Kudos to the promenade over in Sebastian, FL. A beautiful new assisted living home for my mom. The food is amazing, I personally ate lunch there. The staff is super accommodating and they welcomed her with open arms.

I enjoy being resident of the promenade because the residents here are well take of and the staff is second to none, from the food to the activities. Beautiful courtyards and great customer service. Concierge is always friendly and helpful.

Our family had an in person tour with The Barrington and we thought the community and the tour experience was very acceptable. We just decided to go with another facility because it felt more like home to our loved one

I am very happy here. Very pleasant experience to date. Any questions I've had get answered right away. No one on the staff has been rude or unpleasant. I would most definitely recommend to others. I have talked about it to my friends

We picked this community because, we liked the people, it was a new facility, they had an available room on the first floor, and it was close to where I live. It's a lot of money but compared to other places, the prcie is reasonable. They are very attentive, and nic. They check on, my loved one all the tim. They are extremely friendly and caring. I would recommend to other families.

We visited six facilities as a place for our 88-year old mother and kept coming back to NGV. The facility is small enough to be homey and yet has everything to offer that the others do. It is landscaped beautifully and in a quiet neighborhood. They offer so many activities, led by a very energetic team of caring professionals. If you are looking for a caring, compassionate assisted living facility - look no further.

We had to find a place quickly for my Mom after Ian hit. My 94 tear old Mom has adjusted quickly @ Naples Green Village, let alone the care she reaches there. It has turned out to be the best thing for her. Can't say enough about Naples Green Village

We had to move my stepdad into a memory care facility from assisted living . The move was very short notice but made easy due to the administration’s assistance. We have been very happy with the care he is receiving. The staff has been very helpful.

Very knowledgeable and the areas were clean. The staff was very understanding to my issues and did their best to either give an answer or find the answer . The common area were very clean and appeared to be new

We had a very nice tour experience with Lake Forest Park, our whole family absolutely loved this facility. It is a great choice for Independent Living.

Palagio for Seniors gets all 5 stars. They have done nothing but bent over backwards to make sure everything is taken care of and keep me well informed with everything,

The staff is excellent in treatment of us. The people are very contented and happy to talk with each other. The entertainment is well thought out and provide ways to meet and greet. Games are pleasant, Exercise classes Keep us fit and healthy, Food is very good and tasty!

They are excellent but they are sometimes overworked. The food is very good. We picked this community because, it's more family orientend, they seemed to be more connected. The staff spends time with the residents. They are friendly, and it's a warm, and homey environement.

From the very beginning from the moment we walked into Palagio for Seniors we knew this was the place for our loved one. They were more then willing to work with us on every aspect especially on the financial side of things. While our loved one was in the hospital and then nursing home we would get personal texts from the staff not only checking in on our loved one but our family as well. They truly went above and beyond for all of us. Our loved one really never got the chance to participate in the activities but from what we saw they all looked great. The cost of living is extremely high but for everything they offer and all the care they showed our loved one it was completely worth it .

[name removed] has been a resident since Sept and has settled in nicely. I feel at east knowing he is receiving excellent care and attention as promised

I have checked out several homes and Naples Green Village is the best place for my wife. The place is clean, nursing care is excellent. The staff is always available for my wife's needs, anytime I ask the staff for something they attend to right away. The food is always very good I know since I eat there myself

Putting our parents into assisted living, then memory care, has been a tough decision, since we knew they needed to go. Stuart Lodge has been such a wonderful experience for my Mom, who has missed socializing with other folks over the past couple years. Our Dad still struggles with being there, but the staff has been wonderful working with him. Extra thanks to [name removed], Front Desk, and Chef [name removed](Helped with menu items for folks) for making the transition for Mom and Dad so much easier and pleasant. Ps.....both rooms they moved into were cleaned, painted and even the AL one had new carpet installed before they moved in! Thanks!!

I toured here and ate lunch at the restaurant. It was wonderful!!! Everyone was so nice and welcoming.

I toured the facility for my mom, as we are considering Assisted Living for next year. The staff was very friendly and inviting. Carpets could use some clean up, but impressed with how welcoming the staff was. Dining room looked nice, but we did not try the food during this tour.
