[name removed] is the reason why we went with Pacifica. She was transparent, kind and did her best to make things work for us as she understood our situation for my dad's care. She was flexible and made things easy from the start. She supported us through the move in process and ensured the rooms were to standard. When a curtain was dirty within 24 hours it was replaced. There have been some challenges with communication after my dad moved in, but you can tell the community cares about its residents and goes above and beyond.

I've lived at Pacifica 4 years and I still enjoy every day.

If I had the mine and could find a good place, I would move out. To make the community better they could hire a good cook. Hire more helpers (shortage appears to be a national problem). Willing to spend some corporate money for activities. Places like this should not be owned by a corporation (its top goal is profit!).

I have found Carmel to be a very comfortable, friendly and helpful facility. It is very clean, the staff and management treat residents with respect and show a sincere interest in each resident. The food is plentiful and tasty with a sufficient variety of choices, although it is kosher. There are a variety of activities offered daily on site, including arts and crafts, concerts by professional musicians, and discussion groups.

I would give a recommendation based on my experience to date. If a friend asked about my experience, I would give a positive review. We picked this community, because of the price, services, and geographic proximity.

That the place is under new management and has a big upside potential for resuming services and activities that once made it a great place to live. The Community Fee isn't huge, which makes the barrier to entry relatively low and the loss, if one decides to move in a year, minor.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The dining room and activities are very good. I think the housekeeping within the individual apartment could be improved a little; with regard to picking up used depends, stocking toilet paper, straightening.

My advice: question the intake process and push for clarity on what they are charging and why and not to let them rush you. I am pleased with the care they have provided my dad. He seems to be content.

I toured this community and it was great. The staff was friendly and cleanliness was good. Just too far from home for us.

The care was very good. They had excellent activities. They took good care of my loved one. They did everything to get, the residents to socialize with other people. Overall, the staff was very friendly and loving.

This community was memory care and my loved one did not need this at the time.

I would recommend the community to others to for their loved ones. The staff try hard to assist the family and the residents. My loved one doesn't like the taste of the food. The staff seem to be friendly.

I would tell others that I think they have a lot of rules that make it difficult for family to visit, they go above and beyond and I think it is a little too much.

This entire process has been so stressful, but with the help from A Place for Mom really lessened that stress and provided us with such great information about Atria Park. The meals are not the best, but the community when we visit is very well kept and the people are just amazing. We do think its expensive but that is how all these places go. Even though our loved one does not participate in the activities, we do seem them going on.

We chose Orchard Park because of the size of the apartment, they are really nice size. They are really good with communication and keep us up to date over email. The activities that are offered here are great. The food could really use improvement, the taste isn't great and they do not have a good variety on the menu. Overall, I would recommend to others looking.

From my experience, people are very friendly, and they seem to be doing a very good job. It's a good place to take your loved one to get the best possible care. Externally the property looks good, but I couldn't tell you about the inside since we're not allowed inside for visits right now. Again, the staff I've interacted with are excellent, very friendly, very kind, and very easy to talk to. They answer any questions you have. I can't complain, we're getting good service at Pacifica.

It seems like it would meet every need for an assisted living situation. They have a kitchen in the activity area for residents who want to do real cooking. All showers have no threshold entries. It's nice that personal laundry is included.

Atria Park is a nice community. I don't like that the community raises the price of rent without giving any notice about the increase. Overall it is a nice place and I would recommend this place

It looks like a good place and if you don't have any medical conditions it might be good. It was misrepresented to me that they would be able to do more for my husband than they could. The food is ok and the rooms were adequate. If you need basic care I would recommend it.
