The staff are great! Very caring and kind hearted. The location is great too - close to the clinic but a beautiful setting along the river - deer and turkeys all the time. Lots of music and good food. House Manager is a nurse so that is very helpful.

This facility has wonderful and caring staff. The House Manager is a registered nurse which is a big plus. It is very home like. It is close to downtown and the clinics but yet the setting is awesome along the river - feels like you are in the country - they have deer and turkeys that walk through all the time. They have lots of music too.

They were wonderful there. I can't say enough about the staff or the care there. Everything was very clean, and the staff were wonderful. They were fantastic. We weren't there long, but while we were they were great.

Awesome place. Beautiful setting both inside and out. Very friendly staff. Near Osceola Clinic & hospital where mom doctor's. Very excited about finding this place.

After 3 suggested facilities we chose White Pine primarily because of it's location, but also because of the friendly, professional staff. Mom loved her apartment, the food, the staff, and the other residents. Unfortunately, very shortly after moving in, her health deteriorated suddenly and quickly. We chose to keep her in the Assissted Living area, not wishing to move her again. The staff worked with us, changing her plan of care at least weekly. They helped and supported us so much, and became like family to us. And they always treated Mom with kindness and respect, affording her as much dignity as possible. They also worked so well with the Hospice Team assigned to Mom; it really felt like we had a team supporting us. In less than three months, Mom passed away. But we believe the end of her life was the best it could be, especially because of the care she received at White Pine.

very nice setting, staff was very genuine and informative, still looking at this time could be a definite consideration.I'd need to bring my mom out for a tour also.

Everything is going good at White Pine Senior Living facility. I'm pleased with their services, the staff, care they provide, and the facility. Overall I'm very satisfied.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for our loved one. This place was very nice looking, and was definitely somewhere we would have considered! We ended up going with a community we liked just as much, but was more conveniently located for family.

It was excellent! White Pine Senior Living did a great job. I can't think of anything that needed to be done better. It was kept clean and the staff was friendly. It's a great place! My loved one stayed until they passed away.

I haven’t had a chance to try the food yet, but there is always parking when I go to visit. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. The best feature is that the care services are excellent and meet our loved one’s needs.

I think the staff is fabulous and I think they are a very caring group! They are wonderful to all the residents – there is a broad variety of patients in there. It’s amazing to me that they can take care of such a wide variety. Every time I walk in there it’s homey and when driving up everything to it is very nice. I like that it’s all inclusive. I didn’t want to get into a place that nickeled and dimed things. I have seen a calendar with a lot of activities.

We are very pleased with them. They are very clean, and the staff is friendly. We don't have any complaints. She seems to be eating well and likes the food. I like the big room that you walk into it's almost like it's sound proof, it's very comfortable and quiet. It is also in a good location for us.

It’s a very nice place. We’re new at this, but it seems very friendly. My loved one loves the food. It’s a very friendly place. We haven’t had any trouble with the parking. The laundry service has all been fine.

The experience my family had at White Pine, Cottage Grove, was exceptional. My parents were the first residents to move in after the building opened. My father lived in the facility for five years before he passed away; my mother was there for three years before her death. It was very comforting to know that they were in a safe and caring environment, tended to by a team of people who worked together to meet my parents' emotional and physical needs. All the staff (care givers, house manager, RN, and LPN) routinely went beyond what was required to assist my parents. I appreciated the way they were attuned to the changing needs of not just my parents, but all their residents and how they implemented creative solutions to make situations easier. I was also thankful for the ongoing and open communication we shared. I felt that we were partners in providing care for my parents and that I wasn't alone in advocating for them when dealing with doctors and clinics. The highest compliment I can give is that the staff treated my parents as if they were their own loved ones.

I am very pleased with my choice of White Pine for my Mother!

I am very impressed with them. We have eaten there once, I thought the food was very good. I haven't heard any complaints about anything. It was just such a nice warm place when we walked in, that is why we chose them, everyone is just so friendly. They also had availability, when we needed it.

The staff was very nice, kind, helpful, and considerate of all the residents. The room was very nice and housekeeping kept it clean. They always had alot of activities for the residents to do and keep busy. The meals were very tasteful and had a good variety of foods. My father really enjoyed his stay.

Although my loved one was unfortunately here for only a short time, they really made a positive impression on us. They were always right there to help us in a tough situation. The director, Melinda, was wonderful to work with, and really went out of her way to do what she could for us.

I like it a lot. They are doing a good job. They do housekeeping a couple of times a week. They have a daily schedule of stuff that they are doing. So far I can't think of anything that could be improved. There are plenty of people to visit with.

The Staff is very friendly, and very, very receptive. The activities that they provide, seem to be pretty well attended. They have an activities coordinator that is just out of this world and everyone of the staff are very good about dealing with the residents. The staff is very good about attending to her needs and very receptive of questions. They have been very good about calming down her anxiety levels. I have never seen anybody mistreat a resident, and they have a wide variety of resident care levels. Everything is included in the monthly price, you don't have to worry month to month about the price fluctuating. It is the only place that we found that is like that. They are very good about letting me know if she is going to run out of something so I can replace it. The nursing staff is very good. The only thing is that the White Pines in White Bear uses Bluestone Physicians out of stillwater, they are very good about communicating with us, but if she has tests run, we would like to see them posted instead of having to bother the nursing staff to pull the book to see the results. The only other thing is that they only bathe once a week unless we request more. She has never complained about the food, they do offer a pretty good variety and they eat their bigger meal at noon and then something small at dinner time. White Pine does an awesome job of managing the facility and providing activities. They do show a lot of concern and care about their residents. My first impression was that when I walked in it was very welcoming, along with the house manager being welcoming, and she answered our questions, and took us on a tour. A lot of the residents, even though it's their space, they keep their doors open, and the rooms are very warm and welcoming. It is a small community, there are only 40 something residents, so it's manageable.
