We chose CareOne because our loved one had wound issues and they had specialized care for that here. The care they gave my friend was exceptional, the staff was so very kind during his stay here.

My son picked the Cupola for me because it as close to his was close to his home and he had heard good things about it from friend in the community. But if I was able to pick a place for me to live The Cupola is where it would be! The staff is so nice. I feel safe and protected especially with everything going on in the world right now. All the activities are great. I like people in general but I have truly made some really true friends here.

They were great at communication. The staff were very sensitive and caring professionals. [Name removed], the head of administration, was phenomenal. The facility was extremely clean, and they were very efficient in the care they provided.

My loved one stayed here for rehab, the PT and nursing staff helped her get stronger and return home safely!

My husband's dementia progressed and he became a "difficult patient". He had violent outbursts and the first facility I placed him in was unable to deal with him. Care One was suggested by a Social Worker and he is doing much better there. They are able to deal with him and his condition has improved.

We had a great tour with Symphony and they spent a lot of time with us. We felt it was too restrictive and our loved one was not at that point yet.

Its a great place and wonderful community. They have a chef on site and have activities twice a day. They are very educated and caring. Overall it has been a great experience and I have already recommended this community.

We chose Symphony because of the convenient location, the size of the rooms, and the cleanliness of the facility. The value for the money was also reasonable compared to others we had looked into. It was overall a good experience, there were a few communication hiccups between the staff members. They were very reactive, if there was an issue they resolved it immediately and notified us when needed. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

So far our loved one has had no complaints about the meals and dining so we assume they are pretty good. They do have some activities going on for those who want to participate, our loved one did go on a bus ride the other day. We know our loved one is well looked after there.

I wish I would have found this community sooner. They truly care about the residents and really understand memory loss and memory care. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Have been here four months and have gotten great help. Therapy is wonderfull. I like my room. You have as much privacy as you want. Everything is provided. The staff is helpful and always friendly. Love it.

The community is unbelievable. My husband is getting excellent care here. If you're comparing it to hotels, it's not like the Plaza Hotel, but more like a Howard Johnson. But that's just he ambiance of the place. The care is what matters.

Our family had an in person tour and Harmony Village is a very very nice community. We thought the gentlemen who was their sales/marketing guy was very informative and helpful. He knew we were just starting out so he was not pushy at all. He also knew we would be touring other communities, so he gave us a list of questions to ask the other places we were looking at. We thought that was very professional and impressive.

The value for cost was pretty good while our loved one there, we had a sense that she enjoyed her stay. CareOne did right by our family, the administrator was amazing, we loved her. She was very good with our family and other families there. She was always on top of everything, and we really liked how they gave out their personal cell phone numbers in case we ever had an emergency or any concerns. The nurses assistant [name removed] was amazing, she not only showed loved to our mother but to our family. We really appreciated her.

When a fire decimated my elderly clients' home and made them homeless, the executive and wellness director of Care One of Livingston worked diligently to facilitate their admission the very next day. It was remarkable how the Care One team opened their arms to make this move happen within such a short period of time. Care One of Livingston not only has caring and dedicated staff, but the decor is clean and inviting, the food is tasty and individually tailored to residents' preferences, the atmosphere is upbeat, and the caregivers are attentive and skilled. Our parent recently was admitted to care one east brunswick assisted living It was a major change but Nurse Kira is attentive caring loving She keeps us informed. She takes time to listen and is exceptional in every way We are happy

We chose Harmony Village at the time because they were remodeling one of the floors so I was able to go and see, other tours would have been virtual. I also liked that everything is one price and I know what I will pay every month. The room sizes here are average compared to others, the bathroom is actually pretty roomy though. They do have a beauty salon on site which is nice so I do not have to take her out. They are starting to get my mom involved with bingo and she loves the activities director here. Also they have been great with communication, they always call me right away with anything regarding my mom. The nurses and aids seems to be really on top of it and they have a good staff to resident ratio. I would recommend to others who are looking.

My mother was a resident at Careone ALF for 6 years. She had dementia and passed away [date removed]. From day one, my mother was treated with nothing but respect and dignity. The whole staff was wonderful. When you walked through door , you felt like family. Careone has always gone out of there way to make you feel like you part of their community. I highly recommend this facility . The deserve a 1000 stars for all the work they have to do with our family members.

My father is now fully vaccinated. They have done the best they can with covid and have made sure that all of his needs are taken care of and they are keeping the residents active. They are very good with communication by video chats, emails, newsletters and are always available if I need them. My dad has had no complaints about the food. On Thursday, they have family night where we can join our loved ones for dinner once covid is over. They have a menu to choose from with a big variety and they also have a snack bar available. They are really good about activities, especially during the pandemic. For example, they had horses come outside one day, they have been doing movies, concerts, etc. I give them 5 stars all the way around because that is what they deserve. They could not have made me feel more secure and they are doing a fantastic job.
