It has been a positive experience for us. Your loved one will be clean, dressed, and taken care of has been the best part of the experience for us. Some of the activities include bingo, hydrations, and more for the residents to do in memory care. The food is good for my loved one.

My loved one is very happy here. The food has made my loved one the happiest. The community has a hot tub for the residents to use. The staff are good to work with if I have questions or concerns.

My dad loved this facility, we are actually going to be going back for a respite stay soon. My parents are active and they had tons of things to do here. When we toured they got along really well with all the staff members.

Everything has been good. Maintenance is good. Our apartment is good. The staff is very friendly There are many activities. We're very happy here.

My father has been living at Promise Pointe for 7 weeks now. The staff here has been very patient and kind as he has gotten used to his new environment. The meals are good and he is enjoying the increased socialization. My sisters and I appreciate the positive atmosphere and friendly and competent staff.

Community looks nice and mom loves it here. Food is good.

Mom plays bridge everyday while dad plays poker with all of the men on poker nights. They stay busy and can't forget wine Wednesdays!

Dads room is always clean.

Lake Forest Park is a great community I love it here, and the villas are beautiful. We get cleaning service once a week, they come to mop and vacuum the floors, clean the kitchen and bathroom. We get two meals a day and I love playing bingo. The value for cost and everything they offer is great.

The facility was not able to take my dad due to his condition. The administrative staff were very helpful in guiding me and gave me some good advice. Anytime I called they were always easily accessible or returned my calls quickly.

I had signed the lease and everything but change my mind to move to a different location. But it's the most beautiful place out of all that I've visited. I saw about 4-5 different complexes. The only reason I moved was because I wanted to be with all of my close friends at a different community. The superintendent at The Barrington is the nicest, kindest person I have ever met. He was equal to or better than the guys that I had working for me back when I used to run an assisted living facility.

This community was a fine place. The tour was great but did not allow my loved one to smoke without a long distance walk to get to the smoking area. It was more expensive than what we were looking for.

It's very very nice. I have the best girls (caregivers) that come each day to wake me up. Everyone is really nice. I like the activities, I like the people that run the place and all of the fellow residents. I would not advise you to anywhere else but here.

It has been a good experience. I am of the Muslim faith and I feel very welcomed here. I love my friends and every one here.

They know all the residents by name and there is nothing bad that I can say about this place at all. I would highly recommend this community.

Unfortunately our loved one was not there very long due to their health, but everyone was terrific, very attentive, and accommodating. The community is newer, and it has a great layout. They put together a really nice value package for us which helped. There was a floor nurse in particular who was terrific. Our loved one also said the meals and dining service was very good. I would highly recommend this community to others.
