Parking not good for guests, set back off Crooks with a calm entry, people all very cheerful and positive, have pets roaming, visited at lunch time and very busy but positive energy everywhere. Currently 18 residents in memory care, 1/2 in wheelchairs 1/2 not. Ability to go outside and secured. 6:1 ratio care and supervision. Nurses on site for med administration and emergencies. In the middle of a remodel. Should be done in a couple months. Day - Prepare for day, dress, breakfast, exercise, activity, lunch, down time, crafting, snack. Routine helps with Sleep/wake cycle. Move in fee $2000, special to $1,000 during renovation. 3 room sizes available, approx $6,400 +/- depending on room

Liked the place. Rooms are small but the place itself is very big and spacious. Shared showers, toilet and sink in your room. Cost is about $3000 a month.

Beautiful facility. Looking for single resident rooms, and more open layout for memory care.

Both my dad and step-mom are in Autumn House East. The staff is very friendly and have been very helpful in getting them both adjusted to their new surroundings. I hear from my parents all the time that they like this place and that it is very clean. It is comforting to know that since I am so far away that they are both are receiving quality care. I highly recommend this place for anyone transitioning from independent living to assisted living.

Very Nice place. Very nice staff. Room that we looked at was very roomy.

Very nice facility, great outside area, not many men.

We toured this community. The environment was dark and they did not seem so friendly and my mom did not feel comfortable.The community was not as bright as mom wanted. They seemed to have a nice menu and the residents are offered to participate in activities. We would recommend that families tour this community for the options for a loved one.

The family is happy and we are pretty happy with them. My wife is happy with the community and the community is all good for us.

My mom is doing very well and it's a very nice community. They have done very well to get her acclimated and comfortable since moving in. I like the staff and it seems that she likes the food. She part of the memory care.

I was impressed with the facility and how the living quarters are organized by what type of care the resident requires. Very clean and the residents I observed seemed happy and involved. The staff made sure they were all engaged in the activity. A bit on the high side for my mom's budget though.

We liked this community it was very nice. The inside was clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and nice. The cost was pretty much in line with other communities that we had seen. The only thing was the location it was too far for all the family to be able to visit.

My husband liked the facility very much. They are working with us to try and accommodate him with his special needs. We will visit the other 2 communities tomorrow.

My mother has been living at Autumn House East for over a month now and she really is enjoying herself. Staff is very caring and helpful. It was a big change for her since she had her own apartment but was not able to be alone any longer. We have no complaints so far and glad we chose Autumn House.

My mother is doing well with her move to this community. They are taking great care of her. Everyone is very helpful, and kind. They a great job with the cleanliness. They good meals, and nice activities. All is well for us in this community.

[Removed] was great! The tour was wonderful. The staff all greeted me while I waited to go on the tour. Facility was clean and residents seemed happy.

This is nice community, and my tour of it with very well. The community looked nice, and well-kept. Everyone was very kind. The experience with well, this is a good community.

My mom is doing very well here at this community. She is making new friends, and all is well so far. I know she safe, and receiving great care. The staff is great. This is a community I would recommend.

My aunt is still adjusting to living at Emerald Meadows Assisted Living. The staff have been nice and patient with her. The community is clean and they do offer daily activities.
