I give them 5's across the board. This is a new facility. It's a tough job and they do it well here.

This facility is very clean, open, and airy due to lots of windows, trees, and grass to look at. It was renovated in 2020. The shower is walk in with no edge to have to step up over, unlike a different facility that we toured- their shower had a 3" step that I was afraid my dad would trip over. The only carpet was in his studio, it was low pile, easy to maneuver through. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Things have worked out very well at Carefield Pleasanton. We were lucky to have found a one bedroom place for a lesser price than others in the area. The staff are very accommodating to suggestions that you may have for them. It is a much smaller facility that is more homey and I thought it would be a better fit for them. You can just walk outside the room and the dining room is 20 steps away. They have told me that they like the food very much and have had no complaints. A suggestion I have would be to put a garden in, I think it would be very useful for many older folks. If they put that in I know that my mom would spend every afternoon there and love it.

Based off of what I saw during our tour experience I would give Carefield Pleasanton all 5 stars - I was very impressed. The facility did not have all of the bells and whistles that some others did but it was clean and smelled very nice. I like that the facility focuses specifically on memory care. When we stopped in the staff all looked engaged with the residents and the residents looked happy. They even offered us a meal while we were here. It looked like a great place.

Carefield Pleasanton is an amazing place and we have been very satisfied with our experience so far.

Looking at other facilities as well as the Madonna, they did not have the largest rooms available, but the place was extremely clean and the staff members have all been very very friendly towards our family.

All of the staff members at Carefield Castro Valley were very friendly, the facility was just too small for what we were looking for.

The community is very neat and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The community is homey and had a great atmosphere. I would recommend this community to others based on our experience.

Trying to find a reputable place for a loved one is the hardest things you'll ever have to do. [name removed] was compassionate and willing to meet all our needs. She allowed me to express our concerns and needs. So impressed by the intent to meet every little and big isssue. I recommend Carefield highly. Your loved ones are their only concerns. We chose Madonna Gardens because this was the best value for the money and we thought it would be the best fit for him and it is close to our house. The staff members are good with communication, they are always calling to keep me informed of what is going on. I would highly recommend them and already have.

Very nice facility with very helpful staff always ready to help. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. My mother was there for one month of respite care . She was well taken care of.

We toured this community and it does not appear anything like the pictures online. We did not care for this location at all. The property looks run down in desperate need of being updated. Once you entered the building there was some sort of an odor which wasn't pleasant. The staff was friendly enough and answered our questions.

This is a good community with great care for a loved one. The community was very attentive to the needs at the time. We were very happy with everything about the staff and the cleanliness. We would recommend this community for other families needing care for a loved one.

My mom has been a resident at Madonna Manor for about five weeks. If you are looking for a great home for your loved one, Madonna Manor is the place! It gives me such peace and reassurance when my mom tells me, "I love living here... the staff are wonderful and caring... I feel safe...this is my home." These are just some of the statements she has made. I visit my mom about four to five times per week, so I have met many of the staff that work at Madonna Manor. They are kind, caring, friendly and professional and seem to really enjoy their jobs. [Removed] is the Director. He is easy going and easy to talk to. He truly cares about each resident and insures they are comfortable and enjoying their stay. I am truly thankful for finding Madonna Manor. Great place!!!

Madonna Manor provides a quiet and restful atmosphere to its residents. The staff is professional and caring while seeing to the needs of each individual resident. My mom has only been there a couple of weeks and so far they're doing a great job!

I think my dad is doing fine here. The staff have been helpful with our move-in. The community is clean from my view. My dad has participated in a few social activities and I think he likes it. The food could be a little better but Dad does like his meals for the most part.

Caretakers seem to be truly interested in their patient care.

Our experience with Park Visalia has been a very positive one! Our loved one needs a high level of care, and they've handled everything very well. The facility is clean and well kept, and the staff seems friendly and professional.

Dad fit right in immediately. Wonderful place.

My father has only been there around a month but we both are happy with his care. I feel he is safe there and I don't have to worry about his care. The young ladies that look after him really seem to care. Anytime I have had a problem it was resolved quickly. However, according to my father the food is not that great.
