Staff seems competent and seem to genuinely enjoy working with residents. I was surprised at this. The last place my mom was at had employees who had very ho hum attitudes.

We are satisfied with this facility. Somewhat rough start getting my mother in her room on the agreed upon date but now things are running smoothly. They do a good job taking care of her. They seem to have a handle on how to run things but they could improve the laundry methods and be a little better at communicating. We feel confident in choosing this facility.

The independent villas are the best!! I have a two bedroom/two bath villa almost 1200 square feet, full kitchen with dishwasher and a one car garage. It is a great size.

There was only one other option in Sebastian, FL, and it had a wait list. Actually, The Promenade had a more livable space. Lots of relevant resident activities and transportation to local businesses.

I feel wanted and needed to make everyone else happy and useful. Staff goes out of the way to make sure you getting everything you want or need. So far it has been a good investment. I have nothing further to say.

I have lived here for only 4 and half months. i am currently getting PT for a knee problem. i think this will help me a lot.Then perhaps i will be able to attend activities. For now i am only attending Bible study. My husband helps me get to a few things with my wheelchair. we also take advantage of 2 meals a day. The food is pretty good, and getting better!

I have real concerns about the enormous employee turnover and Management turnovers... makes me think that residents don't feel the homeyness and security they should if unfamiliar staff being part of a family if they are strangers.

I've told my friends that Glenbrooke is a great place to live. Staff & residents are friendly & we all look out for each other. I am very happy here & hope I can spend my remaining years here.

The Barrington staff is nice and the activities are great. I don’t participate much in the activities but there are many things to do on the calendar. The building is clean and the care staff is good.

It is a big adjustment moving from being independent to an assisted living facility, but the staff helped me greatly with this adjustment. The food is good, clean, and flavorful. I am comfortable here. I write down all the activities every morning so I have my schedule for the day. [name removed] makes all of the activities as fun as possible.

My mother has been in the memory care facility for 4 years now. The ladies there are very sweet, have taken great care of her, and have shown a real interest in her. She absolutely loves them and I feel safe with her being here.

The price is better here than other places and other places do not have your own personal garage. That's big for me. The staff is courteous. They are willing to do anything for you. They let me do some of the work here to keep me busy, which I need. All in all I believe this is a better quality community than anything around.

I am currently a resident at Lake Forest Park. I have been here for one month. The villas are great! If someone is not a full connoisseur, the place is fine and I would recommend it.

The staff ([name removed] and the staff) were very accommodating in every way. We also loved how beautiful the surrounding natural area. (Turkey Creek). I would absolutely recommend Blenbrooke at Palm Bay to others.

Mom has been @ Lexington place for 1 1/2 years - and her time there has been pleasant and the staff is very caring to her needs - the staff continues daily to provide Mom with her Care and needs - This past weekend I received a call from Lexington that Mom had fallen and was doing well but wanted her to get checked out at the near by Hospital - I was unable to pick-up her up and staff @ Lexington set-up non-emergency pick-up - and by the time I arrived at the hospital - Mom had already been seen - and all good news was received - Thanks to the staff at Lexington Place for providing updates when needed and great care my Mom is receiving

The staff at Glenbrooke are so kind, and it is so nice to not have to cook my own meals when I don't feel like it! Me and my little pouch are so happy to have made the move. The receptionist is absolutely amazing and are always so attentive.

[name removed] , the Community Relations Director, has been very responsive and helpful. The other residents I meet seem happy. Dad participates in many of the community activities and has made a lot of new friends. Alternate "always available" menu is appreciated. Dad has reported some difficulties communicating with the dining room staff, because many of the servers speak very little English. On several occasions, there has been no one at the front desk to admit us (family) when we arrived at the front door of the facility. I feel someone should be there at all times, for a number of reasons. Sometimes residents sitting outside have opened the door for us, but other times they are (understandably) reluctant to do so. Dad's apartment is quiet and has a beautiful view. It took a month for me to get my dad's phone number ported. I was told to disconnect his previous service, which took half a day to get done. About a week later, I found out that the number couldn't be ported because it wasn't in service! I then had to go replace the equipment I had returned, reconnect it at my dad's previous residence, have the service restored, and pay a [fee removed] connection fee before the porting process could begin. It took several weeks of back and forth between the PP staff, me, my dad, and my dad's doctor to get my dad's medication administration working smoothly. Overall Dad is safe, clean, fed, happy, and has a better life than he did at his house at this stage of his life.

I picked this community, because I went to 3 places and liked it the best. It has changed since new people took over in the fall. It's important to know it is a no lift facilty. Put my loved one in there because he was falling...no one ever told me to after the fact.

One major area of improvement is in the management and administration of medications. There were times when mom did not receive all her meds at the prescribed time, and when she called for the missing meds, they brought the needed ones PLUS the ones she was already given. There seems to be no registry in which to register the meds delivered and by whom. Therefore, there is no way to determine what she did and did not receive when. This could lead to overdosing or under-dosing a person who is unaware of what they did or did not receive. We've not had a repeat of the problem for awhile now, so perhaps the problem is solved.
