We brought our mother to Emerald Place last summer and received a fabulous reception. All employees are so good to my mother and us as well. They go above and beyond to make sure mom is comfortable and has what she needs everyday. We can call at anytime and get family like service from all employees. We appreciate everything they do for us, they are becoming part of our family!

My aunt resides at Hamilton Place and she loves it. I love the staff and management, they take their time to say hi and everyone is so friendly. When you walk in it’s that home feeling. They do so much for the residents there. I know my aunt is safe and is well cared for and I never have to worry and that’s the best feeling ever. If you like small personalized care go to Hamilton Place you won’t be disappointed.

very clean and friendly place grandma and I did a lunch tour here. The food was great . Hopefully after the holidays there is an available apartment left for my Grandmother. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our vist.

Our loved one was on the memory care side and the staff members were extremely hands on and gave our loved one great personal attention. The permanent staff at Cedarhurst are outstanding, very attentive and we could ask them questions at any time and they were always there and just have been wonderful. They have a lot of memory games for the residents and there are always movies being played. We would recommend Cedarhurst of Naperville to other families.

Our loved one has also been in two re-hab centers recently. Both have assisted living accommodations but based on care in the rehab, neither compare to Cedarhurst. Cedarhurst is head and shoulders above and it all comes down to the compassion of the staff. Turnover is high which is not unusual but every new staff has been great

I toured Cedarhurst and I did not like the atmosphere, it was old and dingy and some carpet was ripped in hallways which I thought would be dangerous for elderly. We did have lunch and I think the food was very good.

Cedarhurst gets 5 stars in all categories except for the meals - our loved one isn't to happy with the meals. They say most of the time they are served cold. However we are very happy with Cedarhurst and all the tremendous help A Place for Mom gave us.

We had a very good tour at Monroe Place, and they were our 2nd choice only because they were located farther from where we live. They were very similar to the place we chose - the staff seemed to be caring and meet the needs of their residents, and the facility was very nice.

Bliss Place has been a wonderful experience for both of my parents. They are getting the best care, and all of their needs are being met. They are getting loved on like family. And we couldn't be any happier.

I've been a caregiver in the field for many years. The elderly aka WISE BUNCH, have always held a special place in my heart. That being said, I take their care, comfort, and safety serious. If they need to live in "a new home" (who wants to say facility?) then it should feel like home. Of course nursing homes, assisted living places, etc have a bad rep...and many times for good reason. There's a reason many people are worried about sending their loved ones to one of these places. Hamilton Place is one of the best places I have ever seen for this population to live out their final years! It truly feels home-y, they are always doing FUN activities and hosting fun events. The staff genuinely care and you would think they're all one big family. The decor, the set the set-up, just everything about the place always amazes me. I always mention this place to people and have even told my parents and in-laws, if we ever HAD to move them into a home, we would want them to be at Hamilton Place!

We brought my mother to Hamilton Place in [date removed] from San Diego; she celebrated her 93 birthday while there. This facility could not have been more fitting and caring for my mother. My mother was fortunate to have lived the last few weeks of her life at Hamilton Place. Unfortunately, my mother fell due to her instability and passed soon after. The staff at Hamilton Place is outstanding and when it becomes my time to find a place for my elderly care, I hope to have the care this facility provided for my mother.

My sister and I have enjoyed the care and help that Hamilton Place has done for our Mother.We appreciate the activities that are held daily and also the special gatherings outdoors.The people are so pleasing and wonderful to work with.Also smiling and happy.Keep up the Great work.

Cedarhurst of Springfield was our 2nd choice. The only problem according to our preference is they charge additional for each and every little service.

Hamilton Place has been a wonderful home for Mom for seven years now. She is not the oldest resident, but she's lived there longer than anyone who currently resides at the facility. In that time we have seen many changes, but the quality of care has remained stellar. I know that employees are always looking out for Mom and I can count on communication from them whenever needed. I would recommend Hamilton Place to anyone looking for a smaller family oriented community.

I recently toured and i met with the ED. I was so surprised on how much knowledge she has not only as being an ED, but she also was able to answer all of my nursing questions. The tour went great and the staff was incredibly friend and attentive to the residents that were doing activities. I loved the fact that the studio apartments have a kitchen area in them, that makes it very convenient. The court yard is beautiful and I liked that it’s secured. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a home like environment.

I would recommend this place you feel at home the surrounding is wonderful the rooms are so clean the housekeeping staff is awesome with getting the rooms done.the kitchen staff is fast at getting the food prepared to .

I love this community it’s small and feels just like home. The moment you walk in the door you have the feeling of comfort. The staff are wonderful they really know the residents and love being involved with activities as well. With 39 apartments it’s the perfect place to have your loved one. Stop by you won’t be disappointed!!

Hamilton Place is a great place to work. The staff here are very friendly and treat the residents like family.

I have seen a lot of different assisted living facilities in Fort Wayne, and this is my favorite one! It is not like one of those big corporate or hospital communities. It's relatively small and close knit. It's really like being at home. The food is great. The staff are so sweet and take such good care of their residents. The environment is clean and peaceful, and they always have the best activities going on. Live music, family night events, etc. The residents that live there are so sweet and are out and about, socializing everyday with their friends. Maintenance gets requests done very quickly, and housekeeping keeps everything inside and out looking fantastic. Overall there's not much more than you can ask for in a community.
