Our experience with CareOne has been nothing short of exceptional. I must highlight the outstanding support and service we received from [name removed], who went above and beyond to make our journey to find the perfect 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit for our parents a truly amazing one. It was a tough move for our parents since they grew up in Connecticut and did not want to move away from their home state. However, their transition to Massachusetts was very easy and truly amazing! [name removed] dedication and expertise were evident as she tirelessly worked with us for over a year to ensure that our parents found the ideal living arrangement. She exhibited an unwavering commitment to their well-being and comfort, which we greatly appreciate. While our parents were initially hesitant about the transition, their concerns were quickly put to rest upon moving into CareOne Assisted Living. The thriving community and the multitude of events and activities available have truly transformed their lives

[name removed] was wonderful. She gave such a thorough tour and answered all of our questions. [name removed] gave us her contact information and it has been so easy to communicate with her. She made sure that we were kept informed of my father's move in date, and helped us pick out the right apartment to fit his needs.

The best part about the community IS that; community, and a generally relaxed relationship to the staff. At Sweetwood of Williamstown, the people definitely care, which is WAY MORE than many assisted living facilities can say.

From the moment we walked in we knew that this was the place for our parents. Our parents are originally from Florida, so it was overwhelming to say the least but Care One made everything so seamless all the way from the move in process to the care and they even made sure that our parents got their favorite meal on their first day there. They enjoyed the lollipop lamb chops when they arrived for dinner, and my husband and I had the salmon, which was so good. The staff were so accommodating and the nursing team had answers for all of our questions. We couldn’t say enough good things about them!

I toured the new building in Westwood for my mom. I met with the team and everyone was so kind. The building is beautiful, welcoming, and has a real home like feel. The dining room and activities space felt so comfortable. It’s so new! The tour was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable moving my mom into Harmony Village. This was a very positive experience for our family during a tough time.

My brother was living alone, unable to take care of his daily needs and had become quite depressed. Every single person at CareOne at Morris Assisted Living welcomed him warmly, and in a very short time, he went from sitting alone in a chair all day to participating in activities, and eagerly, awaiting each and every meal! All of the staff are approachable and friendly. We live several states away and used to find the distance very difficult. Now, communication is easy, and we are comforted by the fact that he is well cared for and never alone. The facility is neat and clean with a very warm and welcoming environment. I would recommend CareOne at Morris Assisted Living without hesitation. This facility has made all the difference in the lives of both, my brother who is the resident, and also my family.

The whole experience was worth the cost!! And considering the care, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. I would recommend CareOne to anyone in need of an assisted living home

The staff is uniformly helpful, cheerful and proficient. Based on my three months experience, I can give a 5 rating to all the categories. I appreciate the different activities, and the menu choices are varied and enjoyable.

It's apparent from the moment you step foot into the building that this is not the first time the owners' first rodeo. There is much thought about the landscape, floorplan, amenities, and decor that suggest this is an ideal place for patients with multiple levels of dementia. Soothing tones and vibes accented with splashes of color instill a sense of calm mixed with fun. The rooms feel spacious and upscale while allowing enough freedom to personalize it to one's taste. Keeping the upstairs as a mirror image of the downstairs reduces risk of confusion among the population, which also promotes a sense of comfort and security. Harmony Village at Valley exudes a peacefulness as the type of place you would trust your loved one to receive quality care while maintaining dignity and respect.

My Mom is at Careone and we find the staff and facilities excellent. [name removed] and the entire team are great! They are attentive, compassionate and understanding. They are responsive to issues quickly and never give you a run around like several place we have experienced in the past. I highly recommend. 5 stars!

The staff members at Harmony Village at CareOne are all very caring, informative, and the facility is clean and inviting. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Attentive to patient's needs. Laundry seems to be a challenge at times, despite my mom's name in her clothes...some missing, and other clothes just have no identification

When it comes to the activities this could be more because my mom doesn't participate much(her choice most of the time). The director [name removed] and [name removed], the head of nursing have been amazing to us. They are caring and compassionate and really have gotten to know my mom and her needs. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Harmony Village to other families.

Out of all the places I checked, this was the best suited for my needs and I liked everything about it. We picked this community, becauseI liked the location, the facility and the staff. I would recommend to others.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience, it truly was a home for mom. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. We found all of the staff to be warm and welcoming. Very attentive and responsive regardless of the time of day. Nursing staff and assistant staff provided excellent, empathetic care. Food selection and preparation were very high quality. A wide variety of activities and social events. The exceptional quality of Sweetwood and the wonderful care she received in a warm welcoming environment that made her feel safe and part of a community was worth the cost. I recommend Sweetwood without reservation.

Harmony Village gets 10 stars across the board, they were incredibly kind, professional and just the whole 9 yards. The head of the memory care unit [name removed] was very well trained and on top of it. From the moment our loved one arrived there she greeted her and walked her through the whole process. It was night and day in terms of the experience and care she received at another community. Based on our experience with Harmony Village CareOne community we would recommend them to other families.

I was so impressed with the kindness & care that was shown to my mom while she resided at Care One of Hanover. I have 20 years of personal experience working with Seniors however it is completely different being a family member and trying to find the best place for mom. Mom was originally in an assisted living with a dementia unit “in the back of the building “. I would get calls that mom “was a problem because she was wandering “. Harmony Village had well trained staff who were able to walk by her side, provide diversional activities & to keep her safe. There is a dedicated building for dementia care with 2 floors to meet your loved ones level of care . Look here first! Staffing is the most important thing to look at & they are the best!

I'd tell others that it's expensive but very clean. the community is well-managed with competent friendly and helpful people. I would recommend it especially compared to the other facilities with had experience lately.

I've been very happy with Harmony Village so far. It has been a good experience from the very beginning. The facility itself is very inviting and pleasing to the eye. The marketing person we met with initially was very accommodating. She even came in on the weekend for a second visit with another member of our family, which we appreciated. She always got back to me. And she was very helpful, informative, thorough, and, compassionate. She came in to visit my mom a couple of times after she moved in. She made us feel like it was more than a job to her - she went above and beyond. My mom has been well cared for. They check on her frequently and are very friendly. The staff all know her. I had one concern about a cleanliness issue, and as soon as I brought it to their attention it was corrected and hasn't occurred since. My mom is not too enthused with the food, but she's eating. The activities director is always in contact, keeps a schedule posted, and has a lot going on. I like that the staff always try to get the residents engaged and involved. There are three different neighborhoods for mild, moderate, and advanced dementia. Originally they had placed my mom in the moderate neighborhood, but once they realized she was higher functioning than they first thought, they promptly moved her to the mild neighborhood to preserve her cognitive functioning. It's expensive (as they all are), but they provide good care for my mom, which is what matters. She's safe, and that gives me peace of mind.
