I have been here ever since it opened and I love. Not too many people that it is overwhelming but enough people to make friends. I enjoy all the activities that are offered. I also feel safe with how the employees have protected us from covid-19

We really felt safe having my love one here. The staff was easy to get a hold of, visiting my loved one was very easy and welcomed even during Covid. It was very easy to work with the staff.

This is a brand new community. I get along with the staff really well and my loved one can be difficult but they handle it well. My loved one is diabetic and they watch her dietary needs to make sure that she is good to go. They have a sorority that comes into the community for activities, and an outside area for them to hang out in. Everything is in one payment and that is nice that there is no extra cost unless cosmetic things.

I moved in about 1 1/2 years ago due to health problems. I have met a lovely group of residents and we have gotten value with many activities, entertainment and one to one discussion. Staff very professional, kind, helpful and accommodating - they do an outstanding job. Facility is well decorated, well maintained.

Our family had an in person tour and we were very impressed with the facility, everyone we met with was incredibly friendly. They had very nice brochures put together, and the price was right in our range. It would of been a great place for our loved one, but logistically the location was not convenient for our family.

We toured Apple Blossom and it is a really great place, it was just out of our price range.

The staff is wonderful, friendly, helpful. But they don't return phone calls. I've had a hard time getting communication. But other than that, the facility is wonderful. When you walk in, it's beautiful and clean. The rooms are spacious, and they have apartment-style living. There's a restaurant and a bar on-site, and lots of areas to walk around outside. Everything is just very clean and well-kept. They offer lots of services, for instance doctors that will come to the resident's room, you can get a haircut, or go to church services. It makes it feel very much like a community. They also offer support groups for the family, which has been extremely beneficial in helping us understand what's going on in our loved one's brain. It's really the full package. The communication needs to be improved a little bit, but overall I'm very happy and feel my loved one is where he needs to be.

Very pleased daughter in memory care so I have experience with that also. Staff are very pleasant and always helpful. [name removed] is always on the scene and make us all involved.

This facility was great. It was colorful and no odors. The people were friendly and Kelly was great. The rooms and the cottages are roomy and painted a soft color. The cottages are fantastic.

I have lived here for the last seven moths. This is a wonderful place to live. The staff is composed of the most caring, attentive, and out standing personnel. The foo dis selected with care, the activities are age-appropriate, and the facility is kept very clean. Whatever one could possibly hope for is to be found here.

Middleton is a beautiful facility and what makes Middleton special is the staff! They truly care for their residents and families! A very special group of people @ Middleton who are kind and caring.

Middleton Senior Living facility is Grainville Ohio is clean, neat, and a good place to live. This facility is well managed and compassionate to their residents. It is completely with all necessary amenities. Plus some not so necessary. It is evident that residents are the first priority. A good place to live!

The people here are wonderful. The staff take great efforts in getting my loved one engaged, keeping healthy, and happy. I'm lucky to find it. Some of the activates include mini concert, parties for holidays, cooking demos and hands on activities, exercise classes with a physical therapist, and more. These are just some of the activities offered during COVID.

I am treated like an independent living resident here. My apartment is bigger than where I was previously, the staff are very warm, friendly, and accommodating. There is a lot of activities provided as well for residents. The administrative staff is great which is important because it all starts at the top. The food here is chef prepared and I enjoy it. I would recommend to others who are looking.

Things were unusual due to the Covid environment. It's hard to make determinations when you're not allowed to be there in person as much. I would just say be as persistent as you can about seeing your loved one, although I understand that's dependent on CDC guidelines and governor decrees. My loved one was mainly under hospice care while she was there, and we brought in a company affiliated with the physical therapy company we had used before. Because her health was declining, she didn't participate in a lot of the activities. But I saw some singing sessions and things like that. Overall the place is nice, and the people are nice. I just think there's a little room for improvement in communicating with the families. In the beginning, Glenwood was proactive in calling me, but I think when hospice came in they kind of relied on hospice to communicate with me. But I was getting the information I needed from hospice. Glenwood was supportive of the hospice process, and they were very accommodating in allowing me inside to see her often.

My mother in law was only here for 2.5 weeks. We chose Ashton Grove because of what they had to provide and the facility was brand new. She was only the second person to be in here which was a big factor in the middle of the pandemic because we knew she would be getting better on on one care. the room sizes here were very good. They were fantastic with communication, they sent pictures of her, emails, texts, etc. We built a relationship with them before we moved her in and they were constantly checking in on her and things like that. I would recommend them to others looking.

We have been more than happy with the quality of care, attention and personal touches Ashton Grove Senior Living has been providing for our Mother. Ashton Grove's entire staff goes above and beyond. If you are looking for a clean, friendly, small town experience for any of your loved ones, I highly recommend. Go visit, what you see is what you get!! They offer different levels of care, so take an opportunity to check it out before it becomes something that is necessary.

I find that this is the most enjoyable place I have lived in. There is a lot of activity and things to do. The staff and people have been wonderful and I get along with everyone. I have made many friends and hope to make many more.

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. There's a variety of food which is delicious. Many activities are planned to daily and they're always willing to help you to get to them.
