Clean. Many residents out and about on a Sunday pm. Beautiful, spacious facility...staff pleasant, professional and informative. Can’t wait to have my hubby enjoy the quality of life he is used to again at Provident Village.

We moved our 87 year old father down to Canton to be closer to me from Indiana 8 months ago and have been very satisfied . He requires memory care assisted living and I have found the facility to be excellent in every way. The nursing staff is caring and professional. The ancillary staff is as well. I would strongly recommend Provident Village if seeking a safe and caring environment for a loved one. The activities are based on the residents needs and interests. Dad has enjoyed the many musical activities and outings especially a trip to the Canton Theater to see driving Miss Daisy. I especially appreciate the Wellness director of the Memory Care neighborhood [name removed], she not only provides excellent Nursing Care but activities and all other aspects of care for the memory impaired individual, she is excellent in communicating with me and my many questions and concerns for Dad.

Top notch facility. Designed for active seniors. Clean & fresh, my Mom will be moving into the unit that was previously the facility's model apartment.

Mom has adjusted well and seems relatively happy. She wanted a private room and they had one available. The staff is friendly and taking really good care of mom and her needs. They will try to engage her in the daily activities. The housekeeping does a good job of keeping things clean and well kept. They will also do her laundry for her. Mom says the food is fine and have options to choose different things if you didn't want what they served. They have a nice outdoor area she will love when the weather is nice. I would recommend this community.

Stoney Brook was the first facility I toured and [Removed] was very helpful in answering my questions and SB and assisted living in general. SB is big enough to have all the amenities and small enough for everyone to know each other. Nice facility and almost full - just one room available.

I would highly recommend Carriage Inn to others. It has been fantastic. I love the cleanliness, the friendliness, and the atmosphere of the community. The food is great; you’re handed a menu, just like being in a restaurant. You can choose food options and portions sizes, and if you want more, they give it right to you. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere of the place is lively and comforting. They have lots of activities, games, music, live entertainment, and movies. The only thing I wish was different is that I wish they did residents’ laundry without charging extra. Besides that, the community is excellent. Highly Recommended.

Great staff and facility.

I have lived here for 10 years. I like it a lot, I feel very safe here. When I need help there is always someone to help, cleaning, repairs, hang a picture. Fix my T.V. This is such a friendly, safe place for me, I am 93. Very happy.

Carriage Inn gives us air atmosphere of comfort and peace. They are also helpful and make us feel at home, meeting our needs, like furnishing transportation for Doctor appointments , shopping and errands , also taking us to church. They have lots of activities that you can do or if you stay in your apartment. It’s your decision. The staff is very friendly and gives us lot of hugs! We are glad we moved to Carriage Inn.

I have been here for only 3 weeks and it’s a wonderful place. All the people I have met are very happy and so friendly.

I am a Hurricane Harvey survivor and searched many places before choosing Carriage Inn. It is the best decision I ever made (at least for a very long time). The residents are friendly, the food is delicious, the activities are fun and lots of them and the staff – wonderful. I am finally feeling less stressful and happy.

I enjoy the friendliness of the community, three wonderful meals a day in a large open dining room, and safety at all times day and night. I’m proud of the beautiful entry with homey fireplace, comfortable chairs and sofas overlooking a beautiful walkway covered by large Oak trees. Calming stone covered apartments face the walkway. I love my family and friends to visit this beautiful fun home.

During Hurricane Harvey my parents got flooded out and had to be moved immediately and we called A place for Mom and they were such a blessing. We knew about Carriage Inn at Katy because a friend stayed there. Things went quick, like the same day and this community is AWESOME the caregivers are friendly and attentive. They eat there daily because they love the food. They used to eat out at every meal. They join in all the activities and my mom plays the piano for the residents. They keep it so clean and the grounds are also well maintained. I would definitely recommend this community. And a major plus is it is only 4 minutes from our home.

We could not have found a more wonderful facility for my Mom to call home! The executive director and marketing director were so welcoming; all of the staff have also been amazing in making my Mom feel at home! My Mom loves the peer interaction, independence and activities available everyday! She loves it here and I love to see her so happy.

Very pleasant place to live. Plenty of optional activities to help make good use of your time, good food and a responsive chef, kind and considerate staff and it is well maintained. I appreciate the cable TV and Wi-Fi service.

The facility itself is excellent. What really makes the place great is the staff. They care for the residents. More important, they care about the residents. No matter what their position, if a staff member becomes aware of a need, that person takes care of it.

Final 3 selection. Patio homes available. Warm staff. Main building hallway is a square, so resident could not get confused going down wrong hallway.

Things have been excellent here at Village on the Park. The staff have bent over backwards to make things work. The caregivers are friendly and helpful. The community is kept clean and the grounds are nice. The food is good and they offer some daily activities. Mom seems to having a good time and I would recommend this community.
