Very good caregiving team. I would recommend to others

My sister in law has been very happy there. They have plenty of activities, good food and overall service. She has met a lot of nice people, and the staff are good too.

Dining was great and the terrace was very spacious and great for outdoor walking. My only negative experience was being able to reach employees by phone. The front desk and medical staff were great in person but hard to reach by phone The other extremely negative experience was that I was not informed that the medication staff does not cut pills w/o a score line. This needs to be very clear to families moving in because I had to have several medications changed last minute which was very stressful to my father and I This needs to he highlighted before move in and did not come up in the in person assessment

Residents and staff are friendly and helpful. food is unremarkable,. Wait time for meals in the dining room are on the average more than 15 minutes.. One of three elevators has been out of service for months (according to long time residents,) which causes wait time at the elevators more than 5 minutes at peak use times. In my apartment the sheer drapery fabric is torn because of age and the drapery for the patio door is missing, one of the pulley cords is a string which does not function. One closet is missing a sliding door.I moved in 39 days ago and do not have housekeeper. The acoustics in common areas are poor which makes it difficult to have a conversation with so much unattenuated sound. The housekeeper laundry machines have been out of order since I moved here. Residents can only use the resident laundry before 8 AM and after 5PM week days until house keeping machines are repaired. The top shelves are too high to reach without a ladder (I’m 5’9” tall).

I'd recommend it. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Since the Farmstead is the first and only place that we have experienced renting from, I'd say we're all happy with them but we have no way of knowing how it compares to others

Entryway nice - room to drive up and load or unload. Security presently a sign-in with a guard - being updated to a keypad soon, I was told. Building fairly new, recently upgraded . Seismic work, I was told, and paint and fixtures - probably furniture - it looked new. Hallways long. Unit I saw was pleasant, fairly roomy. Kitchen area was tiny - looked to be there so toey could say the unit had a kitchen. Laundry at end of hall. Clubs, groups, entertainment from their monthly calendar kas expected. Tenants suggested groups, activities director would set 'em up, if I recall correctly. Nice library: good selection. Had a wood shop, well-equipped. Didn't eat a meal there, and didn't see (many) residents, so can't judge either for satisfaction, thus my rating is not complete.

Housekeeping is supposed to be included. No, we would not recommend Lake Park Senior Living community to other families. I'm sure there are worse places. I don't think she is getting her monies worth. My thoughts on Lake Park Senior Living-sells people are really good at their jobs. Much room for improvement. I recommend checking out other places. I wish I had

The care givers are excellent! very helpful, caring, and compassionate with the residents and families. The facility looks brand new- bright and cheery - remodeled in 2018 kept in tip top condition. Just a minor problem with misplaced items in laundry only occasionally.

We really were happy with Cornerstone, [name removed] was great to work with and spent a lot of time with us when we were looking. They were able to accommodate my Father in Law at one days notice after an Emergency Room visit and were super helpful. All of the staff are extremely nice and caring. We struggled a tiny bit when he moved rooms and they couldn't seem to get the carpet installed correctly and one of the pull cords had a shorter cord than it should have been. I think any family still needs to ensure they advocate for their loved one especially with Medicines, my father in Law was super regimented when taking his own meds. So having them transferred to having Cornerstone administer was a bit of a transition.. but it will depend on each individual's needs. Their activities and services offered are great and they work really hard to offer a lot of fun activities.

It's a nice community. It's quiet and clean and the staff are nice and accommodating. My aunt enjoys the food.

It was a nice, friendly facility for my mother who was struggling with Alzheimer.

Someone whom I met through Avenidas showed me numerous memory care facilities from Redwood City to MV. I had almost decided on one for my loved one before we toured VT, the last place..The decision was made! Villa Toscana is clean,new, corridors are well lighted, inviting for walks, the dining area is bright with a lovely view of the hills. The open air patio is a super place to enjoy the sun- or shade under a big umbrella. The staff is competent, friendly and caring. One might wish for a few more activities but that will probably happen as more residents move in. Villa Toscana is an excellent “home” for my husband.

I stayed here for 4 weeks. The staff were really excellent. The nurse who checked my entire body for bed sores. Very thorough. The food is not that great but you can use DoorDash to get food delivered. Also the rooms are a good size. I didn’t feel cramped. They have a room where you can play games such as dominoes etc. The physical therapy guys are very good too. The only thing is they checked my vitals many times throughout the day and nite. I do highly recommend.

I would recommend the facility. Mainly based on cost, small size of the memory care unit (=> good level of attention to patients), nice environment, responsive staff. The director of the memory care unit was particularly responsive and helpful. For the cost, we felt that we received very good care.

Very, very nice place, very, very nice apartments, very, very nice staff for the most part... Shockingly disappointing is the deterioration in the quality of food the residents are served...it is sad to hear residents say they want to move elsewhere because they are not getting the quality meals a [amount removed] monthly charge should warrant... It hasn't always been like this but the fall-off in quality has been dramatic over the past year...

My loved one is a resident at Atria Park. The front desk staff and management have all been very kind and helpful. The laundry, housekeeping and chef have also been very good. They have been very receptive to our questions. The move in process went smoothly. Overall, I would recommend Atria Park of San Mateo to others.

The friendliness of staff and timeliness of responding is excellent. They treat the family of residents like family. I'm judging the food on my likes and I like mexicano food as does my mom, when she's doing well.

The facility is amazing location spectacular views 1 block from lake Merritt good transportation for local shopping facility is clean and well maintained Meals and mostly good some not so much the residents are nice and friendly. Maintenance issues can arise it is a very old historic building. The rooms are large and comfy. Views amazing worth looking at Not your average independent living community way nicer

I would recommend the facility overall. The majority of the staff are friendly. I think the housekeeping could be a little better. The communication has been pretty good and the move-in process was good last year. I plan on keeping my loved one at Atria.

The staff at Pacifica care truly about the facility and its residents. My loved one is in the memory care unit, and he has been thriving and enjoying his time there. [name removed] has been so helpful, kind and transparent during this whole process and supported our family to ensure the needs were met accordingly. There have been times during visiting that the areas don't appear as clean, but my loved one has been cleaned and well groomed. Staff care deeply and don't hesitate to jump in out of their traditional roles to help and offer support. Pacifica allows for our family to feel safe and secure.
