My grandma moved into a 1 bedroom apartment at the Cupola when she was an active, vibrant woman with mild cognitive impairment. She lived at the Cupola for 7 1/2 years. Over that time her memory impairment increased and she relocated to a more centrally located studio off the Wagon Wheel. Then eventually to Harmony. The staff there knew and loved her and she trusted and loved them. We were so happy with our home.

The facility is well kept, and I believe the dining is very good, the the menu has a lot of creative variety, and the quality of the food is excellent. If there is something special that somebody wants, they make every effort to accommodate. The activities program is active and creative, they are always adding new activities and events. The management staff is very attentive and kind. They genuinely care about the residents and their well-being. Most of the aids are great as well, occasionally you find someone who is less than desirable, but this is common in that particular role at any facility.

Friendly staff. Love the clean and beautiful common rooms inside and courtyards outside.

I would recommend to others. I give a 5 to all of the above. Very pleased with all.

The place was wonderful. I really did like the place and would recommend it to others. Care One has all 5's in every category. Everyone was very professional and extremely nice. If you have insurance to cover the bill partially then it is affordable. I had Long Term Care Insurance.

The staff is very attentive ,polite and professional. They seem to truly care about their residents. They are very good about keeping me informed on my parents and if there is any change in their health. The facility itself is very clean and well maintained.

Accommodating, supplemental programs for family to educate, connection with next door Care One was helpful as well. Activities were mostly limited to crowded tv room unless nice and then you can sit in courtyard. Overall, definitely recommend.

Management is always friendly and accommodating to our family’s needs. They’re always looking for ways to improve the community. There’s an activity for everyone- great events, dedicated care staff. Overall a great choice for a community for your loved one.

CareOne of Sharon is a beautiful, well run Center. I was impressed the moment I saw it. The apartments are lovely and spacious. The common area is beautiful. The staff is friendly and attentive. [name removed], the Director of Marketing, is amazing! She personally helped me with many aspects of the transition, and really took a large part of the burden off of me. I can’t say enough about my experience so far.

If you are looking for a good community for someone dealing with dementia or cognitive impairment Care One Jackson is the place to be! I had a loved one who moved in the community and thrived! My step father, who just turned 86 has been at Harmony Village in Hanover Twp (Whippany) since last October. It is a beautiful place, clean and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and caring. The admin has been very helpful and cooperative when I have questions. All the residents are at some stage of dementia and the staff is trained to work with them. There is a dementia specialist who is there full time and has had monthly mtgs on Zoom and in person to teach family and friends what is dementia and what happens as it progresses. They have activities during the day to engage the residents and recently they have had some evening arts and crafts for family to come and participate with their loved ones. I am very happy that my step father is living there.

I haven't had the food and my mom eats but can't say if it's ok or good or excellent. They have a lot including people who come in as well as a van to take residents on rides or shopping or events. When it comes to the value for cost all care is expensive - I believe it's worth the cost and yes we would recommend this community to other families.

I would give every category a 5. Harmony Village has been a great experience for my mother. 1. First was the staff's support physically getting my mother in there. Very confusing time for an Alzheimer's patient and they could not have been more supportive. 2. Daily activities have greatly improved my mother's quality of life. The staff is actively engaged with the residents. 3. The nursing care has been excellent. They notice changes in my mother's health early. They coordinated 2 hospital stays my mother has had and keep the family informed. 4. Conduct regular wellness conferences with the family - great communication. 5. Administrative staff has been great - any questions I've had on charges are answered immediately. 6. Based on research I did when I was looking for a place I feel HV pricing is very competitive with other facilities. I feel we get a lot for our money. 7. The staff takes an active interest in the residents and their families and is genuinely concerned for the residents' welfare. 8. HV has significantly improved my mother's quality of life. Our family is very happy with the support we have received.

The administration at CareOne at Sharon is outstanding. The Executive Director and Nursing Director are both highly attentive and proactive, ensuring that any concerns are addressed quickly and effectively. Their dedication to resident care and staff support creates a well-run, positive environment. It's reassuring to know that leadership is always accessible and ready to take action when needed.

All at the site were great. From [names removed]in the front office to all the staff who cared for my dad. Even the front office desk staff were wonderful. The level of care was fantastic all the employees seemed very caring. And we're very attentive to my dads needs. I could not say enough good things about my experience with you and your team as well as Care One Harmony village. We would. It have met them if it was not for your team.

It is expensive. But worth it. They were able to set her medication correctly to settle her down. She is not nasty with anyone. Pleasant personality mostly. She is always very clean. Morning showers seem to keep her looking great. She has her own room and it is extremely clean. Also, almost daily activities. She is not just plopped in front of a TV and left for the day.
