Convenient to bus lines; kosher kitchen provides A- Number One meals; many activities including Shabbat services in its own synagogue, shopping trips, frequent recent release films; cordial and helpful staff (we harmless old coots still enjoy being surrounded by lovely ladies). Glad I chose BHCRHS after I retired.

It's great. I did a little research and I came up with this one and my mom seems to be as happy as she can be. We have some friends who have parents in there too and they're very pleased also so that makes us feel good also. Mom's been there for a little over a month and the people that we're talking to that their parents have been there for a year don't have any complaints either. I like the way they conducted business. They were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to work with us. We were under a time crunch and they worked with us very well to meet our needs. Mom gets 3 meals a day. From what I've seen it looks fine and if she's not happy with it they're willing to work with her and get her something else.

We chose Beverly Hills Carmel because it was just very warm; the residents, the staff and even the people that come clean the rooms are very sweet and welcoming. The meals are all home cooked and really taste good. The provide laundry, room cleaning, snacks, tea, library and just about anything else you are looking for. It is located on a kind of busy street but the trees block it out. The community has a central courtyard that provides a place to relax. The community has plenty of windows and provides lots of lighting. There is a sitting area in the community that has a really big window that you can just sit and look at trees. He chose to opt for the option that has two rooms together so he set it up as a living room in one and his bedroom in the other. He can open and close his window as he chooses. We feel like he is not in danger of hurting himself and they really give them the freedom to do as they want while still keeping an eye on him. The dining room and just everything is so pretty its kind of like being on a cruise. You don’t feel like it is a place you put someone in and feel bad about in fact we actually like to visit. We are very happy with Beverly Hills Carmel and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Very pleased with tour, and with director. So far this is on my consideration list if able to get the financial part squared away.

LOVED the single room facing the bluffs. But there is little chance of getting that spot as the resident is happy and well there. Besides, pricey. But it would be my first choice of all if it were an option!

Executive Director is great. The staff seemed energetic and the place was active. We were visiting during the lunch hour so that contributed to the activity. The main floor was nicely renovated for a 30 year old building and the food looked great. Overall positive. However, the big issue is the rooms. The studios are very small, though the vary in size. And the "suite" is although larger has now way for a resident to make coffee or have any milk or perishable in the room.

A very good community. They didn't feel that the could provide the care my loved one needed.

This community was very good it was just too expensive for us and cost was just one of the biggest things for us due to being self pay.

This is a really nice community, the dining room and apartments really stood out to us. Our loved one is in the memory care unit, which is still super good. Our loved ones room is okay, it is a little on the small side. During the pandemic they have done a really good job with the residents. When our loved one first moved in, we set him up, but some of his items like the TV remote, clothes and bedding would go missing. Some of it might of been our issue with not marking things, but we just don't know. We have been able to keep our loved one set up okay during the time, and for the money in this area it is a pretty good value. Our loved one is genuinely happy with the food, he says it tastes okay and he gets a dessert with every meal which is important. We recently did a video doctors appointment with him and the staff reported to the doctor that he has been eating all of his meals so we know he is being fed well.

We were very happy with the staff. They were both friendly and accommodating Their administrative side was pretty disorganized. but the facilities side , amenities, apartments were all very good. I would recommend this community to other families. We chose this community because it was in an excellent location.

Very Nice. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Mom loves all the caregivers and med-tech's that support her everyday. We would choose this living arrangement again if we had to make this decision again.

Mom was admitted to Atria Hillsdale on [date removed] weighing 90 pounds. After stabilizing to a new environment, she is happy, gained 20 lbs, recognizes Atria as her home, has made a second family, has a huge socialization network, and receives supreme care. The caregivers care for Mom and adapt their care to her needs. They listen to Mom, her family, and always provide the best care based on Mom's needs. We're lucky to find Atria Hillsdale for Mom's home.

Thought that it was nice, had her family come with her. Thought the food was nice, along with the music. Everyone is nice and supportive and enjoys living here.

The staff is all so friendly and helpful. Always willing to help my mom [Removed]. Everything is always so clean. My mom is always clean. The food is really good. The staff in kitchen are so helpful.

Staff is very caring. Community is clean and well kept! Food is good, cookies are great!

Things seem to be going great at this point. They have been a pretty good facility. Every facility has things that they can work on, but up to this point I would say that they have been pretty darn good.

There are lots of activities for the residents here. The facility is very bright, cheerful and full of light. I love the atmosphere here. The staff is great and the residents seem very happy and active. They interact with each other well.
