Primrose is our home away from home. Not only do they provide excellent care for my mom, they also go out of their way to make our family visits are as enjoyable as possible. We are comforted in the knowledge that all staff has been trained to handle situations specific to Alzheimer's/ dementia care. Our mom is safe, socially engaged an participates in the many activities that are available. We love our new family at Primrose.

I though the staff was very friendly, courteous, professional , and very hands on. They were good with the customer service. They listened to what we needed and they take your input in stride. They did very well with trying to work with us. They were very attentive and kept us very well informed. They were very accommodating when we were trying to move in and we needed a few days. I can't say enough. I didn't meet anybody on the staff that I didn't find to be courteous, friendly, and professional. My mother-in-law was only there for 9 or 10 days before she passes away and the staff, even down to the cook, came and gave their condolences.

My mother moved to Cherrywood seven months ago. She wasn't happy about going (is anybody ever?) but quickly began to adjust and loves being there now. What a relief! She can be a bit reclusive but that is certainly discouraged at Cherrywood and she's encouraged to participate in activities which she does. She especially loves the outings in the bus. The staff is the perfect blend of kindness, helpfulness, and firmness. I've observed the interactions with other residents and the level of patience is remarkable. The common areas are pleasant and everything is clean and smells nice which frankly was a great concern to me. I wake up thankful every day that we were directed to Cherrywood and that my mother is happy and well cared for.

The people here are wonderful, and they really care about their residents. The owners [Removed] have an exceptional amount of ethics and humanity, and I believe it would be difficult to find a better place for a loved one who can no longer care for themselves. I would recommend their care home to anyone.

I feel so lucky to have been introduced to Cherrywood. Moving my husband came so fast and I was not prepared. Everyone has been so helpful. His transition was so easy. He is happily confused, but settled in. Cherrywood is a loverly place. Everyone is so kind.grandkids love going to visit. All the residents seem happy and are well cared for. We miss grandpa Neil so much, but not having to worry about his safety is such a relief. Thank you marty,miley and zalex.

My mom likes to participate in the activities at Brookdale Napa. She is in the memory care unit and the staff there is very friendly and attentive to the residents. The community is very clean and kept up. I have not tried the food but my mom would say it was about a 3. My advisor with A Place for Mom was nice and helpful.

Revere Court seems to be a pretty decent place. The staff is helpful and caring. The facility itself is clean and well maintained. The staff communicates well with the family and they are very attentive to the residents.

The staff here are great. They are caring and considerate and stay on top of things. People that work and live at Brookdale are friendly. My mother has transitioned to live at Brookdale very smoothly as a result of the caring support at Brookdale. My mother enjoys the activities and she likes the food.

I think they do a good job at Revere Court, I'd give them high marks across the board. The staff here is friendly and helpful, and the facility itself is well kept and clean. I'd recommend it to anyone looking into care in the area!

My mom deals with the Revere Court more than I do since I am out of town, but I was just down there and I think a little more personal hygiene care for the residents would be a good improvement for the place.

The activities are good, the ability for our family member to walk outside, the overall environment. Laundry is a problem. 1 washer and dryer for the entire facility and it just cannot be done in a timely manner.

Helpfulness of the staff is what really sticks out the most about The Inn of Villa Lane.

Helpful, considerate and supportive staff for both patients and visitors. Understanding of the needs of patients and the actions they display as their condition changes. Recommended highly for care for dementia patients by the wife of a several week end of life patient there.

My mom used to live in Clackamas View before she passed away in 2021. The staffs are so caring and treat everyone as family. Residents call each other by their names and will often ask after each other. My mom was so close with most of the staff. The building is clean and they have the best chef! My mom got the best care at Clackamas View and we are so grateful to the staff for taking good care of my mom while she was in their care.

My loved one went in there and we had absolutely zero problems going in. She just flowed right in. It was a very easy transfer for her going from living with family to living at Cherrywood. They certainly made her feel welcome. She has a group that she hangs out with there. It's been very easy overall, which is wonderful to hear. If anything happens, I get a phone call. There have been some changes in staff, and they're a little understaffed, like other places right now. There was some slowness in billing since they lost the person doing it. But the new gal has been awesome. The food seems to be good. My loved one eats everything, and she loves the snacks. They have things like root beer floats in the afternoons. It is expensive, but not nearly as bad as other places we looked at. It's been a good experience overall.

Everything has gone well for the most part. It seems like they're doing well at taking care of our loved one and letting us know what else she needs. She had an issue with a roommate, and they did get her into a different room with a new roommate. We're not sure if that's something that could have been avoided - perhaps they could ask a few more questions and have a more intensive screening process when assigning roommates to potentially avoided those types of issues in the first place.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. I can tell they truly try with their residents. There are outings, karaoke, art classes, live entertainment, and more for the residents to choose from.

The small community is very helpful for our loved one, we really like the intimacy of it. The rooms are good enough size, our loved one has a decent size room, and we would recommend this community to others.

My husband was supposed to move in here and the day before we were going to move him in, they called us and said that they had changed their mind. They told us that they thought he would not be good for their facility because of his high level of care. The management and staffed seemed nice when we were working together. The activities room was really nice and lively and it just looked like a really nice place. The girl that interviewed us was very new and I think maybe she got in over her head and didn’t really realize that the amount of care my husband would need was something they couldn’t provide. The facility was pretty clean and each time we went to visit, it was very nice. It wasn’t anyone’s fault and I really did want my husband here, it just fell through.

My loved one stayed at Cherrywood Memory Care for a brief time. It was a lovely community. The staff was friendly and caring. The problem was that there was not enough staff so the care was not consistent. His clothes would get lost and he would get other residents clothes instead. We also chose another place where he did not have to walk so far to get to the dining room or other areas around the community.
