I think this was better than the more expensive community that we looked at. The cafeteria has been shut down for a bit, due to under-staffing and the food sometimes goes down hill due to COVID. The community isn't allowing much activities due to the lock down due to COVID. They allow window visits, this is the best way to protect my loved one from getting COVID. I'm only able to judge from the outside due to COVID restrictions.

I will say we had a difficult time making a decision to pick a rehab facility during covid times. Reading some of the reviews didn’t help but I do take into consideration that people tend to only review negative experiences but I would like to tell you about our experience. From the start our first chats with [name removed] was so detailed and assuring we decided to go with CareOne. We were assigned another social worker also named [name removed]. She was so caring and kind. Made sure we were able to contact her at anytime. My dad went in for a leg infection after staying at the hospital for 21 days. He needed to regain his strength. The director of physical therapy, [name removed] was beyond amazing! I can tell her goal was to get my dad better fast and safely. She asked key questions to how his living situation was to make sure he would go home and be able to function well in his own home. During my father’s hospital stay he ended up having to be on dialysis. They arranged transport to and from the facility and all went seamlessly. Art the director of food was amazing making sure his dietary needs were met. My dad actually said he liked a lot of the foods. The nurses were very diligent with his care. His wound was well taken care of and they did a great job with standard hygiene procedures. He said he always felt clean and clothes were changed regularly. Because of covid he was quarantined for his first 14 days. The facility visitation team, [names removed] were absolutely amazing! They would schedule window visits for us and made sure we could see my dad daily. Knowing we could only see him though a window was tough but being able to see him when we wanted was amazing. Covid times make for difficult situation but we couldn’t have felt more comfortable that he was in great hands. Communication from all his care team was top notch. We were very happy with our experience and my dad he said he was going to miss the staff. I really felt so much understanding from the team, [names removed] really took an interest in our family and treated my dad like family! A very scary and hard decision ended up being really positive and amazing. We won’t forget the people that helped get him better and we are grateful for them. I hope this helps someone make their decision.

Exceptional is the word I would use to describe this center. The staff are always eager to assist. They are happy and willing to go above and beyond. I would highly recommend them and the care!

The quality of the care really exceeds all others totally. The staff there is really great! They are very gentle, kind and considerate. The family of caregivers love what they do. It makes us feel so good when we have to leave. The center is very clean, Neat and orderly. The administrator is always around and very involved, unlike other places where they hide in offices.

We thought everyone that worked here was awesome and really caring. We thought the community was very clean. The care was also very good. We did think Care One At Moorestown was a pretty good value for the price compared to other communities in the area.

My grandmother was happy at Careone. She felt loved and cared for by her aides and activities people. Her room was clean and she generally enjoyed her meals, which was saying something since food was such a big part of her life. She loved to cook. The building is pretty and the staff friendly. We really appreciated having a nurse in the building 24 hours a day, it put our mind at ease. Cost was a factor for our family, but when all was said and done, most places cost the same or more. The director was accessible and easy to talk to. There was always something going on, Bingo, live music, art and all varieties of celebrations.

My Mom stayed at CareOne at Hamilton this past year. She was hesitant to go to an assisted living. She'd been in the hospital a few times and our family came to an agreement this would be the best way to go. It turned out to be much more than we expected! It was really hard for my Mom to get used to, but, the staff was so friendly. She was able to continue her rehab, enjoy the activities and remain as safe as a 94 year old could be. Mom was much more independent then at home and little by little she accepted the change. She has since passed away, but, the time she spent there in her last months was so appreciated by our family. Many thanks to the staff and all who care for the residents at CareOne.

My husband and I love living here, we don't worry about anything anymore!

Mom (and I) are very happy! Moving to CareOne has been a great decision.

We searched high and low for the right place for my Mom. We looked at the every assisted living in Camden and Burlington County! CareOne is by far the best choice we could have made. Mom has been there for 3 months now and we could not be happier.

We moved my mother in law up from Florida and it was very difficult for her. She was very sick. CareOne really loved and cared for her (and us!) up until the day she passed away. I still come back and visit the staff at CareOne even tough mom has passed away. They are wonderful.

We ended up moving my mom to Pennsylvania but is we stayed in NY we would have chosen CareOne. Everyone was so kind and caring.

I highly recommend Harmony Village in Moorestown, NJ to all families seeking excellent care for their loved one(s) suffering from dementia. The nurses and care aids and medial technicians are well trained and respectfully care for the residents. The community is well run and comfortable clean. Activities about and are interesting not only for the residents but for the visitors as well.

I went to Careone initially for rehab after I was in the hospital for pneumonia. I wasn't sure if I was strong enough to go home after rehab, so I went to their assisted living as a "trial" stay. I ended up signing on as a permanent resident because I enjoyed my stay so much. The food, activities, and staff are wonderful!

My aunt was living home alone and was very depressed. She fell and then we realized she couldn't live at home anymore. At first we struggled with guilt at moving her to assisted living, but she is actually very happy and we are really satisfied.

My parents live at CareOne Moorestown and we are really happy with the community all around. Dad gets the nursing care he needs and mom is able to socialize and enjoy things she used to like to do.

Care One of Moorestown has great leadership! The staff is absolutely amazing. They are loving and kind to all the residents. The activity manager is fun and amazing. Families love to visit and are made to feel welcome. It is a pet friendly environment and the residents very much enjoy their four legged friends. Hats off to Car One Moorestown for making all the days so enjoyable.
