My mom is currently a resident at Carriage Inn Conroe and everything has been great for her, so far. My mom loves it there and, if she is happy then we are happy. Based on my mom's experience, I would recommend this facility to others.

From the first time we met with [name removed] and toured the facility to the last time we were there, we were impressed overall with the service that they provided.I truly believe that they provide a much needed service under difficult circumstances. Most of the people that we met were very helpful and kind. The staff provided good information and were very kind. A couple of the actual care givers weren't as helpful as we thought they should have been. Again, the Memory Care side is different from the Assisted Living side. My mother was somewhat difficult and I believe that they really tried to make her as comfortable as possible.

Memory care needs more activity and some things like soap, wipes, toilet paper depends should be provided for the price charged. I really like the staff, they are all wonderful with all the patients. I would like to see a more upscale dining area like the assisted living area.

Pretty much love everything about Village On The Park . It has been an incredible place for my mom. The staff over there is really exceptional. I like how friendly and caring the staff are.

This place is wonderful. My husband has dementia. Everyone treats my husband with respect and kindness. We had our last anniversary at the facility, provided my husband with a dozen red roses to present to me.

Mom has commented on the friendliness of the staff. Also on the overall positive atmosphere of the place. She has been impressed with the frequency of cleaning and how often someone just pops in to see how she is doing. She really likes the food, but sometimes wishes that the portions were larger.

I would recommend it to others. We liked the facility, the care takers, the food. We also loved that each room had an outdoor patio & all on 1 floor.

It has been a good experience. It's very nice, clean, friendly, helpful atmosphere. I would recommend.

Carriage Inn has been an answer to several prayers! A clean, local facility that has many options available as our parents age and need more care. We moved them in between Christmas and New Year. The staff has been incredibly helpful in making this move seamless. [name removed] kept us informed on availability status and greets us every time we are at the facility. [name removed] with Maintenance was attentive with heating, technology issues and threshold replacement. Dining is wonderful and [name removed] was very attentive to all of us… very easy to enjoy a meal together. Lastly, the list of activities is extensive! I’m excited for mom and dad to get involved and feel more and more at home in Carriage Inn.

Everyone is friendly. [name removed] is very positive and always available to talk with. I wish they had more staff on evenings and weekends.

The community is very warm, upbeat and loving. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate the residents and their family members. We chose VOTP because of the location and the good reviews we heard from friends who knew about them.

This community is safe and welcoming. When you walk through the doors, it feels like home. Everyone is pleasant!!!!

Village on the park is a lovely place to be. It has a very "homey feeling" that feels welcoming as soon as you come through the doors. It's always clean, the residents are down to earth and friendly. Everyone says hello when they see you from the residents to the admin team.

I have lived at the Village for a little over a year. I love it here. The staff is friendly, and you are always welcome. I just started doing crafts and I enjoy that with my neighbors. They let me play my music in my apartment no problem! Roll Tide

It’s a good place to be if I have to be somewhere besides my home. The employees are great most of them. it’s pleasant here my favorite activity is bingo. It’s the thing I go to most. and I enjoyed the Wednesday resident outings.

The dinners are awesome it is a great time. It is a real cohesive group of folks here man everybody’s happy, activities are well ran. Lots to do lots to see. We all just have a great time. I really enjoy myself here.

The staff is very friendly very able to do their jobs. Give you 100% helpfulness. They are very capable. My overall experience is great. I have been here one year, it’s lively place with a lot of very interesting people.

Well, basically I feel really safe here. I feel cared for. I feel protected. I love the people many different types of people so times it’s tough. I love I can be as involved as I want or I don’t have to do anything if I don’t want.

When I toured everybody was happy everyone smiled and talked to everyone. I love the Bingo and independence. I love the big socials I love inviting my friends to our events. I love the food. Happy hours are fun.

It’s very convenient. Beautiful pleasant I love the outings. I moved here to be close to my family. I like to play the trivia games, exercise class with Ms. [name removed], and I love Juke box Jonny on Friday night. The live entertainment is always great.
