I enjoyed all of the activities. And the food was, always to die for.

The people who help me are very friendly and helpful. The meals are delicious and very nutritious. My room is very pleasant and very clean. Next month I am looking forward to October first and Halloween.

Excellent community, terrific and friendly staff make visiting a delight. The facilities are well maintained and clean, with amenities throughout the building. Coming to Pacifica was a real comfortable transition with the help of [Removed]. She was extremely kind, understanding, and resourceful. I had toured 10 facilities in the Bay Area before discovering Pacifica Union City. [Removed] gave me a tour and explained all the benefits of entering the Pacifica community. She facilitated in providing me with the necessary tools to transition my stepmom out of the home and into a facility. In the halls she always makes a point to check-in and say hi. Her presence gives me a peace of mind that my step mom is in good hands. She is warm, loving and very thorough. Only one request, please add 10 more [Removed]! I had a good tour of the community. The tour I had was professional and I feel I got all the details I needed about the community. My main goal was to find one that was close to me and this community was hard for me to get to by bus. They did not fit our needs.
