The staff is excellent in treatment of us. The people are very contented and happy to talk with each other. The entertainment is well thought out and provide ways to meet and greet. Games are pleasant, Exercise classes Keep us fit and healthy, Food is very good and tasty!

They are excellent but they are sometimes overworked. The food is very good. We picked this community because, it's more family orientend, they seemed to be more connected. The staff spends time with the residents. They are friendly, and it's a warm, and homey environement.

From the very beginning from the moment we walked into Palagio for Seniors we knew this was the place for our loved one. They were more then willing to work with us on every aspect especially on the financial side of things. While our loved one was in the hospital and then nursing home we would get personal texts from the staff not only checking in on our loved one but our family as well. They truly went above and beyond for all of us. Our loved one really never got the chance to participate in the activities but from what we saw they all looked great. The cost of living is extremely high but for everything they offer and all the care they showed our loved one it was completely worth it .

[name removed] has been a resident since Sept and has settled in nicely. I feel at east knowing he is receiving excellent care and attention as promised

I have checked out several homes and Naples Green Village is the best place for my wife. The place is clean, nursing care is excellent. The staff is always available for my wife's needs, anytime I ask the staff for something they attend to right away. The food is always very good I know since I eat there myself

Putting our parents into assisted living, then memory care, has been a tough decision, since we knew they needed to go. Stuart Lodge has been such a wonderful experience for my Mom, who has missed socializing with other folks over the past couple years. Our Dad still struggles with being there, but the staff has been wonderful working with him. Extra thanks to [name removed], Front Desk, and Chef [name removed](Helped with menu items for folks) for making the transition for Mom and Dad so much easier and pleasant. Ps.....both rooms they moved into were cleaned, painted and even the AL one had new carpet installed before they moved in! Thanks!!

I toured here and ate lunch at the restaurant. It was wonderful!!! Everyone was so nice and welcoming.

Unbelievable place! Toured this week for my mom.

I toured the facility for my mom, as we are considering Assisted Living for next year. The staff was very friendly and inviting. Carpets could use some clean up, but impressed with how welcoming the staff was. Dining room looked nice, but we did not try the food during this tour.

My mom lives in Stuart lodge, the staff is responsive and loving. Thankful to have my mom in such a loving place.

The people here are very very nice, I felt welcomed right from the beginning. The activities are awesome, they do a great job getting people involved easily. They have different board games that are run by the residents. They have trivia night, Pictionary. There is a bingo quite a lot, arts and crafts and other fun things. This was a nice tour but I did not feel like they would be able to care for my loved one like he needed due to behavior issues.

We went with The Promenade because he was able to take his puppy, they are very pet friendly facility. The chef is phenomenal, he is very accommodating to specific dietary needs and sticks to them. The food is wonderful and he tries to caters to everyone's likes and needs. The staff is just really really good, they are so friendly and they know all of the residents names as well as the families. They are great at checking in on him and really on the ball. They are encouraging and really try to get the residents to go to the activities. It is a family-type atmosphere and we love it.

The community is able to assist with medication management, bathing, hygiene, and more for my loved one. The staff are wonderful to work with. It went from chaotic scenario to an absolute joy with my loved one being here. My loved one loves it here and is engaging in activities and all that the community has to offer. The staff know my loved one by name and really show they care. The food is enjoying the food provided. The meals, laundry and folding, making of the bed, and the room is all included in the monthly fee. There is a grand piano for my loved one to play. There is a beauty salon on site for my loved one to get their hair done. There was physical therapy that they were able to find my loved one easily in the beginning.

This community was excellent. The budget just did not match what we needed for our loved one.

The staff have been great. They seem to really care about their residents, connect to them, and pay attention to them. The apartments are fantastic. I like that my loved one has independence, but there are people right around if he needs help. It's very clean and modern. Maintenance is fantastic and handles requests right away. The facility is well cared for. My loved one is comfortable there, has made friends, and he tells me he likes the food.

I highly recommend checking out Naples Green Village. It felt very homey and was in our top two choices. They had nurse on the premises 24/7 at all times. The facility was really nice. I met some f the residents, and they were friendly with outsiders. It was a hard decision to make! And in the end it came down to a better connection with the executive director at another place. But I would definitely recommend Naples Green Village.
