Coming to Pacifica was a real comfortable transition with the help of Teresa. She was extremely kind, understanding and resourceful. I had toured 10 facilities in the Bay Area before discovering Pacifica Union City. Teresa gave me a tour and explained all the benefits of entering the Pacifica community. She facilitated in providing me with the necessary tools to transition my Stepmom out of the home and into a facility. In the halls she always makes it a point to check in and say Hi. Her presence give me a peace of mind that my Stepmom is in good hands. She is warm, loving and very thorough. Only one request, please add 10 more Teresas! Thanks Teresa, you and Eunice are the best!
