Park Visalia is the place we chose.At this time it is in transition (being remodeled)Dad is assisted living so this will not disturb him.He will probably enjoy seeing the change as it happens.The staff is great.

Would like to see more activities away from the care center. Pricing increases might become unmanageable in near future. The ratings for friendliness and quality of care are due to difficulties encountered at times with caregiver staff who seem to have language challenges. Difficulty understanding English?)

The staff and admin folks are all friendly and the chef makes a point of coming out and talking to visitors to make them feel welcome. The environment is pleasant and they seem to have activities every time I have visited.

When it came time to move Mom from independent living to assisted living, we spent a long time looking for just the right place. Park Visalia turned out to be just that place. The staff is friendly, the meals nutritious, and there are activities both at the facility and away. This is the perfect place for Mom and we would highly recommend it for all who are looking for a loving, comfortable, and above all safe place for their loved ones.

The staff at Madonna Manor make all the difference in personal care. They treat resident with excellent care as if they were their own family. My mom has only been there for just over a month and during that period her health, mentally and physically, improved dramatically. I contribute it to the TLC provided by the staff. We are thankful that we found Madonna Manor.

I thought everything was not what I expected. I did want to put my parents in this community. It did not fit my parent's personality so I did not take the tour any further.

My brother has really been improving since his move to the community. We are very pleased and he has adjusted very well.They do a good job of keeping the community nice and clean. They have a very helpful staff, they are always there when he needs some help. He does his cardio therapy at the community. The food is good, it is a well balanced meal. They do offer a wide selection of food for the residents to choose from. They are caring for him well and I would recommend it.

They have been really good. The administrator is very helpful and accommodating. They are very conveniently located for my family. We are very pleased with what they have been providing and doing for our loved one.

I would give 5 stars but nothing is perfect! I was greatly impressed with the facility and with the staff! Very clean and well maintained facilities, and lots to do in the building. The options and pricing were very clear. Only one critique--several people waited 20+ minutes at the front desk for help. While many workers walked by, we were never acknowledged. Even after the tour, 20+ minutes later, there was no one at the front desk.

My husband is a resident. The caregiving staff are kind and friendly. There are plenty of fun activities to attend. My husband loves the meals which are served in a lovely dining atmosphere. My husband’s room is spacious and many times he has said,”I have a good place to live.” The housecleaning/laundry staff do an excellent job. They deserve a raise!

I love the staff, love the food, love the activities and attitude of everyone working there and their policy toward their clients. My husband who lives there gave it a 7 out of 10. It's open, airy and beautiful like a country club.

I liked the facility. The staff was very friendly and the residents seemed happy and well cared for. The only reason that I didn’t sign up is because they had no private rooms and I didn’t like the idea of Sharing .

Food is prepared by a chef and it is good. Majority of the staff does not speak English as their first language. Nursing staff is good, they listen to the family but opt to use medication first, not always our first choice. They do communicate issues and successes and are always friendly. Room size is adequate because they prefer the patients to be in the community rooms not alone in their rooms. There are daily activities but the are.repeated very often but I guess that's ok because most of the patients have memory issues.

What's the biggest advantage of Madonna Gardens memory care is that is all on one level and the rooms are studio. A one bedroom apartment would be too much for someone to navigate and get lost in. Madonna Gardens is shorthanded on caregivers at present.

they don't have a nurse and they need a vehicle. There as been a lot of staff turnover so I don't really know the person in charge. Everyone was very helpful when we were looking to move there

The food and activities were excellent as well as the administrative staff. The cleanliness was great and nurse Karla was excellent. The med techs were good and overall we had some great experiences

My mom was there and passed in 2022. My Dad is there now in Memory care Everyone is very kind and personable. They remember our names. No place is perfect, but I think they do really well.

The caregivers seem very sweet and caring. Room sizes are large with various spaces. They are nice, bright and clean.

There has been so much staff turnover lately. The new activity person is trying to do different things but some of them are too hard for alot of the residents. She is new so she's learning. My mother in law is happy with her surroundings and the staff. It's a small facility and for people who have memory issues or a physical disability, it's easy to get around. I would recommend Madonna Gardens to others.
