This community definitely has friendly and helpful staff and they are doing a good job with my mom. Between another community this was closer to me and I liked the way it was set up, a better fit. She is enjoying the activities. We had a meal with her and the food is delicious. She likes just about every they serve with variety like fish, beef, chicken, and pork. The week before they ask the residents what they want to eat. I would recommend this community.

I saw nothing wrong or bad during the tour experience. I didn't pick them because it was more about the fact, it is an assisted living community. My mom s not ready for assistance. We felt like she would be more better served in an independent community.

This facility offers quality care. It is clean and the staff are excellent. Staff members are very attentive and take a personal interest in each resident and their families. Everything is very personal at Carriage Court. Staff speak to residents and guests all the time and are always happy, friendly, and genuine. They work very hard to ensure the residents are happy and well cared for in all things. There is an extremely low staff turn over rate at this community. Some staff have been their for 17 years. The food is excellent. Nurses are attentive and there are plenty of activities to keep the residents busy.

I like this community for great care for my mom. The staff is always nice and friendly. They are helpful for my mom's special diet. They have activities that are offered to her. She has good therapy. I am happy to know that she is in great care. She has met nice friends that she has enjoyed meals with. I would highly recommend the care and value for other families who are needing excellent care.

My mother in law LOVES The Claiborne. She doesn't have to cook, they provide all 3 meals for her. The food is great, although she sometimes says it's served a little cold. She has made a lot of new friends. She goes with them to the coffee lounge, bible study, and other activities. They have a community laundry room for her clothes. Everything is going great and she could not be happier to live here.

I would definitely recommend The Claiborne at Thibodaux. Everyone in the community has been great and they provide exceptional care for my father. Activities are offered to the residents at the moment there really isn't an outdoor activity my father likes that they offer. They do however try to work on the needs of the residents. The food is okay there are no complaints about it.

Dad is doing just fine at Carriage Court of Memphis. The staff could not be any nicer. We are very satisfied with the care that they provide. They are extremely friendly and I do not know how they manage to do all that they do. They offer a variety of activities for the residents to keep busy. Dad is really enjoying the variety of food offered. The community is very clean throughout and they do very well cleaning up his room.

I cannot say enough good things about this community. My mom likes living there. The food is good and they offer healthy choices. I know the owners and they take a personal touch with the residents. There is a lot of one on one care with the residents and if additional help is needed they make sure your loved one receives it. I would recommend this spotless small community.

I recently relocated my mother to this new community in Woodstock. I have been thrilled by the personal attention and concentration on detail provided to my mother. The neighborhood concept provides more intimate watchful oversight for her. Having local ownership allows questions and concerns to be addressed quickly.

They cover every need. Not only for Seniors, but for those disabled as well. All of our friends parents are there. They sit out by the pool and visit, and are just the sweetest community of senior adults. They do a top notch job, and are pretty comparable in price as well.

My mom has received excellent care at The Claiborne. Everyone on the staff has gone over and beyond in making her well being a top priority. The entire staff has been extremely courteous and caring.

The facility and its amenities were outstanding especially for the price. The dining room was as nice as any fine dining restaurant and the monthly menu provided a great healthy variety. The outside patio areas and pool were nice and very clean. All community areas for socializing were nicely furnished and welcoming. We viewed the 2 bed/2 bath and the 2 bed walk thru bath and both provided ample storage space, W/D laundry room with extra storage space. The bathrooms were spacious and could accommodate a resident on a walker if necessary. Both kitchens modern with up to date appliances. The staff we encountered were very friendly and solicitous. The activity calendar for April seemed to offer something for everyone-a wide variety. Additional provisions like covered parking, storage rooms, and salon are available. The entire tour was well worth the time. I would recommend The Claiborne to any family looking for a modern, comfortable, and safe community for independent living for a loved one.

Overall they have done very very well, especially with the condition my mother is in. I think they could possibly tighten up on communication between the nurses, when one gets off duty and the other gets on, communicating about the medications, etc.. The staff is terrific, just stellar. They seem to really care about my mom and the other patients. Overall I am thrilled.

It’s great! My mother just loves it there! My mother right away the activity director came and visited her to let her know what was going on there and then came and got her for the first activity so that she didn’t feel uncomfortable. When she went to her orientation, the staff was very welcoming. She is incredibly happy there. She’s gotten really involved.

Loved Patrick. Met on Friday afternoon and chatted for quite a while about my mom's situation and whether Carriage Court would be a good fit. He definitely understood my concerns about matching my mom with her current level of functioning, yet the need for being in an environment that understands dementia patients. Facility was clean and cheerful. Patrick offered to show me the memory care unit and it was also impressive. Several ladies were enjoying the spring sunshine via the open doors into the main room. Patrick also provided a contract and resident handbook that I brought home to study.

I toured this facility and it was nice. We were impressed with all of the staff and the appearance of the facility. Ultimately, we chose another place closer to home. Distance was a big factor in our decision and this facility was a little bit further from home than we were looking for.

I'm feeling pretty good about it. They take good care of the residents. They're attentive, and there are call buttons if you need assistance. The facility is clean and new, and doesn't smell like pee. It's also handicap accessible. They serve them their meals, and there's a lot of good things about it. I chose them because it was close to my house. I liked the pricing - they were able to negotiate with me, which I wasn't expecting and didn't even know was possible. And I liked how it looked. But the care is good too. There are a few things I kind of have to remind them about, but nothing major. And I'm still trying to figure out the process for new prescriptions coming from outside doctors. But I think the staff are great. Both my parents are there, and they're in a unit with three rooms and a bathroom, which is great size for the both of them.

Camellia Place is the best assisted living/memory care around. I feel my husband's needs are met with the nurses, caregivers and administrative services. I am glad my husband is a resident there.

Great place!! I have visited many communities over the years and Camellia Place is special!

If the current Covid -19 continue I would say it is not worth the money. If they are able to do the things and services they were prior to the virus I would say, yes it is worth the cost. The food was better when it was served in the dining room. The room sizes are good and the layout of the community is good.
