I've had an opportunity to visit Palagio Senior Living and I am beyond impressed!! The staff was so inviting and met us with open arms! The building was held to a high standard of cleanliness and the food was terrific! I am invested in thoughts of bring my loved one there to call Palagio home!!!

I took my mom here to tour for her continuing medical care and just to have great people around. She had the best time with the woman giving a tour she wanted to stay right then and there. Her knee has been giving her a hard time so the layout is perfect with everything people close together so she doesnt have to walk to much. They were even having a party this night so it was decorated so beautifully. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a picky mom and refuses the idea of 'retirement home' as this is far from it.

My mom moved in to Lexington in July (2023) and we can't believe how great the experience has been! The staff is superb; so responsive, and so caring. The authenticity of the people who work here is unbelievable. It is shown on a daily basis and never wavers which is rare in any setting! The staff knows the names of the residents and the families and are always happy to go the extra step if needed. The Marketing Director was the key to our decision to join Lexington and she has continued to be a bright spot for our family and our mom! It is a tough decision sometimes to make this change but in this case, it has been worth it every step of the way. THANK YOU LEXINGTON PLACE!

I couldn’t ask for a more perfect place for my aunt to have moved to. Palagio has exceeded my expectations in all areas. The staff are so good at their jobs and seems to genuinely like working there and enjoy being with the residents. The food is very good and my aunt really likes being able to go get dinner or lunch when she feels like it, instead of having a set time. Other residents have taken her under their wing and made her feel welcome. Her apartment is so nice and everything is well maintained. I visit three times a week, so I am there a lot and I am always pleased- I highly recommend Palagio.

All staff members with whom I come in contact are friendly and helpful, even the ones with no connection to my mom. The facility is beautiful, the apartments are very large and well-equipped. My mom is happy living here!

My father is in the middle stages of dementia. Finding a memory care that’s the “right fit” has been difficult. Naples Green has been a dream come true. The other places he has lived were very caring, but once the move in occurred that ended and your family became a burden. Not at Naples Green. They treat my Dad likes he’s a family member. The staff is incredible. The residents are all happy and entertained. It’s like a cruise ship for memory care. Reggae singers, movies, dancing , Halloween walks the list goes on and on. If you are looking for the highest quality , consistent care Naples Green is a great choice.

I recall watching the Palagio building being constructed. I drove by it several times each week. When it was open to the public, I was so impressed with the ambience inside. The décor, the bright open lobby and the friendly staff emanated a welcoming warmth. I have had the pleasure of attending a business "Lunch & Learn" there in the all purpose room. I like that the residents have access to activities and neighborhood events with others outside the Palagio community. It's just a great place!

I had the opportunity to tour Palagio Senior Living, meet the staff and residents, and attend some wonderful events over the past year. The facility is very modern with high ceilings and beautiful decor. Every corner was immaculately clean and you can tell there is a lot of attention to details with the staff. The staff was personable, listened to the needs of my family, and was happy to offer solutions to their living arrangements. The events were fun (Happy Hour, Wine Tasting, Flower Arranging). At every events, residents were happy to be their and seemed to enjoy living at Palagio. I know that when my family member is ready to move into an independent living facility, Palagio will be the number one choice.

Sometimes we need to recognize the truly outstanding efforts of some individuals who put their all in the job — even when things don’t work out. Specifically, I want to highlight the personal sacrifices and long hours that [name removed] put in on behalf of my sister, [name removed] who has dementia. Our family found ourselves in an emergency situation where we had to find a new home for [name removed] in a very short time. You can imagine the level of stress on a family when they need to find a competent, safe and loving environment for a loved one — and feel overwhelmed. When [name removed] from Palagio contacted us, she immediately put us at ease and took the burden off us as she proactively started the ball rolling on our behalf. She made a very complicated, burdensome process very manageable for us — just at the time we needed help and guidance the most. It turned out that Deb needed a different level of care — but, one Palagio employee ([name removed]) made a real difference for us — at just the right time!

I visited Palagio to take a look at campus. It was during the lunch hour for residents and I was surprised that someone actually greeted me at the door before I got to the reception desk. Thought that was refreshing. It was a busy time for them but they had enough staff to greet and serve guests. Everyone is kind of short handed these days and I was impressed. I saw at one bedroom that was vacant. It was immaculate. Fresh, clean and well lit. Everyplace we toured in the community was spotless and fresh. Even the tables in the lobby polished. I'm a clean freak and I notice everything.

Not only is Palagio a beautiful community but it also has a very homey feel. The staff is very warm, accommodating and attentive. The secured memory care staff seem to be very engaged and provide excellent care for the residents. Every time I have had the opportunity to try the food, it has been top notch. It is one of the best assisted living communities in greater Jacksonville.

I have to say that Glenbrooke is the place to be, I have not had one bad thing to say about it, the staff is amazing and very accommodating, they really make it feel like home, anytime i need something faxed the front desk is always here to help since i am not that tech savvy, I appreciate all Glenbrooke has to offers and I wouldn't call any other place home.

As a professional moving and storage company serving Vero Beach, Sebastian, and the Treasure Coast; we are at a number of senior living communities every day. The Promenade really shines when showing care and attention to detail to their residents. At events they have hosted, all the food has been delicious and all the folks living there were involved in activities including big events where they can make their own signs to show support for first responders and more. Anyone will feel good about their loved one being at the Promenade.

Overall the experience has been 5 stars, but the office is a little disorganized. but again everything else seems great. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend The Promenade to others, my father-in-law loves it there!

Glenbrooke is a great place to be, i love all the activities they offer and shopping, the staff is great and I love bringing my family during the holidays. I recommend Glenbrooke to everyone. I love aqua aerobics the most and going out with the lunch bunch.

In the past couple of weeks, I have moved my mother in law (83) to memory care and my mom (86) and dad (92) to assisted living at the Lexington Place. The staff here has been incredible. They have made this move so easy. All three of them seem like they have adjusted really quickly. Everyone is so friendly and goes out of their way to help. Having our family so close to us will make a huge difference in all of our lives. We are all so grateful!

I’ve had a very positive experience right from the beginning. I’ve found everyone very nice and helpful. There are many activities to participate in, and by doing so you meet people. This was a good decision for me.

Everyone at Glenbrooke is absolutely wonderful. I love that they take me and others to the Melbourne auditorium, the craft fair, and lunch bunch. The food is great, everyone is so friendly, and there are a lot of bingo lovers!

Glenbrooke has been so nice for me and my wife. All of the staff are very accommodating, and we are so happy to have made the move. Everyone is so kind and are looking forward to getting involved with activities.

Naples Green. Village memory care has made our transition very easy. The staff is very friendly and caring for the clients by keeping their needs first and foremost. We are glad we made this very hard decision with care and concern by the staff. Glad we made it.
