We moved my mother to Prestige Commons from another local facility nearly a year ago. From the moment we visited, and continuing through her stay, we were very impressed with the facility and the staff. My mother was proud to be in her new room when she had visitors, and my four brothers and sisters were delighted with the care she was receiving. The entire facility was always clean and fresh, and the staff was always attentive. During her final weeks, we were unable to visit in person due to COVID-19, but the staff continued to care for and comfort her, even when we could not. Truly a godsend for my mother and my family.

The housekeeping for the individual resident rooms and the common spaces keep everything very clean and there is never any bad odor. The care is also pretty good as well. The staff is accommodating with my father's care needs and are able to transport him to and from his doctor's appointments. They are always offering some kind of activities for the residents, be it an off-community trip, bingo, or bringing in outside entertainment. They do a good job with engaging the residents as best as possible. The food seems fine and everything is farm-to-table, locally gorwn. Commonwealth is definitely a good value for the price.

We are quite pleased with Commonwealth. Our only concern is that they are only allowed to use one particular pharmacy, which my mother's doctor that has identified as being much more expensive than other pharmacies in the area. If we were allowed to use a different pharmacy, we could save a lot of money. Other than that, they have done a phenomenal job taking care of the residents. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they have done a good job protecting the residents and keeping them safe. They let me talk to my mother through the window so my she can see me and continue to have interaction. It has been really difficult for my mother to be quarantined, however we are thankful she is in a safe place. We love Commonwealth at Georgian Manor and highly recommend it. We searched around for several places and it took several years for my mother to decide to move, and visited the community three times. When she moved in, she even knew some of the other residents! We don't have to worry about her safety and we trust the staff is doing everything they need to do to keep her healthy and safe. They truly care about the residents.

I think it is a very competent facility. They do a great job taking care of their residents .Just like any facility they had a hanging onto staff. Room sizes are large.The food was great. They have limited private rooms. Commonwealth Senior Living is well worth the cost. It is nice to have the option of bringing your own furnishings or having them furnish the room.I liked that they had men and women in separate areas.

Nice Place to Live. Meals are very good. Room is a nice size and they keep it clean. They are very helpful and friendly.

On behalf of my mother,our family thanks you all for your kindness. I spent one and half days around the clock at the facility to tell my mother how much I loved her. I met many staff and they were all so gentle,caring and kind.I appreciate each and every one of them. [Name removed]the nurse was with me during mom's last moments and was a huge blessing to me. Thank you again for all you did to help my mother comfortable and to have dignity.

Addington Place is a very nice facility. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is friendly and capable. My mother loves the food and the menu is different daily. My mother is comfortable here and my mind is free of worries knowing she is in good hands.

My mom was a resident in Sweet Memories from [dates removed] Mom had a fairly rare disease process that wasn't always predictable. Everyone took amazing care of her and kept us in the loop when there were changes in her health. Staff encouraged her to participate in activities and engaged with the other residents. We couldn't have asked for a better location for mom's final months!

My mother recently moved into the facility. She has been welcomed by staff and other residents making her move easier. She continues to grow more familiar with everything and everyone helping to relieve her stress level. Hopefully her relaxation level will continue to grow as she becomes more a part of the community.

I was there today for a family gathering. It was clean, smelled good and my grandma was happy! I would highly recommend.

To know your loved one is safe is a blessing! I feel that the staff and management have worked with our family as a team. We communicate daily with all the steps that we needed to make mom happy and feel welcome. The medical staff, management and other staff work with your loved ones needs.

Addington Place of Grand Rapids has an atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The people are like my family.

My uncle has lived at Addington Place for over a year now and has received great care. He originally started in an independent studio, but had a fall and the hospital said he could return, but had to go to Assisted Living. He was hesitant about the move, but had since really grown to love the constant traffic of people his own age. He was sent back with PT and has been working with the RENEW program to continue his PT work, he really enjoys working one on one with the therapist [name removed]. He is still able to visit his friends in independent living and they visit him as well.

Nice little memory care paradise for my Uncle.

My father in law has lived here for a little over 6 months. The nurse [name removed] and the Director [name removed] are easy to get in touch with. The staff has really taken to him and made him feel comfortable.

Great location, easy for my mom to travel on the Go Bus and get to all of her appointments. She has been here for over a year, has enjoyed the other residents and the food.

This facility has been around forever and provides great care.

Beautiful campus with great staff. The tech in my moms building always communicates with our family on how she is doing. We try to stop in twice a week and take her for dinner a couple times a month.
