Honestly, I would give a 5 in each category. [name removed] was very happy there. I just wished he had lived long enough to really enjoy it. And I appreciate A Place for Mom listening to our needs and connecting up with facilities that met them. I really liked the fact that Brookdale is big enough to provide friend circles and activities for all kinds of people. [name removed] loved being provided with three meals a day and he liked the activities. The list we got from you was predicated on proximity to the Davidson space center where [name removed] was a docent emeritus. His identity was based on that. Unfortunately, he never recovered from his first stroke sufficiently to go back to docent-ing, but the location was convenient for friends and family to visit. I also liked the Brookdale at Home availability. Had [name removed] been able to lead groups at the space center again, BaH would have provided transportation for a small charge. That would have been important.

It is very pleasant and the staff is very attentive and engaged with the residents. I would recommend to others.

Looking for a senior home for my mother "[name removed]". Tour Broodale, staff and managers were very welcome and nice. Loved the court yard and craft room. Will consider Brookdale one of our Top 5.

I love living here at Brookdale Cypress Station. The food is great and the staff is amazing. I'm very well taken care of here at Brookdale.

Brookdale Creve Coeur is 10/10! The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They are always smiling and pleasant, and just look like they LOVE their job! The residents are constantly saying hello and full of joy! If you are looking for a great senior living community, Brookdale is just that!

I would give a 5 to all categories, [name removed] loves being there. [name removed] loved the sales lady who showed us around because she treated her like a normal adult in spite of her handicaps. She has told [name removed] that she is the reason she chose that location to live at

My husband who is unable to understand or speak is receiving wonderful support from staff. He enjoys his meals and is assisted with all activities of daily living. Staff very caring and has prevented falls which had been problematic prior to his admission.

Most caregivers and staff there have been working there for quite a while. I am in awe at the compassion and love from the care staff to the residents and even the family members of the residents. The staff is attentive to the residents needs. There is a variety of activities going frequently. I am always greeted with a smile from all care associates I have interacted with. The residents are well cared for and look nice. There is a beautiful courtyard as well as walking paths. I would recommend this community to those with loved ones who need memory care.

What a wonderful community! My grandmother thrives here, enjoying community activities and receiving excellent care from the attentive staff. Every time I come to visit my grandmother, it exudes freshness and the aroma of something mouthwatering being prepared in the kitchen invigorates my sense, making me feel like my grandmother is in for a real treat!

My mother has resided at Brookdale since the beginning of May and it has been an utterly positive experience every step of the way from the initial contact and tour through now. My mother lived with us for almost 17 yrs, but came to a point where she needed a lot more care and a place with no steps. At the same time, she was diagnosed with a progressive, terminal lung disease and had to go on 24/7 oxygen. This was a lot for anyone to endure, let alone a very dependent 86-yr old person. She was so beside herself with anxiety and worry, but all the folks at Brookdale have been so caring and supportive as well as attentive to her from the folks at the front desk to the housekeeping and dining room staff and, most of all, her amazing daily caregivers. My mom tells everyone now how much she loves being at Brookdale. I cannot say enough about Brookdale —it is a 20 on a scale of one to ten. Every time I go to visit I thanks God we found this wonderful senior living facility.

WHEN MY SON SUGGESTED THAT MY WIFE AND I MOVE TO A SENIOR LIVING FACILITY WE WERE APPRESENSIVE ABOUT MOVING. WE WERE LIVING VERY COMFORTABLY IN A CONDO. MY SON AND I VISITED FIVE SENIOR LIVING FACILITIES AND FOUND THE THE HALLMARK, NOW BROOKDALE, HAD THE WARMEST AMBIENCE. THE PEOPLE AND STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY. WE MOVED HERE IN 2014 AND HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED AND HAPPY. THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND REMEMBER YOU NAME AFTER YOU'VE BEEN HERE TWO DAYS. AMAZING! THE RESIDENTS ARE VERY WARM, FRIENDLY AND ACCEPTING OF NEW RESIDENTS. THERE ARE MANY ORGANIZED ACTIVITIESAS WELL AS RESIDENT ORGANIZED ACTIVITIES SUCH AS BRIDGE, POKER, MAH JONG AND MORE. IT'S EASY TO BECOME INTEGRATED INTO THE RESIDENT POPULATION AND FEEL VERY MUCH AT HOME HERE. THE FOOD IS WELL PREPARED AND THE MENU VARIED. I'VE BEEN EARING DINNER IN THE DINING ROOM FOR 10 YEARS AN STILL LOOK FORWARD TO MY NEXT MEAL THERE. I COULD NOT EAT AT ANY RESTURANT FOR 10 YEARS AND NOT BECOME BOARED WITH THE FOOD

We fell in love with the Brookdale Tempe community. It was a warm and loving place for our father's last days. Everything was always spotless and smelled fresh. Our father was always well groomed by the staff. I adored everyone on the staff, especially the head nurse [name removed] . They were extremely competent, professional, and caring. They recognized immediately that our father was nearing end of life and helped us set up hospice visits for him. Their caregiving was extremely conscientious and compassionate. Our father was on a soft food diet, and even that smelled surprisingly delicious! He couldn't really participate, but we both enjoyed watching the fun "meetings" and activities. Brookdale was less expensive and much nicer than the place he was living before! They were so good about helping with his budget. I can't say enough good about Brookdale Tempe... I would highly recommend it for any dementia patients

My father has been a resident at Brookdale Leawood for 8 months. I was caring for him at home when it was getting more and more tiring. I met with [name removed] who was beyond caring and thoughtful during our tour with her. [name removed] he has moved in his spirits have been raised with the thanks of [name removed] and the programs she puts on. I can sleep at night knowing he is cared for and is getting the attention he needs.

Overall it's a good place and the staff is really very kind. The facility is clean and the meals though they lack w ough variety must be good because Mom complains very little about that. The one area that I wish they would step up on is more activities, though they do have quite a few now.

Brookdale Tanque Verde staff have been great. They helped me plan my mom's moving in experience. There was an issue and some miscommunication about 2.5 wells after my mom moved in but it was between a couple of third parties. There are a lot of activities and my mom has participated in many of them - I've even participated with her. I'm very happy with the care she receives.

My loved one (non-relative) is not an easy person to please because she lives with a high degree of suspicion as well as paranoia. Any time I have had concerns or wondered how to deal with all that, the administrative people are very caring and listen anytime. They put notes on her chart encouraging staff to use positive words and smiles and today (3 months there) she told me how nice it was at breakfast (THE meal of the day for her) and how everyone tries to please the people there! So that is high marks from her!

We knew the day was coming soon that we would have to place my dad into a memory care assisted living community. I was new to the process and felt overwhelmed after touring many communities in Cleveland, TN. The moment we walked into Brookdale Mt Vernon Drive I could see it had everything that dad needed to thrive. The building is safely secured away from a busy road and the moment you walk in you feel like you are at home. The staff are very friendly and welcoming like you are a part of the family. Not just a number. The community was clean and I did not smell any odors unlike other communities we toured previously. As we toured I could see that the residents were engaged with an activity and the Caregivers truly cared about them and were laughing with them. I also had medical concerns that the clinical staff were able to educate me about. I LOVE Brookdale Mt Vernon Drive and highly recommend them to everyone!

This was the best move we made for my mother. She is doing better there than anywhere she has been. She loves the staff, the activities, and has made new friends. The building is always clean and smell great. All the residents seem to be having a great time. The staff are so wonderful and caring. I highly recommend this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5 for all! Initially the main reason we chose Brookdale Cypress station was because of the cost. It is a very nice community with friendly staff and residents.
