My mother was a resident for nearly 5 years a CSL Georgian Manor. During her 10 year journey through Alzheimers, the staff at Georgian Manor were very commited to making her as comfortable as possible. They provided services, support groups referrals and an emotional connection that was so vital. Any concerns were addressed at the lowest level, but the manager and directors always were responsive to our needs. During her time there, there were several staff changes, but the consistency of care was alway there. Her room was spacious, and the food was good. The effort to get Mom to eat was helpful. Early in her residency there many activities, outings, entertainment and excursions she could participate in and I treasure the pictures posted by Georgian Manor of these events. The most important referrals we recieved from Georgian Manor were so imprtant in her latter stages. As we all know Memory Care can be quite expensive, but we were referred to contacts to get the Veteran's Aid and Attendance Pension and finally we were referred to Westminster-Canterbury Hospice at Home services. Both of these services helped our family with additional care and finances. I highly recommend Georgian Manor for those people who will ever need their valuable assistance.

CSL Georgian Manor has been a very positive experience for our mother and for us. The staff is loving and available. Mom has received very good care and attention in the 3 years she has lived here. There are many activities including family events to keep residents and their loved ones connected. The building is always spotless and inviting. If you are in need of living assistance for yourself or a loved one, we recommend you check into what Georgian Manor has to offer.

After my wife was asked to leave the community she went into in Feb. , A place for Mom contacted me about Commonwealth Kings Grant House. I was so happy that they agreed to take her in even though she had many difficult behavior issues due to advanced stage Alzheimers disease. In about 4 days they had her under control and even enjoying activities. I am grateful that Commonwealth had the experience needed to take care of her.

Both of my parents are living here together. The staff goes out of their way to make my parents comfortable. [names removed] etc. Molly keeps the place clean and doesn’t have a odor like most senior homes. The ladies are kind to my mom who suffers from dementia and take care of her when my dad needs to go out. The food is decent. So far they have been at Prestigue over a year and they seem happy.

My family has survived the last few months because of superb and compassionate support of the skilled nursing staff caring for my parents. The kindness of the ENTIRE Ballentine Staff is outstanding, beginning with [name removed] who set up my mom's room, to the cooks who learned her food preferences and to the activities directors who included mom in more activities than she has participated in in the past ten years. My dad was able pass with dignity because of their excellent care. Thank you all.

Providing top-notch care along with consistent and engaging activities seems to be difficult for many memory care facilities. CSL-Hampton so far is one of the best that I have seen. The senior staff has taken time to listen to my concerns, and, more importantly, has worked toward instituting positive improvements. The patience and kindness among most of the front-line caregivers is great, a testament to their training and professionalism. 4.5 stars... my loved one is really thriving here!

The first time I visited Churchland House, I knew this was where I wanted my 92 year old grandmother to reside. This facility has so much energy from the time you walk through the door and it starts with the staff. The facility is very clean, bright and welcoming. The staff members are professional and treat each resident and family member with respect and dignity. Leaving my grandmother here was the hardest decision I ever made, but I have peace of mind knowing she's well cared for here.

My sister was at Prestige Commons for a short period of time in Memory Care. The Care, Courtesy, Respect, and kindness shown to my sister by the Staff and the Director was above reproach. Thank You, and God Bless You We Love you Prestige Commons !! [Name removed]

I had the pleasure of touring CSL after the Wizard of Oz event and luncheon. This was my first time at this facility and I was very impressed by what I saw. The Staff was professional, friendly and accommodating. The food was great and plenty of opportunity for the residents to participate at whatever level they desired. I was able to see an Independent apartment, Assisted living room and Sweet memory room during my tour. I would recommend CSL at Williamsburg to a friend or family member.

My relative is always clean and well dressed. Caregivers are caring and good at what they do. The increase in activities more recently has been a nice happy addition to the day. This is one of the finer memory care facilities my relative has been in. Very healthy meals and snacks!

Some would say its just part of the job, but the care, compassion and support shown every day with our mother truly came from the heart. Your thoughtfulness made our day a little brighter and we treasured every day we had with her. So many of you helped us get through a difficult time and we cannot thank you enough.

Commonwealth has been a blessing to our mother and our family. The staff at all levels are extremely kind and caring, the are so very patient and kind. We were stuggeling w finding nursing homes, mom is in a much better and personalized care situation

We moved our mom into Prestige Commons. She was a very difficult Alzheimer’s patient, very non-compliant. Prestige commons has worked hard to make this an enjoyable experience. And she has responded well. We are very happy with the care and our choice.

We reviewed four separate facilities prior to our decision to place Mom at Georgian Manor. It had excellent staff ratios and is a very clean facility. The staff is very respectful of the patients and sees to their needs each and every day. The cost is very reasonable, and they call to update us with any new developments. During a recent weather event, the facility was evacuated to Richmond, Virginia to avoid any possible trauma to the patients or loss of power. Mom has been at the facility for 7 months now and she is being well-cared for, as well as happy. I would recommend this facility to any who have similar needs.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They have made the transition for my dad very pleasant. Pleased to know he is in good hands and is cared about by the staff.

I stopped into tour, i live in the community and tho i have no one to place here i wanted to check it out as i drive by alot. It was clean, bright and everyone was so nice. Im glad I got to check it out.

I am so happy that we were able to find a place that is a perfect fit for Mom! The staff is wonderful and patient. Mental and physical illness can, unfortunately, make Mom quite difficult to manage. The caregivers at Prestige Commons give her great support and really try to make a difference in her life. I can actually say she is happy there. The facilities are nice and nice, well-maintained facility

Although unfortunately my father didn't stay long at Golden Orchards, we were extremely impressed with the facilities and the staff. Everyone seemed especially caring and concerned about the wellbeing and safety of the residents. [name removed], the manager, went above and beyond the call of duty to make my father feel welcome and his experience a positive one. She even checked in on him on evenings and weekends during a particularly difficult time and made sure he was happy and comfortable. She was an angel.

My mother is at Whispering Woods and she enjoys the full activities calendar for Independent Living and the other people living in the building. They are very social and love playing games together like Bingo/Skipbo. I like that she is in a secure place that over time will be an easy transition from her apartment in Independent Living to Assisted Living.
