Provident Village is a good community, it was very nice and very clean. The staff members there were very friendly, and the rooms are very nice. We would recommend this community to a family or friend.

The staff members at this community are a ten out of ten, there are just so friendly. Anytime we have had an call and resolve and issue they are helpful and the communication is great. The rooms are good for our loved one, and we would say the food is very good.

I would highly recommend this community to others. They have traditional decorating, and it is very nice. It is more affordable than some of the new ones. The Carriage Inn is a nice size for the residents and families. This community is spacious, but it isn't overwhelming large. The grounds are nice. The community is all one story. All the residents have their own patio. There are currently a lot of restrictions due to COVID. They have done the best they can under the circumstances.

This review is based on an initial tour of the facility to evaluate the possibility of moving my in-laws here in the future. Upon entry, the building was well lit, smelled nice, and the staff were very professional and friendly with both my wife and I and each other. The building was clean throughout our tour, the interaction between the staff and residents was personable and each resident we encountered appeared happy or at least content. The daily menu and food service options were above what I expected and the activities and travel options for the residents are more than adequate. I left with a very positive impression and would feel comfortable recommending this facility to my in-laws.

The people at this community are wonderful, the activities are really good. We really liked how the got our loved one involved with the activities, and right when he moved in they brought him food. He really enjoys the food. The other nice thing we like about this place, is they have a Veteran's Wall, and his picture is now hanging up.

We chose Carriage Inn at Katy because of the convenience to family, we had known people who have lived here and they always gave it high marks, and the price also was good for the family. His room size here is adequate for his needs, he also has a balcony. My favorite part about the community is the convenience to everything, it is around restaurants, shopping, cleaners, and not far from health care, everything you would need. I would recommend.

The staff could not be more kind, helpful, and caring. I can't imagine it being better.

I am 93 years old. This review will reflect on my age and my past history. I lived in Beaumont Tx - husband died- daughters helped me tour this facility. Yes, I've made friends quickly, taught 3rd grade - yes, there are good and bad days. My responsibility! I'm grateful for food help and happy life.

Our loved one is in memory care so there aren't to many activities to participate in. We liked how in the memory care unit that provided full care services. This community is very attractive. The memory care area however could be a little better maintained, and be a little more brighter and attractive. The food is above average, its pretty good. I would say its better then a lot of other places. They have a great chef, they offer a variety of food for the residents to choose from. The staff has done an exceptional job during the pandemic. I believe they have only had one case which was back in March. It has really put my mind at rest.

It is a wonderful place, we love it. They have taken good care of my mother-in-law. We have recommended it several times. The activities prior to Covid included Food Trucks, Thanksgiving Dinner that the family could come into, Halloween Party, Bingo, Happy Hour every afternoon. In the memory care they also have activities about mind building.

I was impressed with the staff's involvement with the residents They always were trying to keep them happy and active. We chose this community because the location , and it felt more homey than others we visited. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families. The food was good and offered a nice variety. I was very impressed chef and the meals were served in restaurant style dining. I just think this community is great.

They seem very caring to me. They are kind and I never had any trouble getting any type of information when I needed it. The communication is good. The food good and my husband eats all of his meal. I chose this community because I thought that most of the ones I looked at were gloomy and dark and this community was spacious and bright and it smelled pleasant. Another thing I noticed at this community is that the residents seemed happy to me. I would recommend this community.

The covid 19 isolation has been difficult. Mother has been in her cottage unable to leave. This is necessary to avoid contacts of the virus. Her meals are delivered to her. Her cottage is cleaned weekly. There aren’t any activities at the present time. I feel confident that my mother is safe and cared for at the Village. The staff are very approachable and we have good communication. They have handled this pandemic in a competent and caring way. I highly recommend the Village on the Park in Oklahoma City. I look forward to visiting my mother and enjoying the activities when it is safe to do so.

Our family took 3 years to convince our dad that assisted living was the way of life he required, but since he's been living there, he is happier, healthier, more sociable, and loves getting up in the morning. We were confused with all the services available, at first, but the staff (Especially [names removed]) took the time to explain in detail what was at our disposal. We hope to be a part of this big family for a long time.

Very impressed with the facility

We moved my dad to Village on The Park almost 3 years ago to a cottage. He has loved the freedom to continue enjoying life without the hassle of "homeowner's upkeep." As his health has taken a downward turn he is now living in our Assisted Living Neighborhood. I am actually a Director of Life Enrichment at Village on The Park and thus have "hands on" in his daily care. I would not trust his well being to any other community and highly recommend Village on The Park to anyone looking for a place for their loved one to live. The staff truly cares about each individual in their care.

We loved this community and went several times to visit. [Name removed] was helpful and kind, but ultimately we were turned down.

This is the one. They will trigger residents to go to activities. They have online systems to communicate to family. They have a catholic service every Tuesday. They let residents have a say in the food. They keep a picture of the resident with their food preference in the kitchen. The apartments are nice and spacious with two windows. The shower is walk in with no barrier. The bathroom floor is non slip.

Very pleased and happy to be here, absolutely love living here.
