NGV was the right choice for my Mom when she recently moved here. They were most accommodating from initial tour to move in. Caring staff & PT services. Pretty grounds with a nice assortment of activities. We're both happy with our decision!

The staff at Naples Green Village are truly saints in our presence. They are kind and patient with my family member who is a long-term resident. They are patient, kind, and caring. Sometimes, you have to ask a few times to get things done -- but things do get done. I'm very grateful for the wonderful people at Naples Green. Meals/Food service could be improved.

First of all the food is wonderful and Chef [name removed] is absolutely the best! The staff is always there to help. We have lots of activities and enjoy live music frequently. I also enjoy Happy Hour every day at 3:30 in the outside courtyard. I love exercising and playing Bingo and miscellaneous games. We also watch movies in the theater. They even bring me on the bus to my doctors appointments. I love living here!

The tour started with sitting down to talk about my needs, the salesperson was very interested in knowing what I needed. She offered me drinks and snacks. When we toured the building I got to see everything and she didn't rush me like other places have. The residents here seem very happy. It's only 3 years old and is beautiful. Very bright and cheerful. Pricing seems better than most for the value you get.

Had a great experience working with the Director of Marketing at the Promenade. She was very personable and informative and she answered all my questions in depth. I highly recommend the Promenade in Sebastian.

My Grandma has lived there a couple of years. The staff and Directors have become our second family. We tell everyone how blessed we are to have found a place that she loves and that they are always there for not only her, but our family as well. The food is always delicious and they have parties for the families to come have fun and visit. Grandma loves going outside to the big beautiful courtyard and when we take her out for lunch she can't wait to go back "Home".

We were very satisfied with the attention received. We liked the place. The apartments were spacious and clean, the common areas are nice and friendly. We had lunch and it was healthy and good.

It's not overcrowded and the staff is great. I would recommend to other families. We picked this community because it was close to home.

We toured The Promenade during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This facility was excellent, we really liked it! The cleanliness and friendliness were great. Our tour guide was also great!

We are very happy with our loved one's care. I have found the doctor there to be proactive in my loved one's health care. The staff are very caring.

Kudos to the promenade over in Sebastian, FL. A beautiful new assisted living home for my mom. The food is amazing, I personally ate lunch there. The staff is super accommodating and they welcomed her with open arms.

I enjoy being resident of the promenade because the residents here are well take of and the staff is second to none, from the food to the activities. Beautiful courtyards and great customer service. Concierge is always friendly and helpful.

Our family had an in person tour with The Barrington and we thought the community and the tour experience was very acceptable. We just decided to go with another facility because it felt more like home to our loved one

Venice Green is an absolute gem!! My Mom has been there a long time now and I couldn't ask for a better place. Everyone from maintenance to the Administrator treats her like a Queen and have become family to us. The food is always good and they let us visit anytime we want.

I am very happy here. Very pleasant experience to date. Any questions I've had get answered right away. No one on the staff has been rude or unpleasant. I would most definitely recommend to others. I have talked about it to my friends

We visited six facilities as a place for our 88-year old mother and kept coming back to NGV. The facility is small enough to be homey and yet has everything to offer that the others do. It is landscaped beautifully and in a quiet neighborhood. They offer so many activities, led by a very energetic team of caring professionals. If you are looking for a caring, compassionate assisted living facility - look no further.

We had to find a place quickly for my Mom after Ian hit. My 94 tear old Mom has adjusted quickly @ Naples Green Village, let alone the care she reaches there. It has turned out to be the best thing for her. Can't say enough about Naples Green Village

We had to move my stepdad into a memory care facility from assisted living . The move was very short notice but made easy due to the administration’s assistance. We have been very happy with the care he is receiving. The staff has been very helpful.

Very knowledgeable and the areas were clean. The staff was very understanding to my issues and did their best to either give an answer or find the answer . The common area were very clean and appeared to be new
