Claiborne Senior Living

We chose this Brickmont Woodstock because it was affordable and we liked that it was a newer facility compared to others we saw. The room sizes here are decent. I have eaten here and I thought the food was good, they are chef prepared meals. The best part about the community so far has been the peace of mind knowing that my mother in law is safe here during the pandemic. I would recommend this facility to others.

I was very pleased with Carriage Court. The staff was kind and helpful. The facility was inviting. The food was very good. The room sizes and layout were good. They have outdoor space for the residents to use.

Changes in management made for some rocky roads in getting needed repairs and internet service. Hopefully that is now being resolved.

The Brickmont is brand new and room layouts are great. No residents were moved in yet which made it difficult to rate the staff, activities, and cleanliness. The memory care director was fantastic.

Good visit

Very new facility, therefore the staff lacks experience. There is medical staff on-site. Due to the physical size of the facility, my mom would not be able to handle the independent living setting and would need to go straight to assisted living. Continuity of care from independent living, to assisted living, to memory care.

I am praying that it improves since it is now under new care in house facility ........ They have to get back on the right track so that no one else leaves the place..... it is so nice inside that they should be screening people better and looking after the patients needs .... with God's help it will be be a much better place to leave your loved ones without any worry about them .. Let's hope the change is for the best !

This community was nice. The inside was very bright with a good amount of windows to let the natural light come in. The community is very clean looks good. The staff was friendly and very helpful on the tour. The prices was out of our budget.

My cousin is doing well with his move to this community. Everything is working out well, and I'am pleased with all they have done for us. He is doing well, and they are taking good of him, and his needs. I would recommend this community, it is a nice place.

The tour guide at The Clairborne at Hattiesburg #2 was very knowledgeable and friendly. The complex was brand new but the staff was just not as attentive as we were looking for. They had a mixture of activities which was great.

The community was brand new and very well maintained. There was a large variety of activities for the residents to participate in. The staff was friendly but their attention seemed to be more on the complex and less on the residents

On my tour of this community I noticed that they had a upper level. My loved one would have to take an elevator everywhere they needed to go and that just did not work. They do offer a really cool morning room where if the residence don't want to come down for breakfast they can sit there and enjoy it.

My tour of this community went very well. My tour guide was very kind and friendly. She showed me all around the community. Everything looked great. The staff was helpful and informative. The residents were very cheerful. The location was just to far for us to travel. It was a pleasant tour, this is a nice community.

Amy was extremely helpful. The place was clean. It was under repair, but looked nice. The rooms are a bit small. Unfortunately, it was not what we were looking for. They do not keep a loved one when they get to that point of needing more than one person to help them. We are more looking for a place our Dad can get used to, and stay at. Still, a nice place. Homey, and clean.

We enjoyed the tour,Amy was very knowledgable in all capacities we learned a lot and the facility is one we will keep in mind when the time comes.The facility itself was very clean and odor free.The schedule of activities was great as well as the meal schedule.my daughter and I liked the atmosphere . We looked at a few places for mom and dad and The Claiborne seemed to be the best. It is a new facility and will meet the individual needs of both parents! Since it is a new facility, it does have a few kinks to work out; no place is perfect but I feel The Claiborne is willing to work with the entire family to make mom and dad's quality of life better. I am very grateful for having the ability to help mom and dad make such an important decision. Thanks to A Place For Mom for guiding us in making the correct choice for our parents! We are referring other family members to The Claiborne to help them in making their choices also.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. This was a very nice looking place, it was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. However, it was also one of the more expensive places we looked at, and out of the price range we were looking in. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

I think they do a good job overall at Carriage Court. It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the people here seem friendly. I really like how reliable they are when it comes to making sure my loved one is up and dressed and makes it down to breakfast every morning! Really the only problems we've had are some minor issues with the laundry service where they will wash but forget to fold her clothes, and wearing wrinkled clothing upsets her.

The overall experience with Carriage Court of Memphis has been good. My mom is very happy there. It is a good value for the money. I do think that they could have more staff on duty on the floors to assist the residents. But that is the only area for potential improvement that I can think of. Overall it has been a very positive experience and I would certainly highly recommend Carriage Court of Memphis.

It was very clean and the staff was friendly. There was a problem with the medication. The medical care was lacking, that's what we needed it for. She liked the place and it was nice. The activities and the food were fine, there weren't any other issues. The medical care and medication management were the most important thing, and that was seriously lacking.
