I tried the food and I liked it. Mom is picky and they do offer different choices. Most of the staff are really great and I have no concerns with her being in this community. They offer a lot of activities and the community is clean.

I like living at this community. It is a nice place for me. My family lives close to me and that helps. My daughter also lives here so I feel better staying close to her.

My grandma is settling into Autumn House nicely. The community was the right choice for us. I had a chance to try the food and it was good as well as they do have some variety to choose from. The staff are friendly and there are a lot of activities available. The community has recently been updated. She has her own small room and shares a bathroom. I think having her own room made the transition easier.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought Autumn House seemed like a nice place, overall. The facility was clean and well kept, and we liked that they offered private rooms for a lower rate than some of the other places we looked. However, I didn't like that the restrooms and shower facilities were shared, I didn't think that would work well for my loved one.

The facility is great. The staff is very friendly. They offer different activities. The food is good there.

I can't possibly rate the last four categories just being there one afternoon moving my mother in The director of sales was fantastic! Caregiver was very friendly Dining- She was very lost and no one talked to her including dining staff. Other than her first dining experience everything was great

I thought that all of the staff members at the Sunrise Bloomfield did a really, really great job. They were very attentive, sincere and very accessible, when we needed them. We were just very happy to have my loved one here. Very happy.

We weren't here long at all before our loved one passed away. We didn't know it was that close to the end. We didn't get to experience much of the community, but it seemed like a nice place. I didn't have any complaints.

My mother lives here and they bend over backwards to meet her needs. It's a good value place. It's a very clean facility. Everyone is nice and helpful.

We have had a very positive experience with Elmcroft of Kentwood. They have been very accommodating, especially given the difficult situation of the circumstances we were in. They have been very friendly, welcoming, and helpful all throughout.

So far our experience with Sunrise of Rochester has been a good one. They were very helpful throughout the whole touring and move-in process, and provided us a lot of useful information. The facility is clean and well kept, and the staff are friendly. After moving in we've had a little trouble getting them to respond to requests, but overall things have gone very well.

We visited this community when we were looking into senior living options for a loved one. I thought this was a very nice looking place overall, and definitely somewhere we would consider as an option! The staff here were all very friendly!

Overall I think they do a good job at Vintage Knolls. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and I think the care they provide is excellent. The staff is friendly, and they really seem to take the time to engage with the residents and get to know them on a personal level. We've had a few minor issues here and there, but nothing major. It is a nice place overall, I would recommend it to others.

They are doing a good job at this point. There are no real concerns, so far. It's clean and the staff is friendly. I don't have any complaints about food or anything like that. It's working out pretty well so far.

The property seems really nice. My mother has her own room. It's been painted, and carpeted, and you can do other decorations. The hallways always seem clean. I think they're relatively inexpensive for as much as they do. There are some things that I wish were a little bit better, but that's inherent in all of them. They have bingo, sometimes they bring in music. They decorate with holiday decorations. They do their best, I think it's pretty nice, actually. If my mom doesn't show up for dinner, they call to ask if she is alright. This takes a big load off of our minds. It is an independent living situation. She has a bedroom and living room, no kitchen.

Overall we've been very pleased with how things have gone at Hillside Assisted Living! It's a nice looking place, and the staff have all been wonderful. Everyone here is friendly and going, and they do a great job looking out for the residents. My only concern is that they don't have any doctors on staff.

They are a pretty good community. It's clean and friendly and all of that. When you walk in though there is an odor, it's not like what you expect, I think it comes from the kitchen, maybe. Air freshener, or some kind of air circulation or filtration system, to keep it vented.

I was pleased with the service. Everybody was friendly and very caring. They called her by name from the very beginning. They had a lot of activities going on. The food is really good. If a resident doesn't show for breakfast or lunch they check to make sure everything is ok. I really liked how attentive they were.

The community is wonderful. Very warm and inviting residents and staff. The facility in general could use a little updating, but to be honest I think most of the residents like it a little "old fashioned". It is a bit worn in areas. The food, however, is excellent. Freshly made entrees and a great variety and plenty of it. The activities also abound with many options to fit all lifestyles.
