My loved one is happy here and they are accessible to her needs. There is a separate PT/OT pair of professionals that are excellent and have been there the whole time we have been there. They are excellent. . Although there has been a very large turnover this year (only 2 LPNs remain and none of the major administrators remain we still feel it is the best fit. It is the best price around with very good overall ratings. The facility is newly renovated and updated. We recommend especially for seniors with some mobility issues. They will fit right in. A person with very little infirmity May feel a bit out of place. But puzzles and games (Bingo white board general games- scrabble- hang man - etc) in the living room are daily. They enjoy a happy hour every couple of weeks. And folks come in to sing with harp, or guitar, or piano or gospel singers. Even a bi monthly Rosary Group come. I really like that they give my mom a choice to use their pharmacy or that I can supply my own meds for her and they deliver them using the latest computer medicine delivery model to assure orders are correct. Only lacking is administration communication. It was better last year before all the changes. But my mother's personal needs were met and effectively dealt with easily.

We picked this community, because we could afford the monthly rent and they had a sale going on at the time where we didn't need to put a one-month deposit down. Overall it was a really good place. The building, staff, food and location were good. I wish the staff had worked a little more to encourage my mother to participate in the activities and services.

Our family had an in person tour with Seaton Chesterfield and we thought the tour experience and the community was nice, but our loved one liked smaller buildings with a more intimate setting like [community name removed].

We chose American House Wyoming because of the amenities provided for the residents, the facility was close to family, and the staff. The staff members here are very friendly and supportive of all of their residents.

I would tell others looking to go visit at sporadic times throughout the day. You can see what is going on and communicate with them if there are any concerns that you may be having. I would recommend Commonwealth Senior Living at East Paris to others based off of our experience.

Everyone is very friendly. They have staffing issues that I hope are resolved soon. Their director is new so she needs time to make changes. 3rd floor needs rugs ripped up but they are short a maintenance person. So with that said, after they make some changes I would recommend them.

My father is very happy at Commonwealth. Everybody seems to be really nice. He loves the food. They're keeping him busy with activities. And they provide great care to him. He also likes that there are other veterans there for him to interact with.

We really like the location of the community, it is in a rural setting. We really like the idea that they have independent living, assisted living and memory care all in the same location so they have all the resources available. We like the nature of independent living being in a separate building so other than housekeeping and a meal service you are living independently. Based on our experience we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

We chose The Devonshire because I liked that the nurses were there on staff and you do not have to hire them separately. She loves the activities and the food. The staff are all super friendly and know my mom and me by name. I think it is a great place and I would recommend the facility to others.

We decided on Commonwealth because they commented on their fresh food program. I have found that is not always the case though. It is not that it isn't fresh, it just isn't the quality that they described during the tour experience. The facility seems to be very clean. My mother is well taken care of and whenever she calls for assistance they call as they can to help.. I would overall recommend this facility to other families.

The community could always be a little cleaner but overall it has been a good experience. The staff members are very friendly and from what we hear the meals are really good .

Overall I think it's a good place compared to so many others. Every place goes through attrition, and with the economy it's hard to keep people hired. When we first began, the care was a lot better. But they have lost a lot of manpower. They are shorthanded more than I would like to see. If they could hire more staff, I think the care would be great. The food is good, as were the activities with the old activities director. They hired a new one, so we'll see how that goes. Overall we're still excited for our loved one to be there. We just hope they're able to hire more staff for quicker response times. If we had to choose again, we would still choose Commonwealth. We have not been disappointed. And I would encourage other families to come check them out.

My loved one is happy, but does not like the food. We picked this community because, it was a closer location, and was more convenient. They could do better with the food. They are very repsonsive. and it's a good place. I would recommend to other families.

Our family had an in person tour and we did think it was a nice community and a nice tour experience but it did seem a little chaotic.

They're doing a great job. My mother had a tough transition that had more to do with her than with them. I though their help in trying to mitigate everything was outstanding. She did manage to sneak out the door once. They got on it quickly, and their communication to us was great - they were very transparent. But it did happen. Fortunately there are no major roads right - the location is more remote near residential neighborhoods. And they've used it as a training opportunity for their staff. In general our personal experience and situation has been tough, but they exceeded our expectations when it came to assessing my mother and providing a safe and caring environment for her. I really like that the facility is all on one level, which makes it easier to navigate. Another big positive is they bring in music once a week, and I think music therapy is important for people with dementia.

The care seemed very nice. Very very friendly staff and went out of their way to try to help my dad and I. Just it really came down to the price of cost

My mother is having a much better experience at Commonwealth Hampton than her previous facility. The facility is well lit and I like that they have cameras in the hallways. There are plenty of staff to handle the residents needs. The staff seem to genuinely care about their patients and enjoy their jobs. There are plenty of activities provided and a good variety. The director is very approachable and down to earth. They are transparent about everything, not fake at all and you can see what you are getting.

This is the only facility that I visited multiple times. They were not the least expensive, but I felt most comfortable having him here. The staff was amazing, we did have an issue with one person. The assistant director was efficient in taking care of a problem that was brought to their attention. That eased my mind a lot. Whether it is the assistant director, finance person, maintenance, kitchen staff etc. they are just all so friendly and willing to help. I would recommend Commonwealth Senior Living at Hampton to others and already have.

I would recommend for community to others for their loved ones. The staff provided great care, the community had a great value for the money, and the responsiveness to the family's questions makes this a wonderful community for loved ones. There are three meals a day provided to the residents, and the community with the resident to accommodate requests.

Nice place overall. Administrative staff - head nurse seemed overwhelmed with way too many people coming at her.
