Concordis Senior Living Communities

The common areas are very clean, but the house keeping could be a little bit better at times. Our mother absolutely loves the meals and dining service, there has only been one meal she has disliked. The activities are somewhat limited due to the covid restrictions. They do have bingo and board games everyday, and we are hoping the limitations start to go away so families could engaged more with the residents. We have recommended this community to others and we will continue to do so.

This community was my first choice but there was another community that my loved one was more interested in. A lot of the staff were great and open, I really liked this community.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. Your loved one may not like the taste of the food and the quantity being small, along with the variety offered. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff always helpful, communicate well. Only real problem is laundry-especially timey return of laundered, many items never returns. I now bring his dirty laundry home to process.

We pulled our loved one out due to being unhappy. It is a good community for people who need only assistance with daily living. This is not a good community for residents that need help with memory care and assistance for anything. They don't have the staff to keep up with the memory care. This is a beautiful place it just was not for memory care.

We chose Palagio for Senior because it was brand new and appeared to be super nice with a lot of activities. I do think that they could offer more activities, things that they said they had were not always carried through with. The staff members here were super easy to work with. It ended up not being a good fit for her, but I would recommend to others looking.

The food quality could be improved as well as the nutritional value, but we would still recommend the Naples Green Village community to others.

Glenbrooke at Palm Bay seemed like a very nice facility, it was just too far from our house.

The community is neat and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is good but I would like to see more activities avalible. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

We really liked The Barrington, very inviting staff, the residents were very friendly and welcoming to my mother on our tours. We ultimately went with this facility.

Make sure you understand what assisted living is and what is provided. Communication between the staff and our family has fallen off since we moved in. I would like to get responses by email in a timely manner. The community is neat and clean and the food is really good. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

I would tell others to take a look to see if you like it. I wish they included an overnight stay to try the community out. Everyone stays in their household, they come out to eat, and then return to their households. The food is very good. Some of the activities offered include: swimming, ballet lessons, bingo, games and more for the residents to choose from.

We looked at so many places and this community had the best accommodations. Our loved ones apartment is adorable, it has a full kitchen which is great since he loves to cook. The only down side is our loved one is still very active and he has yet to meet all the residents and make friends, and a good portion of them are in scooters or walkers. However he was able to make a friend a few doors down and they do everything together. They eat in the cafeteria together, he even takes him and his dog to the vet appointments. If you don't have a car they have a bus service, and if you do then you can have your own garage which was very importation for our loved one. The people are fabulous, and everyone has been fully vaccinated. The staff members are lovely, and the place is just delightful.

We really liked the staff, they really cared about our loved one. We watched how they interacted with the other residents and it really was genuine, We also liked the security, there was someone always sitting right at the front door when you walked in. The residents could come and go as they pleased, but there was someone there at all times. We would recommend this community to others.

This facility is very good.

Ilike living here. I love the staff. I wish we had more activities. The food is not great and I spend too much money on groceries. Love the pool. The virus is holding up a lot of things we would be able to do.

Under ordinary circumstances (not covid-19) there are many activities staff is great and socializing is good. Service to doctors, dentist, and shopping are available on appropriate days. Holidays are celebrated ordinarily. With family as well as just with residents. Walkways and surrounding scenery are well-maintained.

This is a wonderful place to live! Most of us have enjoyed living here. The employees are wonderful, loving, and very helpful. Requests are done ASAP. I love how we aim to help each other. My husband [name removed] is very happy living here.

Good – lots of friends among other residents, good food, friendly staff. Poor - everything is done to please corporate, sometimes lack of communication to us from above.
