It's a great place to work or have your loved one live.!

My Mother, [Removed], spent 2 weeks here to gain her strength back from an operation. We really felt she received first class care. We are glad she spent the time here. The whole staff is great, so is the food.

Our visit to Carriage Court was wonderful! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The residents seemed happy and they have lots of activities planned. We are just beginning our search and had lots of questions - [Removed] was able to answer all of our questions and concerns and gave us great information to take home. Carriage Court is a great community and we fill our mom can get great care here and be very happy.

I'am pleased with my move this community, everything working out well. I enjoy the staff, they have been professional and personable. They are always willing to help. They do a good job with the cleaning, everything is very nice and clean. There are many activities offered. The residents have been very welcoming. I'am satisfied with the meals, the food is better than average. I would highly recommend this community.

I really like the idea of family style dining and the fact that it is privately owned. The management and supporting staff seem to really care about residents and their feelings. I love how most everyone lives in small villages allowing everyone (staff and residents) to form long term relationships.

I love memphis so much. Memphis is a great city for anyone. When i am in Memphis there is just a better vibe for just about everthing. The Carriage Court of Memphis lives up to its name and is a great place.

Wonderful place! Dad enjoyed the staff and great food. My only complaint was not receiving a call back from head nurse after leaving two messages. It was, however, over a holiday weekend. I was always able to speak with his staff nurses.

I moved my Dad to the memory care unit at Carriage Court in Germantown 6 weeks ago. The transition was difficult for everyone, but the people have been great. It was my initial impression of the people who work at Carriage Court that caused me to choose Carriage Court in the first place, and now that I have gotten to know them better I absolutely feel that I made the right choice. Now that everyone has adjusted I am pleased with how well my Dad is doing. The staff are very pleasant, hard-working and professional, from the front desk and managers to the nurses, the assistants, and dining/other staff. I never wanted to have to move my Dad out of my home, but I am very satisfied with our situation.

The residence is newer, up to date, pretty courtyard and landscaping. The staff is very caring and kind across all levels. Many activities for both men and women. Repair/maintenance is very responsive. The food is good quality and prepared well for the most part, every now and then an off meal or too small a portion. The residents themselves are very welcoming and inclusive of everyone - this is the best part of living there. Drawbacks - weak internet, staffing shortages in food service.

Residents are very friendly. Administration not so much. Big turnover last month. Facility is being run by staff from nearby Claiborne facility. Communication with families spotty. The activities are unimaginative. Activity room usually empty. We have $[removed] monthly discount.

Short staffed which has care givers working double shifts. Not a good situation. Menus sound good on paper. Not that good in memory care. Many of the staff are very caring individuals but are often overwhelmed.

My mother is enjoying her experience there. The staff is warm and engaging. They really look after her in a positive way. The only drawback remains the food. It's truly nothing special. It seems like they could put more effort into the quality of their meals.

It's fine but the food is awful. I would tell a friend do not come here. I would leave here myself except I have only been in this place about almost 6 months and I just could not in good conscience. Tell somebody to come here to live.

Good communication, and very understanding. My dad was a special case. He was getting very aggressive and they were the only one I could find that would take him in. It seems as though just taking him out of his natural habitat changed him enough that we let him come back home after a few months.

Welcoming and friendly environment. Staff seem pleasant and knowledgeable. Interaction with current residents indicated their satisfaction with environment and level of care.

She is in memory care, and the activities are very limited compared to what I was told when visiting before moving her in. The positive is that the staff has been very responsive.

Nice facility. I just wish there was more of a heightened level of professionalism. Not a horrible place though from what I had seen.

Overall experience was positive and I felt comfortable when speaking with management at Brickmont. I felt that the info provided currently reflects the actions at the facility and I feel confident that my mother is being taken care of without worry. My mother says the food is great (and used to complain that she was given too much)! The housing area is always clean (with no odors) and the individual rooms are extremely large. The staff is nice and responds well when I have questions. My mom may not always remember activities conducted during the day (or if she attended), but when she does attend, she engages and has fun . Overall, I am 100% happy with my facility selection, the staff and most importantly, my mother's well being, quality of life and happiness.

A lot has changed sense the got bought out by another company. It's very clean and the spaces are really nice compared to other places we visited. Improve, lots of turn over in staff. And I liked the choices of food when we first placed my dad. Now it's everyone gets the same. No ordering.

Brickmont is a beautiful place The apts are spacious and beautiful. There are activities available and only a few participate. The staff is very good. They are kind and caring. The director, [name removed] is very good at communicating with my mother and me when questions arise. She is very warm and caring.
