious and beautiful.  We go to the activities which include social activities as well as cultural events.  She often goes on the weekly restaurant trips and we have a great time.  I am so happy she's there and so well cared for.  I recommend Delmar Gardens of Gwinnett for family wanting peace of mind for their mom or dad still wanting activities and friends.

My mother lives at Delmar Gardens and enjoys it tremendously. Its like a small town where everyone knows each other, the staff and caregivers know everyone and their unique needs and desires. My mom needed some physical therapy and it was wonderful because the therapist came to her apartment and provided the therapy she needed 3 times a week for 2 months. The services are simply all encompassing and available when needed. My mom particularly liked the trivia games and weekly happy hour. I would recommend Delmar Gardens of Gwinnett to anyone looking for a loving and caring place for their loved ones.

We visited many facilities looking for a place that our aunt and uncle would be happy. We knew the minute we walked into Delmar Gardens that this was the place. The facility is gorgeous! It's like being on a cruise ship. It's bright, open and beautifully decorated. We have eaten many times in the dining rooms and the food is fantastic. The best part, by far, is the staff. They are all the friendliest, most caring group of people. From the beautiful smile that greats you at the front door, always with a big hug, to the nursing staff to the housekeeping staff to the dining staff and the activities staff. You couldn't find a nicer, kinder, more genuine group of people. We have been at Delmar Gardens for nearly a year and could not be more pleased. We highly recommend it.

Garden Villas is a delightful community of residents with a smiling professional staff in a bright and clean facility. We could not have been more pleased during the years our loved one lived at the Garden Villas.

My mother in law is happy with everything at this community. The food is good and they offer large portions. They have daily activities. The community is clean and the grounds are well taken care of. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is a wonderful community and I would recommend it.

I really enjoyed my tour. I was given so much insight into Delmar Gardens Villas and retirement living in general. [Removed] [Removed] was very insightful. I can tell she is great at her job both with those who inquire about Delmar Gardens and with the residents. My mother in law decided to move out of state with her other son. We took a tour, the building was obviously recently updated and kept up very well. Very nice and clean.

My brother & I toured this facility last weekend after touring their sister facility next door. It is beautiful!! The lady who helped us was very informative. Our great Uncle will probably need their one bedroom apt! I love that they offer transitional apartments to try out at first!

Staff was very pleasant facility looked and smelled clean. My grandmother moved in that week and we love it.
