Everyone at CareOne is very nice and helpful! There are a lot of different activities throughout the day and the care they provide is excellent! I love the compassion they show not only us but all the residents here.

Very friendly and keeping contact (of member in the community) informed of what is going on. There many activities going on. My mom goes down to breakfast at around 8:00 am and rolls into the first activity of the day right after breakfast. It keeps her engaged and active. She is not sitting back at the room watching tv all day. She has a busy day and is ready to sleep after the last activity of the day (around 9 pm). Beats where she was in a 55+ community where there was nothing going on and she watched TV most of the day every day.

5 stars for all! It has been a great experience and I would recommend this facility to others looking.

I would recommend CareOne at Sharon for those who need assisted living or memory care. The family needs to be proactive on communication. The staff is personable, enthusiastic, knowable about caring for those with dementia, helpful, genuine, kind. Housekeeping is thorough and friendly. The move-in process is thought out well procedurally.

Staff was very easy to reach and offered great personal touches. Made us feel more comfortable hearing from our loved one the care they received and knowing what they were taken care. I would highly recommend this facility as someone who had a smooth move-in and, although our stay was short, a smooth process on the way out.

I am writing this review to thank [name removed]! This is the first review I have ever done. My mom was moved from assistant Living to the Dementia unit. [name removed] was wonderful in this transition. I have to say I wasn't an easy daughter to convince. But, then I realized we both wanted the same thing. My mom to have the best care. [name removed] doesn't just talk she executes. She is always walking the halls and checking to make sure all is good with the residents. She has impressed me and I know she will be a great asset to the Cupola. Good Luck [name removed]!

I am very happy that my husband is there. He is well taken-care-of. The staff ( in particular the people who take care of him on a day to day basis) are caring, friendly and courteous. I like that I'm able to interact with them and feel like they are my friends as well as caregivers for my husband. I would imagine just about all the families of the residents feel the same as I do. I like it for a number of reasons. It is a newer facility, it is bright and cheerful, it is all one floor and not huge, so it feels homey, it is pretty and clean, it is convenient for me, and most important I feel the entire staff is friendly, courteous, caring and very knowledgeable about memory care needs.

The staff is very capable and works with us with such love and understanding. I appreciate every day I get to spend with them because they make me feel safe and cared for! I also enjoy all the friends I have made. We meet on a daily basis for scheduled and non-scheduled activities. It’s so nice to know there is always someone to talk to when I feel like want to and I have the freedom to keep to myself when I want also.

We had to move my mother in to the Cupola. [name removed] made this a very easy transition. She really took a personal interest in our family and contacted me a tremendous amount. She is so responsive and helpful. A truly amazing person. My mother is doing so well there. Thank you [name removed].

I cannot begin to express how amazing the transfer has been with my mother to the Cupola. The staff, especially [name removed] is BEYOND responsive, supportive, professional and above all else kind, compassionate and deeply involved with all the residents. My sisters and I were immediately drawn to the warmth of the residence and the loving way the staff spoke to, and about their residents. They know everyone’s name and story and that was very important to us. We had an unforeseen extended rehab stay and throughout that they remained in touch and active in my mother’s health journey and eventual arrival to the residence. We are beyond confident in the level of assistance and service my mother is receiving. I cannot recommend this facility highly enough. If you want a clean, well kept, attentive, activity packed, caringly staffed assisted living situation this is the place for your loved one. Absolutely tour this facility if looking for a place for your loved one.

The staff is excellent. Move in process was good. The food is good. The housekeeping is excellent. I would recommend this facility to others.

My mom has been a resident there since Sept of 2021 Care One has been amazing in the care for my mom who has advanced dementia. Their kindness and attentive care for has been amazing. We all know that nothing is perfect but when comes to my family's experience here it's as close as you can get! I highly recommend if you have to make this difficult decision for a loved one.

They took care to clean, dress, and bring my mother to the general area each day. She always looked well groomed. We chose this community because it was more reasonably priced than where she was previously.

Our loved one was previously a resident at Harmony Village at CareOne Jackson for a short time and everything was great for him at this facility. We were happy with his experience. The Executive Director was excellent with all of our concerns and helped alot. Moving our loved one in was good, they allowed us to pick his room out and set it up. We would recommend Harmony Village to others.

My dear mom lived in the same house for 96 years and had no plans on leaving, but as her health declined after a fall and broken hip she refused in-home help and things went downhill quickly. My husband visited several assisted living dementia facilities and found Harmony Village to be superior in every way. I worried constantly that my mom would be incredibly unhappy away from her home and would not adapt to a new setting. How wrong I was. The staff went out of their way to make sure my mom was engaged on every level, matching her with residents who were just like her. My mom was a very picky eater, but the staff made sure that she only received the foods that she liked and went out of their way to make her meal times special. The activities were numerous from craft time to movies and live performances to special holiday celebrations with family always invited to participate. The medical care my mom received was also exceptional. Harmony Village is a very special place!

We feel so fortunate to have found a home for my husband at Harmony Village. I looked at several places over a 5 month period and spent time with staff at each residence. I was particularly impressed with the staff at Harmony. They answered questions and concerns I had about placing my husband in a memory care residence. When he entered Harmony from Day 1 he was welcomed and cared for in such a compassionate way. I cannot say enough about the staff, beginning with the director, the head nurse, the physical and Occupational therapists, the dementia director , activity director and many more. The cleanliness of Harmony is outstanding as are the rooms. I will always be grateful to the full staff at Harmony for making him and my family feel so comfortable! It is truly a wonderful place!!

I had to write this experience! Wasn’t sure how my sister was going to take her move to Harmony Morrestown. Upon entering the lobby she immediately relaxed and said she liked it. That was her first real coherent sentence in 3 weeks due to severe dementia. The shock and relief I felt was overwhelming. After getting her settled in her room she relaxed completely and just smiled for the next hour. I couldn’t have been happier because the previous moves were a nightmare. Rest assured if you are looking for a home for your loved one make it Harmony Morrestown. You will love all the staff but [name removed] is my favorite. When we entered for our scheduled tour a man was at the piano playing for one resident who was listening intently. I thought he was the entertainment. However, I soon learned he was the director and the residents favorite. I knew then that all the tours I planned for that day were never going to measure up to this home. It truly felt like you were home.

Our family's experience at Harmony Village in Paramus has been wonderful. Director Risa Corey and Dementia Specialist [name removed] are incredibly caring and responsive, as is the entire staff. Our mother is well cared for, secure and happy, and it has given us tremendous peace of mind.
