Friendly staff. Clean environment.

On day ! my move was simple and easy, my room was all ready and the staff stayed to help me find my way around the community. The staff make me feel comfortable, cared for, and go out of their way for me. I get rides to doctor appointments that are far away. They keep my room clean and have activities all day, more in the mornings. They truly care for you here and know everybody's name! I can't say enough great things about this community!

As a respite care home for my Mother,very attentive,kept us informed,even sent us pictures of Mom--could not have asked for better care --highly recommend them--thanks to all who made Mother's stay comfortable and secure for her--

My brother has been doing very well since he moved into Autumn House. His health has improved so much that he is now able to return home. The community looks very clean and well-kept. The staff is great and helpful to my brother and anything he needs. He isn't a fan of the food because they made some changes to their meals. They do offer good activities like bingo and sing a longs. This is a very friendly community and we were very pleased with everything they did for my brother. I would highly recommend this community.

Vintage Knolls is a great short term or long term alternative. The staff goes out of their way to make the residents and their families comfortable. It relieved a lot of stress and anxiety from family members. My Father doesn't participate much in activities, he's usually out and about with family members. The food I would rate a three.

It's been excellent. We have been very happy with them. There have been no complaints about food or activities, or anything else. I would give them a five.

I am very happy with Waldon Woods. My mother has been there since 2009 and she really likes it there. The staff is caring and kind. She likes them all and I feel they genuinely care about her. I have been happy with the activities. The food could be better. She loves her room and has even seen deer in the back of her deck by the little brook.

My family and I recently moved our mother to Elmcroft of Kentwood. We are all so impressed by the facility and the caretakers. Our mother's transition went so smoothly due in my opinion to the staff and their willingness to help her adjust to her new living environment. I would recommend the facility to anyone looking for a home for their loved ones.

The caregivers are very good in this challenging job. The dementia unit is called Ivy Lane. My Dad has been there about 2 weeks and has transitioned well. He has a roommate who looks after him.

They have been wonderful. I would give them a five. The food has been okay, I have eaten it and it seemed fine, but I do hear complaints from time to time. They had availability when we needed it, and it's worked out well so far. We are pretty happy with them.

Our experience with Elmcroft of Kentwood has been a very good one, overall! The employees here are all extremely nice, polite, professional people, and they take great care of the residents! The facility is well kept and clean, and they've got a lot to offer the people who live here.

We visited this community while looking into some temporary care options for a loved one. We were very impressed by Hope Village! The staff here was very friendly, and all came out to greet us when we arrived. I liked the way they interacted with the residents, and I also like that they are connected to the Lutheran Church. I would feel comfortable letting them look after my loved one!

Caring, safe & dignified environment, dedicated staff - this has been & continues to be a wonderful place for my Mom.

The staff is very happy. The residents are very happy. You can see when they are walking, smiling and the grounds are very beautiful, flowers and green. It's just very nice. The food is very good too. I have meals there with my mother. They are very attentive. They bring the food and they have a menu that the residents can choose from what they want to eat. It's just very nice. I highly recommend it!

Our experience with Vintage Knolls has been a very good one so far! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff are wonderful. They are very attentive and thorough, and I appreciate that they always have a med list ready for me to send with her to her doctors appointments. I received a number of personal recommendations for Vintage Knolls before I even looked into them, and I was not disappointed!

I think this place is great! My grandma lives here and receives the Village Care services, I couldn't ask for better staff helping take care of her every day. The staff is always nice and very helpful. The Administrator and Director of Nursing do an excellent job and are very educated with working with the elderly. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones.

It's excellent all around. The staff is very friendly. Everyone there is very happy and that includes the residents. The grounds are very beautiful and the food is great. I have meals there with my mother once in a while and the staff is very attentive.

They are doing excellent. They are good people. They are really good with her, they keep a close eye on her. We checked around and the pricing was actually a little cheaper. The food is good, they do a big lunch with a smaller supper, and breakfast. We chose this because it felt more home than a lot of the other places.

Nice place. Not much first hand knowledge, visited my aunt there several times.

Their attitude has been very proactive. When something comes up, any issues, they say we will find a solution. Not your loved one is doing this, and you need to fix this. The attitude is that's why we're here, let's take care of it. They have a strict policy of giving the medication. I could complain about little, tiny, picky things, like the lightbulb wasn't changed quickly enough, but when it comes the big things they are on it. They really know how to prioritize things. They visit the rooms every two hours or more. They have done everything right that I care about.
