My mom has been provided great care after breaking her hip. The nurses are efficient & caring. I cannot praise the physical therapists any higher than an A plus. If there was a higher mark, they would get it! They’ve helped mom walk again. The food is good & there’s a selection each meal. The management have been helpful with any questions or problems. I would highly recommend them for care.

I visited a few places in the area and this was by far my favorite. The location is easy to get to, the staff is incredibly nice and it smells great! (When you visit other places, you'll understand. Lol) [name removed] is so sweet. She was very patient with us and really worked out a great deal for our family. I can't say enough about this team and this community.

Really enjoyed the tour given by [name removed]. Was able to show me the entire building and was extremely welcoming. The bedrooms were great size and clean! The nursing staff were really nice and comforting.

Harmony Village at Hanover is an upscale memory care community with professional and knowledgeable staff in dementia care. The divide of neighborhoods are unique and something you do not see in other communities. Residents are always engaged in fun and stimulated activities and provided a variety of delicious meals to choose from. I personally love the movie theater room and outdoor court yards. Cleanliness is always on point, which is huge for me.

It was a difficult decision to have to put my husband in memory care but the staff are so warm and helpful. It was a difficult transition for us but he's doing well and I have piece of mind that he's safe there.

I have toured their community and met with their leadership team as a potential home for one of our clients. Their receptionist was extremely welcoming especially with not having an appointment. [name removed] gave me a thorough tour of their community and amenities. She even introduced me to their executive director [name removed] and director of wellness [name removed]. They all made time for me to ensure my client’s needs would be met.

Harmony Village is a top quality memory care community. The building always smells/looks clean and is warm, friendly, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff and management team are beyond supportive, dedicated, and knowledgeable when it comes to memory care. There is a lot of stimulation and activities taking place for your loved one. You feel welcomed from the moment you step foot through the doors.

[name removed] and every single person that I dealt with at Harmony Village was aces. They went above and beyond and were always kind and helpful. I was grateful that I placed my Mother in this facility; if only for the last 3.5 weeks of her life. I knew she was safe and well-cared for in a clean, private room that felt like home. The aforementioned were patient, informative & were always available to answer questions as we (the family of our loved one we were looking to place) toured numerous other facilities (none of the MANY facilities came close to what this facility has to offer). This facility is amazingly clean, modern & up to date, the rooms & furniture were apparently just renewed & spotless. They took us for a couple of tours upon our request & were always available by phone/text/email until we finally made our decision. Placing a loved one is obviously stressful & sad, but the staff that we dealt with made the transition much easier. Dad says the food is very good, & has been getting involved in most of the activities. He absolutely loves his aide [name removed]& his nurse [name removed]. I live out of state and my Mom began to have difficulties managing her house alone three years ago. Although Mom was not originally supportive of the idea we visited a handful of assisted living options and spoke with an additional handful of other options. As Mom visited places her hesitancy about moving disappeared. We made the decision to join CareOne at Parsippany and Mom and I could not be happier how things have gone. During the admission process their Lead Nurse and Head Marketing person went above and beyond to make things happen. Mom loves the people she has met and the FOOD. Countless times she has thanked me for choosing CareOne. I now have the relief that Mom is safe and being taken care of and I am timely informed of developments by CareOne staff. I have the greatest trust in the management team there and am thankful for all the Angels at CareOne Parsippany. They also offer skilled nursing and rehab right next door should the need arise.

When I was at my wits end caring for my father-in-law as his dementia advanced I didn’t know what to do or where to go and a friend told me about Harmony Village at Jackson and the great experience they had with their uncle. I was shocked to see it tucked in off a road that I had traveled a million times over.It was clean, smelled good and everyone living there looked engaged. We were wowed by everyone that spent time with or stopped by to meet us; from the Marketing Director and Dementia Care Specialist to the Director of Nursing and other ancillary staff we encountered. The decision was easy, 2 days into her stay we started getting texts with pictures of dad smiling or participating in a program from the activities director , our hearts were happy and the trust started to build. Dad has been there since the end of summer and we could not be happier. We highly reccomend Harmony Village at CareOne Jackson!

Choosing a place for my uncle was more challenging and difficult than imagined. I already felt guilty because he didn’t want to go into a “home” however the feeling I got when I walked into harmony village immediately put me at ease. The building was super clean and the residents looked “good” - hair brushed clothes cleaned , smiles on their faces which was not the case with some of the previous facilities we visited We were warmly welcome by friendly staff who took a genuine interest in our concerns and helped us navigate through what had, up to this point, been an emotional roller coaster. We are truly appreciative of the staffs patience and knowledge with regards to my uncles needs. We are grateful for the caregivers professionalism, compassion, and patience. We feel fortunate to have found what seems to be the perfect fit after hearing horror stories of friends and neighbors experiences.

Harmony village did a wonderful thing for the Jackson Liberty Boys soccer team and surprised us by offering to host our banquet. The staff was so accommodating, atmosphere was fun and the food was delicious. We can't thank Harmony Village enough for helping us create such a special evening for the boys.

Wow! Our experience with Harmony Village at Care One in Jackson was phenomenal. Upon entering we were greeted by friendly staff willing to help us with anything. The place is clean and welcoming. By welcoming the local high school sports teams to use their banquet room, they are giving back to the community. The staff was so friendly and truly enjoyed having us there. The food was great and the cake was delicious.

I visit a family friend here. The friend is clean and well cared for and the facility is always clean. The staff are friendly and professional. I have never eaten the food, so I can't speak to it. I have seen the food and my friend says it is good, so I will take her word for it.

As a Registered Nurse finding medically appropriate compassionate dementia care in Jackson NJ for my father-in-law was more difficult than I ever imagined. After a disastrous 1 month stay in another facility in Jackson I was fortunate enough to find Harmony Village. Words are not enough and cannot adequately express my family’s gratitude for [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and the entire care staff at Harmony Village. Nothing was ever an issue, they made the transition seamless !! Their patience, kindness and flexibility meant the world to us. Arrangements for his medical needs were handled completely without hesitation. I am so impressed with their individualized care they provide, and my father in law is thriving under their care. The respect they show to those under their care is evident in everything they do. My gratitude for the entire care team is so great and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Harmony Village is great in all categories. All of the staff members were amazing!

Harmony was and is the most welcoming and supportive place for both my mom and our family. From the start, [name removed] and [name removed] were welcoming, supportive and informative. They provided a clear picture of what Harmony had to offer and the care they would provide for mom. Throughout the onboarding process, [name removed] and [name removed] responded to our many questions and uncertainties which helped us be more at ease with such a difficult decision. Once Mom became a resident, that level of support did not waver. Mom was in good hands, and it was communicated to us daily via text and pictures or a quick phone call. It made us feel as if we were still a part of the process of caring for her with the know how of the Harmony staff. My mom is happy and participating in so much more than she could at home. The activities are engaging and meet her needs. Harmony has been the best place for her! We would highly recommend Harmony and their staff to anyone in need of a caring environment for their loved one.

The facility is very nice, I would say it's quite clean and modern, and the food is delicious. In general the staff is good. Sometimes you get a person in a role that is not quite up to standards, it happens. They've had some turnover in different areas, but they seem to staff it quickly and have recently partnered with a vocational school that is supplying CNA trainees and food service staff.

The care & support staff embraced the Teepa Snow program, which was my primary goal in the selection process. Then the facility segregated the residents on different floors based on their cognitive and behavioral abilities. Next, the facility was meticulously clean, bright and functional. All the staff & administrators are trained, accessible and friendly to the residents & families. There are no visiting hours, it's "our home"!
